Sales manager Jake was phenomenal! Explained the differences in the phones we were looking at. Was very helpful in getting us a plan and phone to meet our needs. Even though they were a little busy we never felt rushed. He gave my 6 year old a goodie bag, which she thought was the best thing ever.

After 23 years with Verizon I had had enough- went into Topshamstore and Samantha helped us switch over smart phone, flip phone and a land line all with Verizon - it took a long time but she never lost her patience while I was asking many questions and explained everything as I asked it- during the process- had to go back in today as I cracked my screen protector- once again they were actually glad to see me- so far all is going as I had hoped - and I have the exact phone I have wanted note 8

U.S. Cellular in Topsham, ME is one of the best stores. It has a cute cozy feel and always well kept. The workers are nice and its in the perfect location with a Starbucks across the way and plenty of restaurants nearby. I would recommend coming to this one if you are in the area.

I was having toruble getting my iphone5 to charge, even after attempting to clean out the charging port myself. I brought the phone into this store fully prepared to switch from this phone (which I adore) to another phone that I am unfamiliar with. I was immediately greeted by the very friendly Katrina who sat me down and began trying to get a charge on the phone. Samantha quickly joined joined in the effort and in under 5 minutes the two of them were able to do what I had not been able to for about a week: Got my phone to charge, free of charge and Katrina held the door open with a smile on my way out. Wonderful service. Very impressed.

Each of the three employees I interacted with during my weekend visit were wonderful. I had an obscure question and was met with curiosity and eagerness to solve the mystery. They were busy, but handled the rush I was a part of skillfully and professionally despite the unhelpful impatience of some other customers.I am beyond appreciative that they made sure to consult with each other as needed while still managing to juggle multiple queries to ensure my dilemma was sorted out optimally. Not only did they give me an answer, but they went above and beyond to cover all angles of the issue I was worried about.I am so glad I stopped by, despite having my account based at a different location. I left laughing joyfully and knowing exactly how to proceed. That says a lot about their customer service when faced with a difficult question--yet reasonable customer, if I do say so myself. Thank you all very much!

The worst customer service I have ever had. Went into upgrade a phone and had to pay $300. Once they took my money they told me I had to pay an additional $240. When I told them to forget it they would not return my money. We will be switching all 7 of our lines from this company.

Michael Britt and sales manager Jake (NOT from State Farm) go out of their way to make sure that you, as their client, leave very happy. Not too often you can say its fun to spend time at a cell phone dealer, but these guys make it.
