The store is quite a spectacle of awesome stuff. On top of that they host Ohio bike week. The event is spot-on and well-maintained. This is a great place to go check out and visit. It doesnt matter if you own a Harley or not the experiences well worth checking out.

The show room is nice but the prices are unrealistic. I took my 94 soft tail in and they offered me an insulting price, so I left. I sold the bike, as is, for much more than they offered. Way more. I then went back in to look at another bike and they were unwilling to lower their price at all. I was offering cash as well. They would only go down, a few hundred dollars on a bike priced well over its value. The bike was way too expensive and had sat and will sit on their showroom floor for a long time. Dont go here to buy a bike. Way too expensive. Do your research and then buy somewhere else where they wont try to scam you.

I come in here a lot and I have to say, of all the Harley stores around Toledo Harley is the best. Their customer service is impeccable and they always take the time to answer questions and talk me through problems even when they aren’t making money off of me. I never feel like I’m just another customer. When the my road king finally gives up the ghost I know exactly where I’ll buy my next ride.

It’s like they’re always happy to see you and eager to help. Very helpful and very friendly!

Made a retail clothing purchase while here which went perfectly. Looked in on a cycle which has been in for repair for over a month and is still torn apart on a rack. Am really afraid that most of the summer is going to pass and will miss riding season. Having withdrawals-help!!!!

Nice, clean & organized. Helpful employees **UPDATE** 3-3-2020, Stopped into Toledo-Harley-Davidson 3-2-2020 to drop off some parts for the garage sale and was talking to Tim. I told him that I needed to service my anti-lock brakes and he said talk to Chris in service. Told Chris I needed to schedule my bike for brake fluid flush. He replies, how about tomorrow. Great! I drop the bike off on 3-3-2020 about 11 or so and by 1pm, done. Now that’s what I call service. Thank you Toledo Harley-Davidson.

I really didn’t want to buy a bike from here but when I walked in to just look at some things I found a bike I just couldn’t quit looking at. I talked to the manager about a price on it and I decided to pass. A few days later I was still thinking about it so I went back. I dealt with another sales person who made my buying experience very easy and enjoyable. That’s where the three stars come in. The manager I dealt with before saw me and ignored me the whole time I was there. You would have thought he would have come up and at least said something. Well for the kicker. Days after I got my bike home I started noticing a noise in the motor. It got louder until I took it to my bike mechanic and he told me I have a primary bearing out at least. It goes in the shop next week. I bought the bike used so the dealer won’t do anything. I can see if it was six months but it was two weeks after purchase I took it to my mechanic. My rating may for up or down after I find out the definite problem. To sum it all up. Nice store but I would be careful making a purchase.

Second time in a week I was given a wrong part. They don’t let me look to make sure it’s the right part because they don’t want me touching the parts because of Covid. And I’m not allowed to even return it because you aren’t accepting returns even when it was your dealers fault! Asked for an outer primary gasket and was given a derby cover gasket. I mentioned multiple times that I’m taking the whole primary off to access the $450 P.O.S. compensator I bought from the same dealer a week before that’s already failing and I need a full primary gasket and not a derby cover gasket. What is so hard to understand?

Stopped on earlier this week for a quote on tire replacement, had done some shopping around and price seemed fair, scheduled appointment for Saturday at 9am. Arrived at 8:40 to line people already at service dept. Almost 10am before bike was even wrote up. By 12 my bike was finally off lift. And outside, upon inspection my rear wheel still had old weights on it. Mind you tire being replaced was long overdue and from 2007. (11 years those weights have been on there). I asked a gentleman in service area about this and he had smart comment bout its fine. Precded to find another manager. He checked with his master tech and came back telling me everything is fine. This escalated to argument in service drive with other customers around. Left with new tire and bad taste in my mouth for Toledo Harley.If you enjoy rude people, workers taking constant smoke breaks with packed shop, and slow service. Its place for you.

I dont know what to say about this place, theres days that its okay, theres days that I hate to place. Like for instance when I buy something there and then I go to another Harley-Davidson store because they didnt have enough of one thing like rivets. The rounded head I got my bike painted, I needed the rivets cuz I took all the hinges off they charged me $48 for what I needed and then I go out to another dealership because theres four or five of them short and it only cost me $0.58 now that Harley store called up the parts department at Toledo Harley and they gave me my money back when it was all done and over. I only paid $4.80 instead of $48.What I like Toledo Harley is they do a lot of events for good causes. Whats really crazy is signature Harley-Davidson is the same owner but the people there are so much greater and theyre honest thats amazing from one place to another.

Kris and Pam in service were awesome. Bike started having problems during a five day road trip. Repair wasn’t cheap, but they ensured I could be back on the road the following day. It required finding a clutch cable that no one had in stock for 60 miles. Pam found one though. Y’all rock. Pam I hope to see you in your own shop someday.

Went in to order parts for my 97 Road King,they had them all,which was great.The parts staff are very friendly and helpful,and generally fun to talk to..They have a great showroom full of new and beautiful used bikes with a great line of items to add to your ride to dress them up from turn signals to rims,also have a great selection of clothing,boots and actually pretty collars and such.Would highly recommend a visit if your riding by..

Took my bike in for service,first time there for service and possibly last, They rebuilt my front forks,went to pick up as I looked it over I found loose bolt for fork to wheel!!!I showed them they didnt even seemed upset,no apologies,I made them recheck front end and I had to wait almost 2 hrs cause no techs wanted to go over it,no discount,no coupons and no call from Owner as If I owned a shop and someone did that I would call my customer

Took the driver training class there motorcycle endorsement and they were awesome as far as Im concerned the only place to take your test or get your license and the girls in the service department you cant beat them and theyre beautiful all of them

My favorite Harley Davidson. Staff here is great, always nice to visit. They plan a lot of events for customers from cookouts to concerts. The instructors for their riders edge course are top notch.

I chose this dealer out of 4 other dealers near me and closer because I heard good things about Toledo. I had my abs unit replaced on my 11 Ultra...For 585$ you would think Id get at least a wash.

The buying experience was great. The atmosphere was relaxed.. unless you are in the clothing department. My fiancé was browsing their selection and choosing shirts she wanted to try on and each time she picked up an item someone asks.. “Can I take that up for you” Now, I think the first time it was a nice gesture.. maybe even the second time.. however, the 5th, 6th and 7th time was just completely annoying and made us feel as though they didn’t trust us to hold onto the items until we’ve made our minds on which we wanted to purchase. So out of frustration, my fiancé just handed them the items to take to the front. As we were looking at the bikes in the showroom, we saw one that we just couldn’t pass up! This day, unknowing we would be purchasing a bike, I wore shorts so I was unable to test drive it, however, I was reassured at least 3 times that this bike needed NOTHING (only to find out week later it needs a $400 tune up) and only had 1,800 miles on it. I even asked if it had any stages upgraded on it because it did have Vance and Hines pipes. So, they took us to the finance manager and we got started and before you know it, the transaction was complete. A week later, I called back and notified them that it was having a really bad back firing issue. I spoke to a few Harley guys read a few forums and the conclusion I came to is that it was never tuned. So I made the service appointment and took it 80 miles back to Toledo. And.. low and behold it had never been tuned and I am expected to pay $400 to have it tuned. I spoke to two different people and it got me nowhere. The bottom line is they are accommodating until it leaves the store. Then its all on you. I know I purchased it “as is” but when I asked if the bike needed anything, it would’ve been nice if they were honest and said yeah.. a tune up. I just didn’t think that a $400 tune up would be the difference of a happy customer and a really disappointed one.
