This is the best Joanns Ive been to. My wife loves to sew, quilt, knit, and craft so Ive been to my share of fabric and craft stores. This Joanns is larger and has a better selection than any of the others Ive been to. There were several great deals and my wife was able to get several yards of different fabrics for a quilt she is currently making at a great price. Great location and ample parking.

I absolutely love going to this place! Im 100% disabled and the staff is ALWAYS helpful and accommodating. The store is clean and you cant run out of ideas for projects you didnt even know you wanted to do lol. I highly recommend going to the Toms River Joanns fabric store!

Its a clean and pretty store with a variety of crafts, craft kits, decorations, and great great sales. Parking lots never packed.To me, this place is addictive.

This is a very nice sewing & crafting store. According to my sister, the seamstress in the family, it has a good selection of fabric & notions. We went there for her to get ribbon (another good selection) for a special gift, and I was looking for a strong, but easy to use glue. We both were satisfied.

Friendly & helpful staff at this location. A HUGE fabric dept, and always some great seasonal inspiration wandering the aisles. Id definitely recommend this Joanns.

Room was clean and comfortable. I arrived at 2 am. There was a receptionist that was polite and helpful. I would stay there again.

Nice variety!!!! I didnt realize how much more there is to this store than fabric! Halloween decor selection was fantastic!

Not very happy. Placed an order to pickup. When I got there some of the items where removed. Another one I had taken out. The description was not what I thought it should be. Wasnt given a receipt. Told my online order was my receipt. Had to wait to make sure I was given the credit for my return. Then found out there is a $7.95 restocking fee. My item cost., $9.99 that I had them take out! Never do an order pickup from this store again!

They have everything you need for art, crafting and sewing whatever you can imagine.

Marly is the greatest when it comes to customer service. She was very informative to my 12 yr old which is a beginner when it comes to sewing. Thanks Marly and staff for a great experience.

Picked up marine vinyl to replace a jetski seat was perfect

Had to replace my 40+ year old singer sewing machine which finally died during a sewing project. Amazing array of sewing machines! Becky was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a machine that suited my needs. Very impressed with the service.

Its really wonderful to have such a complete fabric center in this area. The help is always knowledgeable and courteous.

This store has almost everything you need. The sales associate was very helpful. You can also get deals on decorations for your home and outdoors.I highly recommend this store.

I ordered some storage containers online for delivery that the website said was available for shipping. Just received an email stating that the item was not available. Why are items that cannot be ordered on the website. Will not be ordering anything from Joann again. They just lost a customer.

Love to go to Joanns... they have a ton of Happy Planner supplies.. They always have coupons that you can use on your purchases. The staff is very nice and the store is clean.

My wife was able to find the bits and bobs she couldnt locate anywhere else.

I found everything I needed. They were out of 2 dmc floss. And they didnt have any pellon 911. I had to get something similar.

Theres so many things this store that you can find. I have gotten clay to make for one of my pumpkin competitions at work, they have decent discounts on yarn sometimes, and whatever little project source and decor you would like, you can get there. And they have $1 soaps that you can use for your bathrooms. They sometimes have good coupons and I could spend almost hours in that store. The one I like so far isin Toms River.

Prices are highway robbery, the managers and employees are the worst I ever seen. Avoid this place like the plague, utter garbage.

Not a real crafty person but the store offers alot of things! No custom framing though at this location. But just about everything else they offer. Great staff. Clean store.

Jo-Anns Fabric and Crafts is expensive. But I had a coupon so I use that and I ended up saving $60 so that was pretty good. I wanted to buy some things to make jewelry. They didnt have all of the supplies. And then I wanted to get some glue for my husband for models. They dont even carry models. They carry hardly any crafts. Except for jewelry and your usual Fabric and yarn. So I was disappointed with all of that. The place is very nice clean. The people who work there or more than willing to help you very nice no issues. So I will only be going back there for things for jewelry. But theres no guarantee theyre going to have it. So at the end of my visit it was okay but there are a couple things Im going to have to order online. Have fun people.

Pleasant experience

Great service front the friendliest staff! My niece is graduating tomorrow and the fabric on her cap came off. The staff helped us find the best color and sheen fabric to use and have us advice on how to fix it. I will absolutely be going back there for all my crafting needs. And as a reenactor, that list can be extensive. 😁

Best described as a big box store. Jo-Ann Fabrics is a large fabric store selling everything from Needles and thread the sewing machines embossing machines and dry presses. There has always been Pleasant, and knowledgeable. Some of them have worked there since the store opened, and a stable crew always makes a place better.

Love this store it has everything and just when you think you got everything you need you end up buying more then you thought you wanted or needed. This store is fun

Store was pretty crowded. Everyone had their masks on and stayed 6 feet apart.I just became a Cricut crafter, so I went in for a few items. Everything was in stock. I also used my 20% off coupon on canvased frames.

Good staff pretty good selection of fabrics. Good coupons and sales. Only thing I dont like is the distance to get to them. I am in Jackson and they are in Toms River over a half hour drive almost.

What a place...everything a DIYer could ask for and more. I got there about a half hour before closing. Susan at the Toms River location on Hooper Avenue could have not been more helpful. Im not very crafty or creative but Joann Fabrics will be my go to place for help in that area.

Nice selection, but pricey

I was delighted to see that there was a Joann Fabrics on Hooper Ave and close to my new job. On my first visit, I scoped out the store, found a few things and headed up front to pay. My cashier, an older woman, could not have been ruder. She seemed distracted and mumbled her commands at me under her breath. I said I was sorry... I was hearing impaired and could not hear her... could she speak a bit louder. No change in her demeanor as she continued the sale. I decided to let it go. Everyone has their bad days. The following week I returned to exchange a wrong item they said would fit and return another item that didnt work. I found myself scanning the line of cashiers, hoping last weeks encounter wasnt there. This time, my cashier was another older woman with more of the same attitude, who examined my returned sewing box like I was trying to hide something. No pleasantries. When I asked her about an exchange of the other item I had, she directed me to Maryann in the sewing dept. I found Maryann, hoping she would help me find the right product. Nope, instead she quickly directed me to the area to find it on my own, and then continued her personal conversation with her friend without skipping a beat. Without input, I decided to just return that item as well and vowed to never shop here again.

So much stuff to choose from.... craft stores are my favorite places on earth... This one has so much nice fabric to choose from.. my only complaint is that the staff can be a tad clueless but i am still giving it 5 stars....

Your typical arts and crafts store. Well laid out, organized, clean. Finding someone to ask for help took a while, but they were pretty busy that day. They petty much had everything youd expect from a store like this. Fabrics, fake flowers, plenty of crafts, breads, jewelry, etc.
