Very nice job on the quartz countertop it looks beautiful and the price was too but you have to be willing to wait

So we found this granite place online as we were redoing our kitchen.We were met by John the owner, who was extremely helpful and patient with us trying to find the perfect piece. He even came in on a Sunday, when he wasnt open just to help us. Then we met Kay, his wife, that helped us with picking out our sink--really does make a difference with a better sink. Both owners are extremely knowledgeable about granite, cabinets, sinks and how things should be done. Then during the week, I needed a copy of my layout, and Linda, was just wonderful, personable and helpful with sending to it to me immediately. The gentlemen, Mark, who came and did the laser layout, couldnt of been nicer and on time and helpful in helping me pick out the radius of the corners. Then it came time for the installation--it was perfect, cleaning my new granite constantly, extremely courteous, and diligent in taking care of my new granite. I had seen some of the reviews on this company, that werent the best, which made me extremely skeptical, but I have to say, i would use them in a heart beat again. What a great company!!! Thank you all for helping us ---we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AGAIN!!!

Hi Katie,I have not received any of the cabinet information that I requested from you.Initially, I intended to purchase a counter and new cabinets from you. Since you are unwilling to share pricing and other essential information to build my cabinets., I will not be able to work with you as my funds are not limitless.This experience has been extremely frustrating considering the amount of time I have taken from my busy schedule to visit your store. At this time, I am seeking a complete refund of the $1800.00 paid for my visa on 07/13/2020.While I have discussed my frustration with your company, you told me that if I cancel my project, you would expect me to pay you $250 for coming to see my kitchen.I have called you several times, and I have left messages with your husband and via email. You said in your last email that you are slammed.Sorry to hear that, but since I have not hard heard back from you, I have lost all trust in your company.At this time, I am requesting an immediate and complete refund of my $1800.00 to my Visa card. If you do not refund me, I will put in a dispute with Visa to have all money refunded, and I will also file a complaint against your company as well as write this up on YELP.You advertise free estimates, and at no time was I made aware of a home visit fee. We had flooring installed last year . Measurement to final stage super profession service and very reasonable.Very meticulous, detail oriented, took time to do job perfect . I highly recommend for any work .

I rarely give 5 stars but that is how happy I am with my new kitchen. I learned about All home remodelers from Home advisor. I was going to get my cabinets at one place and my tops from all home remodelers and the floors from another compayn. When I got the price for this company to everything it was a better deal so I did the whole kitchen. Great decision on my part! I am so happy! Great work from All home remodelers :)

Katie Morgan, (Ketura)Saturday you told Brian, my husband, that you were having difficulty refunding our 1800.00, you said that you could not process my credit card.Immediately upon hanging up, I contacted BOA and they said that there were no problems or blocks on my card and that there were no attempts made by you to reimburse my money.On Monday morning, I called your business, Granite- Outlets, without anyone answering or returning my call. In the afternoon, Finally, your husband, John Morgan, answered and told me that you were currently refunding my credit card. John subsequently hung up on me.I called BOA to confirm; they once again reported to me that they have no record of you contacting them or trying to refund my credit card.Later in the day, my husband Brian called, Linda, answered the phone, claiming that she was refunding our money.Once again, we waited and contacted BOA; once more, Bank of America had no record of you or any other person from your company attempt to process our refund. Brian and I both called multiple times throughout the day and left several messages insisting to speak with you or John; as a standard of your behavior, we never received a call back from either of you.Late Monday afternoon, you emailed me and told me saying that you are have contacted BOA, and you are t manually refunding my $1800.00. BOA denies that you have contacted them about manually refunded my money.Brian called back on Monday, and Linda told my husband that she is sending a check and would call him on Tuesday to confirm.Today is Tuesday, and again I have you left several more voicemails on your business phone.We are at the point where we will escalate this as a formal legal matter if we do not receive the refund immediately.Jeana Enochson

Absolutely horrible service I walked in there and nobody help me they just looked at me the whole time I walked around the store and had to find what I was looking by myself. three times they were coming to measure for the countertop and they never showed up and they never called. absolutely horrible I would never recommend this place to anybody. I had dogs running around in the store absolutely unacceptable- Unprofessional

Hi Granite outlets had the best price around in Toms River N.J. Sales was very helpful and the price was great. The person that came around to Measure to fit counter tops did a perfect job new counter fit perfect and the two installers also did great job thanks for a smooth job.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Granite was installed and at first glance looked perfect, until later noticing that there was a small error that needed to be taken care of. I called looking for no trouble, just wanted the mistake to be fixed which would take one of their installers about 15 minutes to correct. The installers were good people and the guy who comes out to do the templates was very nice and experienced. But instead of being offered a solution, Kay was acting like a psycho on the phone. Terrible attitude and zero professionalism. I told her that I had more work coming for them so all i wanted was to be taken care of so I would feel comfortable using them in the future. But that won’t be a possibility anymore, because Kay told me she gets plenty of business and doesn’t care about getting mine. Then she hung up on me. Seems like she was placed in a position that she is not fit for.

Perfect! From start to finish. I recommend this company. Cabinetry was installed by there expert team. I am so happy, I had to leave my review. The Quartz counter top they installed matches the tile and cabinetry Perfectly!

I purchased custom cabinets and counters. I really needed them done within my window of availability and they came through. They are professional workers and I would recommend them. My quartz countertops and cabinets are beautiful!

All Home Remodelers built a bathroom in our basement. The full experience working with Kay and John Morgan was reprehensible on every level. A 3 month job took them 8 months solely to their consistently poor responsiveness, lack of communication, unprofessionalism and outright lies. Fortunately and ironically, their actual workers demonstrated the antithesis of the owners. They were hard working, professional and responsive. Kay and John consistently came up with excuses for their poor customer service and were never accountable for one screw up after another.How they can continue to operate a business showing no concern whatsoever for customer service is unfathomable to me.I would recommend running the other way if anyone suggests working with them.

Great job on my kitchen and attached rooms! Beautifully Done

Worst experience with John and Kay (Owners) KAy has a attitude. After contract was signed Kay never spoke to us until 2 months later after complaining so much. Project was late starting. My wooden floors were destroyed because they did not protect the floors ( John said “Well that’s part of construction”) . Granite had a half inch flap with shims sticking out after install. Sloppiest work ever until I complained and a more competent company that they sub contracted helped them figure out how to make it work. Company installed a 12 inch over hang bar top without supports until I had to advise their granite guys once again that a knee wall won’t support it. Made them run to Home Depot. I would of been left a mess and a major hazard if I did not know any better and know what to look for.

Quit and they shorted my pay by $440. Dont think this is the kind of company you want working in your home. Actually have to waste my time to go to court now. They pay people cash so there is no proof you ever worked the hours. If someone gets hurt in your home its you the employee has to sue bc no workers comp.

Spent over 1/2 hour making appointment for kitchen remodel, gave all details of what I was interested in. First appointment was a no show, 2nd appt. She was 1/2 hour late and brought no samples or booklets...just an attitude! Appointment with Kay was a complete waste of time. This was my 4th estimate for this specific job and the most unprofessional one ever. Basically just through numbers around and promised theyd beat anyones prices, but without any details of a drawing of exactly what would go into the kitchen is absurd! Would never hire them for anything, more like a bad sales women then someone who wants to design your kitchen.

Read contract carefully, everything is an extra. Then if you dont pay them because something is unfinished the 1/2 of a man John will call you up cursing.
