Reggie is an AMAZING individual to work with! My project was very simple; but, for myself to do it...well...it would look sad at best. He has an EXTREMELY well outfitted shop to handle small to MASSIVE projects! Besides this, he treats you like the most important part of the project. He wants you to be pleased! Called Butz Welding with a small job on a fire pit received from China that was incorrectly welded. They were on a big job offsite, but took my number and called me within a day to tell me they were in the shop. I took the fire pit over, and they repaired it while I waited. They charged a very fair price. Im extremely satisfied with this long time Toledo company, and appreciated the old-fashioned, personal service. Not helpful at all. I called to get a quote on a custom hitch for my vehicle and the guy who got on the phone was rude and refused to give a quote. Every so how other company Ive called was happy to give a quote. This guy said if there arent any pre-fab ones on the market he isnt willing to install a custom one. But he would if there were pre-fab. It didnt make sense and I really didnt appreciate his attitude.

Quick turnaround on a custom stainless project, made my project deadline a success.
