I was looking for several hair products, but didnt know which brands or type I needed. The friendly employee greeted me at the door even though she was also speaking with another customer. After a few minutes of wandering the aisles, she circled back to me and asked if I needed help. Which I did. She pointed out to me several different brands of what I was looking for and answered knowledgeably about their differing merits. I very much appreciated her help. I do wish that the store had better ways of identifying the products so they are easier to locate. I found a few items and I plan on returning.

They didnt have what I went for but they were super nice and helped me find an alternative product. They were very knowledgeable about their products. I will definitely keep going here!

I wanted todays to get some hair color and talk to them about some hemp lotion and they had two kinds so the girl told me which one smell better and they were very outgoing and very personable and they allowed me to just ask the questions I needed and they were just so friendly and so nice. I got my products and left feeling good about my experience. Every person that works in a customer service store should be as nice as all the girls in that store

They are out of a lot of products due to Covid-19 and lack of manufacturing of certain products. Great customer service. Very clean and organized store.

The go to place for all things that make us women. so glad to see an open sign today. its been impossible to get most of the hair products and nail stuff during this pandemic. All the stores and drugstores I visit do not have any of the products I need. want to see if we have the option for curbside pickup. maybe Ill leave another review or revise this after I try curbside pickup. it is May 8th in the middle of socially isolating with my hubby and alot of people are coloring their hair at home. like me but finding a toner up to now is impossible! thank you!

I walked in with no idea what I was doing, but an idea of what I wanted to do with my hair. I dont recall her name, but the gal with the green hair helped me every step of the way. She explained how to go about each process, made sure she was showing me effective products all while giving me the most bang for my buck. She was incredibly friendly and made the entire experience enjoyable.

Although, in my opinion on the lower end of the beauty supply chain stores. It is open to the public. And it is always equipped with friendly associates. They have a decent selection and the prices are usually good because of the fact that there are almost always sales. People are always willing to help you in there without feeling like youre being pestered. Lastly, one of my favorite things about this place is that they have extremely long hours from open to close 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the summer.

I went in to buy a particular item which I found. I mentioned that my hair was fried and the lady who seemed to be in charge suggested an item that could help and it only cost $3.00 and it works. I am so happy with the help I got. Bravo

The boss lady is super rude. I walked in and she asked me what I wanted. I told her I needed something for my dry hair. And she just told me to get the stuff I was already looking at. Then I over heard her conversation with other customers to which she turned them away and was very rude about it. Then I went to pay and she was obviously training a young new employee who looked scared. She kept getting frustrated at her. I felt bad for her. I then I asked if I could price match something and she said, no. Very firmly. And said she’s never heard of that place before. Just all around not a good experience. The place is nice but she is not.

They changed me for something I didn’t buy, called the manager and she yelled at me then continued to talk about her problems. Kept going back and forth about what to just to say she can’t do it. Wouldn’t give me corporates number and proceeded to yell for me to bring the receipt after I said she’s being mean then hung up and won’t pick my phone calls up.

Really wish I could go in here for dye without the cashiers harassing me about whats bad for my hair or not. Been doing my own hair for years and havent had any problems yet. They think they are trying to help but its annoying as all hell every trip. I didnt ask for help so just let me buy my things and leave. They have a good selection but, dislike the staff that is constantly changing.

I have been buying extensions from Sallys for over a decade. Everytime I settled on a color they discontinued it. My hair is red. Not clown red just red. I have even dyed my hair the color of the extension in order to match when they discontinued my last one. Now they no longer carry extensions for red heads.To add insult to injury I went in and couldnt find anything and asked the sales clerk if they carry any for red heads. Looking at me you could tell it was normal red and she said they didnt carry odd colors.Last time I checked red heads werent odd colored hair people.This was coming from a girl with horribly colored Ronald McDonald red hair.If that wasnt bad enough she obviously didnt want to be there and did the eye roll with the heavy sigh.The sign on the door said help wanted. Hopefully to replace her. I will just buy online from a different company from now on. You lost my business.
