The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The waiting area was well-maintained and stocked with a variety of complementary beverages and refreshments. I was very pleased to see that they also offered work stations/cubicles which enabled me to continue working while waiting for my service to be completed. My sales agent, Gary Latvala, even took time out of his busy schedule to locate me, checking in to say hello and seeing how I have been enjoying my new vehicle (purchased 5 months ago).He made sure I was being taken care of and showed me where the refreshments were in case I desired anything.Gateway Toyota is a fantastic dealership with a fantastic, professional staff and a wide variety of quality new and pre-owned vehicles. They have earned my business and will continue to receive it (Gary is an outstanding sales agent), along with my recommendation and referrals for anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. First service here at gateway after relocation from the other coast with my Prius. Very happy with my experience in the service dept. Service advisor was awesome and while a few extra maintenance items needed replacement that i wasnt aware needed attention—I’m very happy their technician picked it up. As someone why has prior experience in the car business and has always worked in the service industry IM PICKY. so far so good. I will return again without hesitation. Thanks for keeping/making me and my car (and dog) happy.

I went for an oil change, they told me I didn’t need one. They suggested that I replace my engine air filter, and agreed that I could DIY it. They rotated my tires for $25. All in all, honest, fair, professional. I’ll be back.

I’ve only been there twice and was very pleased with the service. The only complaint I would have is I recently had an appt for my oil change and they told me when I got there that they were running late. I had told them on the phone I’d be staying there while my car is being serviced. I didn’t expect to be there almost 3 hours for something that should have taken 1 1/2 hrs. A courtesy call BEFORE I came would have been nice telling me they are running behind. I would have rescheduled. I will never do that again. Next time I will drop off my car and come back for it

My Toyota Tacoma truck experienced a major coolant failure of my radiator, bypass valve at lower engine and cracked manifold. Routine maintenance oil change and tire rotation. Needed front brakes that seemed expensive but decided to do the job since I had come a distance for the service. Pedro, my service manager, was very professional and helpful. The items I mentioned on the phone when I scheduled the appointment were noted by Pedro when I checked in. This was novel. My other experiences with a Toyota dealer did not include nuance issues, such as the ones I noted for this visit. Nice touch!

Service was fine was just not expecting to have to get additional services done that were very costly and I guess I read my paperwork wrong that nothing was covered do did what I needed to do and going forward ill go to local shops for work till my lease is up because labor at dealerships is too expensive

Brought my car in because it said it was time for some service when I got there they said it was only do for tire rotation and they would check everything out when I got it back they said they checked the tire thread just wondering if they really checked everything I had a brand new tire put on and they couldn’t see a different tread then the other three did they really check everything or just mark off the checklist

MY CAR WAS WASHED AFTER THE SERVICE WAS DONE HOWEVER I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COST OF THE OIL CHANGE. SEEMS LIKE THE PRICES GO UP TOO OFTEN.

I came to check out the noise coming near the engine, the guy came back told me theyd like to charge me $805 for alternator replacement($423.54) + labor($314.95), also asked me to replace the Alternator belt for $74.77, only for parts and free charge of labor, not mentioned whole bunched of problems need to be fixed for total of $2,705.96. Seriously? I didnt accept the recommendation of course since I can buy a new Toyota already. I still have to pay for diagonosis charge for $131, when I found out PepBoy diagnosis is only $90, and alternator is so cheap online for like $150, and they wanted to charge me $423.54, and the labor is $100 at AAA vs. 314.95 at this place.

I took my Sienna in for a recall and they told me I need new brakes. I ordered the brakes and did the work myself. The brakes have several years of live left on them. They cost me time and money that I did not need to spend all in an effort to sell an unnecessary job
