The bubble tea and rolled ice cream is fantastic! So delicious! Staff is fast and friendly too!

Made to order. That was a pleasant surprise. Each one takes time so be patient. Worth the wait. Lots of choices both savory and sweet. And different than fast food burger chains the actual food looks like the picture on the wall if not even better. Desserts came with three free toppings. Ice cream has both crepe versions and the rolled ice cream in a container.

Hi I am literally the worst and forgot to ask for this nice girl’s name but I was there around 6 yesterday and she was incredibly kind to me. This place’s service is always amazing, they don’t skimp on anything and I am always satisfied! Thank you guys for the extra pleasant experience😁

If I could give a 0 star I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. My drink was FILLED with large quantities of sugar that wasn’t dissolved. Not even edible. After driving home and realizing this I called and they said I had to drive 30 minutes back to get a refund. I did this and the “owner” yelled and told me they would not make another drink if I wanted my money back. Horrible. Don’t go here.

Five star. Been here twice. Once in February 2019, once just now in April 2021. Service was outstanding, bubble tea is great, rolled ice cream is to die for. Definitely my #1 if I’m in the Toms River area and am in need of a snack. Would recommend to all fans of Asian sweets and desserts.

Bubbles 07 is my daughters favorite place to go for not your typical icecream. She loves the crepes which are wrapped like a cone and filled with icecream and topped with so many choices, from fresh fruit, chocolate, caramel, nuts, at least 30 or more other combinations. She also loves the Bubble Tea.

Definitely order your bubble tea at 50% sugar or less because the regular amount of sugar is WAYYY to sweet.Their tapioca pearls are nicely cooked which is important when deciding if the bubble tea shop cares about their quality.Price is about the same as bubble tea from NYC. Crepes are really delicious too.

My husband and I tried Bubbles07 for the first time. It was fabulous. The service was A+. Samantha took our order with a smile and explained to us what Bube tea was. She went above and beyond. The place was crowded and she took all orders with a smile and kindness and addressed all questions in a polite manner. We just got drinks but next time look forward to ordering the crepes!

DO NOT GO TO TOMS RIVER BUBBLES 07. Ordered 2 bubble teas for my girlfriend and I. The boba was straight undercooked and chewy, but the worst part of the drink was that there were sugar/powder clumps that tasted like straight sand. I bit down and it literally hurt my tooth so bad. I decided to call them and explain the situation and they were nothing but rude and unapologetic. Was told that the only way to get my money back was to physically bring the drink back to the store. I was already almost home when I actually tried the drink and they made me drive all the way back. They probably thought I wouldn’t drive back so they could keep the money. I come to bubbles 07 regularly and spend probably like $50 a week on bubble tea. However the TOMS RIVER location is absolutely terrible. Something is always off about the drink, but today was the final straw. When I went back into the store, I explained the situation to the lady and kindly asked for another drink to be made as well as a refund, to compensate for my wasted time and for my inconvenience. The lady then started to argue with me and slammed the sliding door in my face. I’ve never seen so much disrespect for customers. She basically closed the door in my face and thought “I don’t need you, I’m still going to make money from others.” I spend so much money here every week, and this isn’t about the money, it’s about the principles of owning up to your mistake and making things right. (BUBBLES 07 IN BRICK HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEST DRINKS. IF YOH WANT BUBBLE TEA GO THERE AND NOT TOMS RIVER.) ~ George/Aris

My wife and I enjoyed going to J-Petal. The facility was clean and the staff was helpful in explaining how the rolled ice cream works and what’s included. It is expensive at $6 for a cup of rolled ice cream with 3 complimentary toppings. Fortunately, I enjoyed the uniqueness of the treat and could see the value in the price. Also, certain days they do a BOGO Happy Hour which would absolutely make it worth it. It’s also nice that they offer other treats and gluten free options.

My little cousin loves when I take her here. This is her favorite ice cream shop to go to.

I asked for my bubble tea with almond milk, and when I got there it was made with real milk. I asked them to remake it and he ripped the lid off and poured almond milk into the drink already made with milk. Don’t think I will be back since my drink was messed up and I was still charged.

Definitely a healthy spot with a nice variety of delectable choices. Sandwiches wrapped in a sweet tasting crepe with great presentation. Top off your lunch with a unique, petal like ice cream that you choose and is made in front of your eyes. Nicely priced.

I always enjoy the Vegetable wrap that I get when I come here. The 5th star would be available if they found a faster process to make these “pancake” wraps and keep them fresh and warm to speed it up. Waiting around 10 minutes for a sandwich is ok but when they are busy (like 2 people in front of you) you could wait quite a bit longer. If it were a sit down restaurant with table service that would be fine, but it’s a place to come in for a bite informally. I do love the food though! 🎉

Great bubble tea

Amazing place. We werent sure what to expect because we never had Japanese crepes. We got the ham and cheddar one and another that had different berries. Both were perfectly balanced and very delicious, not a single complaint. Great to find something new that is just absolutely spot on with flavors and very friendly service

Dont be fooled as I was by thinking this is just a desert place. They have many options for a savory crepe. From chicken, beef, ham, shrimp and others. Ive enjoyed a few, even though a little tricky to eat while driving.The crepes with fruits are amazing. Kinda like a playa bowl thats hand held. All freshly made in front of you.The ice creams I havent tried but watched as they create the rolled form for the ice cream.The one issue is that it takes a little bit of time to get your order. But you have to understand that they are making these fresh. So I could see on a busy night it might be little frustrating.But go and enjoy. Im sure youll go back

This shop serves crepes and rolled ice cream, something that you cant find around Toms River. I used to love going to these places in New York, but now I can easily just come here for pure deliciousness! The atmosphere is always lively. I highly recommend this place. #1 dessert spot around Toms River, hands down.

Im torn with this place, it offers something unique but had its flaws. The person taking my order was not fluent in English and they had trouble understanding I wanted to sub pistachio crumble instead of almonds on my ice cream crepe. Then it took about 30 minutes to get it with them giving me a completely different item the first time and remaking it. The crepe and fillings were quite good but the ice cream was ROCK solid and on the bland side. Ill give them another try in the future and update as appropriate.

First time, would definitely come again. The ice cream was great, the crepes are amazing! When we visited they only had 2 guys up front so it was a little slow, but we werent in a rush.

First time checking the place out and really enjoyed it. Kids loved watching the ice cream be made. The dessert crepes were amazing. Will definitely try to get back soon to try the non dessert ones too.

Absolutely the coolest place to go. Fantastic food service was good. Pray they stay around, its food thats appealing to the eyes and great tasting. Went twice n one week, always adventure.

11/10. My girlfriend and I got the matcha chocolate truffle crepe and it was DELICIOUS. Also got a free light bulb drink with our order!!!! The price is definitely worth it. Staff was friendly and place was neat. We’ll be coming back soon !!! :)

My first time trying out Petal and I can definitely say it will not be my last. Everything was AMAZING!!!!!!!I wish I took a picture of my Sakura crepe and rolled ice cream before I stuffed my face, lol. I did take a picture of the J-petal cocktail and the J-petal Special. You definitely have to come and try it for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Wish I had gone here sooner, this place is too good it like makes me want to sing with joy about how beautifully made their crepes and ice creme is. First off the crepes are all gluten free and like amazing . They have lunch dinner and dessert crepes. I also got vegan vanilla ice creme from them with lychee smashed into it and fresh blue Berrys, strawberries, coconut, and peanut butter on top which they made right in front of me fresh, my mouth waters just thinking about how light and fresh it was just excellent and addicting, I have to go back to this place asap. I got a chicken teriyaki crepe which i scoffed down and a crab crepe which was like a spicey crab salad inside the crepe. I think about going back there like almost every day and if I lived closer I probably would.

You will not be disappointed in the menu and service. The staff was very friendly and kind. Feeling here is similar to a place in Columbus I liked.

Ive been to J petal in sunset park bklyn it was amazing. I just came here today and feel so pleased once again. Although I had to travel 45 minutes to get here it was well worth it.

Personal favorite icecream stop. I love showing off the lightbulb drinks and i have taken quite a few of my friends. It is a nice little place to hit up before or after visiting seaside heights. Little pricey, but you get a lot for your order so it is worth it. Definitely will become a regular here.

Wow! Delicious Japanese style crepes. My daughter first introduced me to this place and I have been hooked every since. My favorite is the teriyaki chicken crepe. Its made fresh just when you order it and they have the cutest and tastiest drinks that are served in a lightbulb.

Very fresh and light....I didnt expect much, but it was tasty! I had chicken and teriyaki and my wife had the shrimp. They both were equally as good. I would definitely go there again especially after a workout.

I have eaten here quite a few times and never had a problem. However, last night I ordered 3J pedal specials for myself, mother, and father. Unfortunately, we all became violently ill. I am 100% certain that we got food poisoning from this food. I called to let them know and they were not receptive to the information I was passing. They did not offer a refund and only suggested to call the department of health.

Ordered a green tea with tapioca via door dash; tasty tea, skimpy on the bubbles.

The Banana Chocolate Truffle and the Stawberry Colada are to die for! Place just has a great vibe to it. Staff is always upbeat and accommodating and can even be seen dancing a bit behind the counter. All the food here is healthy, natural and delicious and their drinks served in little lighbulbs are a very unique touch. If you havent been yet then you need to get here because your missing out on the best kept dining secret in Toms River.
