There lines for drop off and pick up can be confusing. This Walmart also does not like using there text service bc I always end up waiting sometimes 2 days for my meds to be ready cause when I show up they have still not processed them. The ladies are sweet and nice but its their system that screws you.

Its sad that no one in the pharmacy actually does anything you request or they say they will do. Ask for auto refills? They lie and tell you each of the three times you call its been done. Has it? Nope. Call again because its not being done and they lie again and say theyll do it. Im not knocking Walmart. Our Walmart pharmacy in Colorado was over and above excellent. Utahs feels like were already living with socialized medicine. Were in the process of moving to a much better pharmacy now. Dont even bother with this one.

Horrible pharmacy!! I had my prescriptions called in the day I went in for surgery and my husband called ahead asking if my prescriptions were ready they told him 20 minutes, which is fine. When he arrived to pick up my prescriptions they told him my prescriptions were not ready and it could take up to 25 more minutes, so my husband decided to do some shopping. The pharmacy called and said sorry, it will take another 45 minutes to fill my prescriptions and they are slow, because they only have 1 pharmacist today…but the pharmacist has time to chat with his friends and look at their pictures?!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!

This is our main pharmacy. I’ve only had an issue one time within 3 years with them not being able to fill a medication. When this happened the woman I spoke to was very nice and even called around to other pharmacies in the area and sent the prescription over to them so I could get my medicine quickly.

What is the point of appointments for a shot when you accept walk-ins that cut right in front? My husband showed up ON TIME and checked in but then some random guy walks in with his whole paint crew, fills out paperwork, and gets seen first? My husband waited over a half hour WHEN HE WAS ON TIME. Completely ridiculous!

This pharmacy team was so helpful! I forgot my insulin at home while on a trip. They were able to help out with the doctors prescription. After we received the correct order we told them we would be paying out of pocket because our insurance wouldnt cover it for a few more day. I had called the insurance a day prior and they told me they wouldn’t make any exceptions. Well I told the pharmacy tech this and she called them and got them to make an exception and cover it. Then she was able to find a discount on the insulin to make it even cheaper. I am incredibly grateful for the staff. They took the time to correct an order, fill a prescription, get insurance on board, and find a discount! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

They always go above and beyond to help me out. Their pharmacists are also very knowledgeable.

The cashiers have been so courteous with my son and extremely helpful working out my medications (as prescribed vs generic vs my preference) and they are so quick to help! Very knowledgeable staff and great service

So glad they were open on Labor Day.My prescription was for 120 tablets.All packaged up, stapled shut, everything good. Out of curiosity, I counted the contents: missing 2?Where do these go?Last month at another local pharmacy, it was 17? How do you prove it?

Very slow, they also helped 3 other customers who just blatantly cut in front. I waited staring at 4 associates for about 5minutes before they would help me. After finally getting help to get some Sudafed they input it into the system working then re-entered it and told me I have bought too much in the last 30 days and would not sale to me when it was third mistake.

Asset Protection focuses too much on certain people just because they are discriminating on the way someone dresses, looks, income status (no side work jobs taken into account) and/or current living arrangement status. And if you carry a backpack you have to be homeless and homeless are drug addicted thieves that must be super watched for sure! And they never at least act like they arent happy to serve the customers and they trespass too many ppl that didnt even do anything or wasnt even there for said day of trespass. This store needs complete make over including letting all the current employees go and getting new ones that are not from Tooele so they arent discriminatory or bias, ones with a clean slate!

The lines are a inconvenience. And they should make a rule that if youre wearing your pajamas and youre in the pharmacy line you cannot check out an entire grocery cart at the pharmacy just a suggestion.

Didnt give an option on a cocktail for a colonoscopy and gave the most expensive one not telling him he had options! Then they wont take it back and give him a less expensive option, they say he said it was ok? Nice people you are! Walmart rips people off...make sure you tell them you want other options or they will make you pay for the most expensive one...$80.00.

Been in line for a half hour. They keep pulling people from the bench behind me! I’m switching pharmacies.

This is such a slow pharmacy and I have been going there for 1 and a half years and nobody knows who I am. Every other Walmart pharmacy makes an effort to know their patients.

My auto fill is always messed up and now all my medications are now all over the place. My pain meds are sent over electronically and Walmart always claims they don’t have it until I call the dr and then it is suddenly coming in

Just moved here from salt lake. I used to go to Costco but since there isnt one out here I tried walmart. They wanted to charge me 300 dollars for a prescription that costco charged 70 dollars for..... I will make the drive next time!

Technician Ashley was very rude!! ive dealt w/ a lot of pharmacy technicians over the phone being that i work in a doctors office and call in prescriptions all the time and she by far was the worst one ive delt with!! She needs to be re-trained on her CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Great to find a pharmacy open on a holiday. Was a real life saver.

These guys give me the wrong pills, lie about it and refuse to give me a refund. When I tried to switch pharmacies they refused to transfer the prescriptions. Which I am sure is illegal. Dont use tooele Walmart pharmacy.
