I placed an order for paint and was charged on my card over the phone. The young lady that took my order failed to inform me that the store would be closing soon. I’m not from the area and due to it being a Saturday I didn’t think they would close early. I showed up a little over 2 hours to retrieve my order. (I was quoted an hour- hour and a half) I arrived and called the store over 20 times with no answer. Thats when I searched online to find it was closed. No one informed me that they closed early, otherwise I would’ve made arrangements. I only had one day for my project and now I cant do anything and my card was charged so I cant go anywhere else to get new paint. Completely unacceptable! I wont be buying from this location again.

Lavelle, the attendant, was extremely helpful and knowledgable about his product and how it is to be used best. He smiled a lot and had confidence in what he was doing. He even carried my paint out to my car. I also appreciated that this store had many wallpaper books- other had very few.
