Shipper was easy to get to, lot is big enough to maneuver in, loading went fairly quick
I went there today for the first time ever and the people in the shipping department were extremely rude!!
I used to order boxes online and get them shipped next day.. Called Welch to see if I can get a comparable rate and they beat the price. If you want a great experience I suggest you speak to Amy she was super fast getting me a quote and was able to get me the boxes in just two days.. amazing experience will definitely be back!

Trailer wasnt pre loaded like it was supposed to be. Took them over 2 hours to load 42 bales of scrap paper onto a 53 foot trailer. Great way to burn your DOT clock. Drivers beware, if you are picking up make sure to bring a good book or have a movie ready.
