Love this store. I dont really see any employees on the store. I usually will find my own items. But I love the deals.

Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Probably not the best impression to have the manger discussing employee issues in front of customers however.

Manager Dante super kind, helpful and knowledgeable about selection and location of products and quality.

Fairly good supply of crocheting and knitting supplies. Friendly efficient service.

This location is so small and has very little selection. You are much better off going to the Draper or Taylorsville locations, where the selection is significantly better.

Its a small town Joanns so it definitely doesnt have everything a larger store would have.. Decent selection and average prices.

Love this store and the employees! One of the older gals there spent about an hour with my daughter teaching her how to find patterns and a few other things. Just dont find that much anymore, someone willing to take their time to teach another. Forever thankful for what my daughter learned that day. Wish I could remember her name, but thank you!

I needed some double sided tape to finish a repair project and they had exactly what I needed!

This place is disgusting. It’s always a mess. And one of the employees, I think her name is Mary? She was wearing what looks like blue overalls. She was absolutely terrible to me. Disgusting.

I recently moved to Tooele from Taylorsville and this Joann is much smaller and more fabric-centric. As a local artist I was looking for canvases and painting supplies but had to order some stuff on Amazon because of the lack of art supplies at this store.

Great place to get your craft supplies. Just wished they were a little more helpful. I needed crochet hooks and didnt know what size. So I bought a pack with most sizes

It was great, they have cottage core stuff, they have pride stuff, they have craft supplies, what more do you need in life. (Did I mention stuffed animals?)

The manager was very helpful I was there to pick up some blackout material and really didnt know what I was looking for. He helped me pick out some and ended up saving me a bunch of cash

Joanns as a store is great, and Ive had great experiences at other locations including Centerville, Salt Lake, Draper, American Fork, and Orem! This one has nice employees but their store practices and management are awful. Other stores will give you reminder calls, or polite emails on orders days before you need to pick them up, so you have time to work your schedule around picking something up if you forgot about your order. This store called me and rudely told me that if I didnt come in that day then my order would be canceled. The only thing I was able to say on the call was hello and goodbye. Not only that, but I had to call 5 different times to even get through to the store. If you are expecting to be treated well, this isnt your store.

A good place to get crafting supplies

My wife likes this store and it has a wide variety of products at decent prices. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Their systems does not work well. They had several products marked on sale however they would not ring up right. It took half an hour of my time to get it sorted. They know they are the only shop in town that can meet crafters needs and it shows. Drive into a salt lake city store well worth your time.

They were out of something I needed but said a delivery was being made on Monday.. hope its on the truck 😊

Sold out of a lot of items and was unable to find anyone who could direct me to what I was looking for so I left.

I ordered two different patterns of fleece, 6 yards each, online to be picked up in store. They got my order ready for pick the morning after I ordered it and the whole process was super easy. However, I went home and started cutting the fleece into 1.5 yard pieces and found that I was a yard short of one of the patterns. Because I was cutting the 6 yard piece into smaller 1.5 yard pieces, half of a yard was wasted because I didn’t get the last yard I paid for. I wasn’t informed there wasn’t enough fleece, if that was the case, and I paid for 6 yards instead of just the 5 I actually got.

Great sales tons of quality craft supplies.

I’m confused .... is painting not a art/craft ? This store has hardly any paint supplies. One brand of canvases that are beyond over priced .And no good options for oil painting . I know we live in a “small” town but dose that mean we can’t have options or even nice affordable product? I’ll continue to ether shop off Amazon or drive to town to Michael’s for my painting supplies . On a good note while we were searching the entire store, there is isles and isles ( I believe the entire half of the store) of fabric so if you like to sew, this might just be the perfect store for you ......

I visit here often and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The store is nice, always clean. Its a smaller Joanns so the selections are limited. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to special order an item that they carry on the regular since they had been out of it for over 6 weeks.

Love it!!! I love this store! I find everything I need right here when it comes to holidays and birthdays, anniversaries, etc. The service is amazing every time I go there. Im so happy this store is here in Tooele.

The lady that cuts fabric is wonderful when we go in. The others arent as knowledgeable or friendly. The overall store is usually low on supplies but might be from the days we shop are weekend or something. Very average store with one good employee.

The people working were very pleasant.The one thing I was unhappy with as a new shopper in the store while I tried to use the coupons that was sent to .All the little fine print made it impossible to get my first sewing machine when I went to use the coupon you sent me I found out most things on the sewing isle are exempt for your sale items. Then in your ad you offered a carring case for my machine and things show it was in the booklet on sale. Thank goodness your employees are wonderful other wise I would have walked

I dont shop here too often unless theres a sale as pretty much everything in the store is a little overpriced. I still find lots of nice things here, and the staff is always friendly; if you can find them that is. I dont know why, but on any given day it seems like there are only 2 or 3 associates even working, and its a pretty sizeable store!

This location is run pretty terribly. It’s always a gamble whether an employee is going to actually show up to help you and then everything goes at a snail’s pace. Unless there’s literally no option, drive the extra half an hour and get some customer service for your money.

Always has low stock on cricut products. And customer service is not that great.

This is a wonderful place if your child has a school project or something like that. All kinds of arts and crafts stuff. A lot more than Wal-Mart. Prices are just about right too. I would highly recommend this place.

Found exactly what I needed.

Pretty sad that they do not have india ink in a bottle i draw alot with it and it was bad that i had to drive 30 miles to get some.

They could have a bigger selection of fabric and crafts. But otherwise a pretty good store

I have never been to this location and had enough people there to cut and check people out. What should take five minutes can take an hour and I always leave frustrated. I very rarely rate places but I cant take it. I have come here on a regular basis since it opened and the lack of staff and inventory has finally gotten the better of me... :(

I love this store. Hugh variety, only problem is that it is a large store and it takes me a while to get around. The motorized chair is usually being used. Causing me not to be able to get all of the items that I want to look at or buy.

Joanns is a very good source of crafts and notions. However the Tooele store is too small and poorly stocked. There isnt enough help, so you always have to wait.
