I LOVE Crumbl cookies!!!!!!! Theyre cookies are the best cookies I have ever had in my entire life!!! They always have new cookies every week!! I would tell you my all time favorite cookie but I honestly dont remember all of the cookies that I have had from there.

We order cookies from here often. We usually have them delivered and delivery is generally quick and painless. The cookies are consistently good, love that they change them up weekly. Though it would not hurt my feelings if raspberry cheesecake and pink velvet were permanently on their menu. I’ve read complaints about other locations under cooking the cookies, but we haven’t experienced that issue here.

The store is always great and they get my cookie to me quickly most times. The app could use a little work with selecting the cookies from the launch screen. I just do like that tapping on it just brings you to a different part of the app with no sign or election of what you touched on the previous screen. If somebody touches the classic chocolate chip cookie it should ask if they’d like to start an order with that cookie first. Or maybe show a different view of the cookie you click like pictures or an extended video instead of the montage. Bottom line, buy their wonderful cookies and wait for their app to get getter. After all, it is pretty good already

I had a LOT of self control when it comes to desserts until my husband and I tried this place… I’m a regular now. And then they had to go and make a delivery app for even EASIER access! My wallet isn’t safe anymore, my taste buds demand constant interaction with Crumbl Cookies.

Mmm. So good!!! I dont know if they were super busy and ran out of some toppings, but I was kind of expecting more on top of the cookies - like crumbled Reeses on the Reeses cookie... Like their examples looked like. That was sad. But they were still freaking good and well be back again. The last cookie I had already started eating before I got a picture. We also got a chocolate chip cookie that probably would have been the most photogenic but... We ate it. Yum.

Love Crumbl. This specific location doesn’t always have consistency in their cookies. We always get chocolate chip and a sugar and they aren’t always the same, like they taste off sometimes, but overall we are always satisfied with a box of cookies.

First of all, be considerate to NEW customers. Could go without the eye rolling and eyelid fluttering as you nicely inform us for future purchases to let somebody know we want 12 cookies of the same kind. It was 1 short of our order and we had already been informed another batch was almost done. We werent even spoken to when we came in, got a hello and a tap on the tablet to order. That was it. We had already paid, gave a tip. We over paid for cookies we could have made better at home. They were rock hard by the time we got home, which wasnt a long trip either. They were over cooked and dry. Not returning. Not recommending. We paid almost exactly 65$ for 2 dozen basic cookies, with tip included. Not worth it.

Very friendly employees. Tried to order six cookies. Cant do it even though the huge board behind the counter says they sell either 1, 4, 6, or 12 cookies. Employee suggested we buy 4 and two singles, cost differential between this and an order of 6. Five dollars. No thanks. Again the staff were very nice.

Ordered when I pulled up. Was out quick and delivered with a big smile and told me have a nice day. VERY Impressived with the young lady. It takes me back to when customer service was important.

And accept nothing is ever going to be the same, except how delicious these cookies taste.

I have had issues with this Crumbl in the past but a great young lady named Zoey convinced me to give them another chance so I did. She always greeted me with a smile and was super friendly and personal that she made me feel like we were family. I was way disappointed the other day to find out she had been let go. A lady named KC was rude and flippant when I asked questions about different cookies, and then I heard her yelling at members of the staff. Way unprofessional!!! I’m choosing to never go to this Crumbl again. I called in to talk to a manager about my situation and KC informed me that “I am the boss”. I was appalled. Any company that their management is allowed to treat someone so rude and disrespectful and then in KC’s words “got rid of the trash” about someone who is personal doesn’t deserve my business. I’ll go into Salt Lake.

Crumbl always does a good job of providing a quality product. Ive only had one issue, and that was partly my fault. I placed an order at an incorrect location, and immediately realized it. I called the location I had placed the order at, and they had some difficulties removing the order. (Ive still never got my loyalty points back.) Their corporate office cant help, because the locations are all franchises, so youre kind of on your own for support, even though the app is run from the corporate level? Good cookies, though.
