We recently had water damage to our home due to a leaking ice maker! My entire home was disrupted as we have an open floor design and this involved multiple rooms. My wife and I would like to thank Antonio and his crew for their outstanding craftsmanship installing our new wood floor! He helped us select the right wood floor that we were looking for, offering us a wide variety of different wood floors, some that other stores did not offer. He contacted us as soon as the material in and came to deliver everything to our home and arranged an install date. Just before the install date I had to postpone everything due to a heart problem. But Antonio was very understanding and we were able to start work a week later. He and his crew took care of everything! Moving all the furniture and installed the floor in one day! The floor looks great! We are very happy we chose Innovate Flooring! They did a excellent job and treated us like we were family!

We completely remodeled our second floor bathroom. Antonio was excellent to work with. He managed the entire process - and took a personal interest as if it was his own house. He helped us with the design, helped us pick the tile and flooring as well as the vanity and bathtub. He obviously orchestrated an excellent cadre of professionals for the carpentry, plumbing, tiling, electrical, sheetrock, glass enclosure and final painting. He is a hands-on professional and did some of the work himself given his expertise in carpentry, flooring and tiling. He was a ‘perfectionist’ in overseeing each of the craftsmen involved, all of whom he hand-picked for being an ‘A team’ - you could never assemble such a team on your own. He kept the place clean and on schedule. Of course, he helped with the permits and all the materials and came back to hang the mirror and take pride in his work.

Antonio stopped by prior to the project to confirm all of the details, clarify color and ensure everything was decided. He coordinated the project around our vacation, even starting the project on a Sunday to ensure completion before our arrival home. We added flooring to an existing floor and they worked hard to level the floor old to new and match the coloring so you wouldn’t even know that happened. We are super pleased and have already recommended them to a friend looking to complete a flooring project!

The initial meeting to give a quote was very thorough; Antonio, the owner, was super detailed when inspecting our floors and even offered several suggestions on minor fixes that would have a big impact.They completed the work while we were away on vacation. We received photos and updates throughout the project, which was nice since we were too far to stop by and see the progress ourselves. We are thrilled with the result – our hardwood floors are beautiful!Antonio also replaced the flooring in our kitchen. Prior to vacation, our refrigerator sprung a leak and destroyed half of our laminate floors. Two weeks after we returned home, he installed our new kitchen tiles. We hired Antonio and his crew to put down hardwood flooring throughout our new home, and to install a tile backsplash in our kitchen. Not only did Antonio do exactly as he promised, but even through a tough spot we encountered he kept me informed. I didnt have to stay on top of the work to be done because he was proactive in reaching out to us. His crew always showed up on time, they were always respectful in our home and with our property, and always left things neat after the work performed. Weve already had many compliments on our flooring and beautiful backsplash. Wed have work done again by Antonio and his crew in a heartbeat.
