Great place to shop, they have a smoothie place in the food court now 😋, plenty of stores to shop. Worth the drive.

Tues and Thursday are the best only $6 a ticket. Seats are comfortable and the picture quality is nice.

Loved the movie theater it has a pizza hut inside. Had a great time with my bff Janie and bruno.

The mall had a nice crowd. My goal was a haircut,both Penneys and Dillards had no customers yet said they could not do me.I was looking for Fall/ Winter sweaters,none being displayed yet for the most part. I found one style at Dillards and grabbed two colors.

Place is so terrible looks like Southwhyck should be rebuilt which I always felt safest at. Southwick was the place. Maybe all the malls should be rebuilt.

Stopped in to kill time and have some fun, got the kids each an awesome new hoodie and a good salesman even convinced me to buy shoe polishing kits for my husband that works really well really fast. Always fun coming here and hanging out with family and friends.

When was my daughter to get some school clothes for the girls. A very well-stocked store. Very clean. And very well impressed.

Everything you want to have in a trip to the mall. Department stores, clothing stores, pretzels in the middle. There were alot of sales in almost every store I went in. There was a very nice Pink store as well as a Victorias Secret. Got something for my girlfriend in the Pink store and had a pretzel. Checked out the latest Prada fragrance for men and was shown some new popular fragrances for women. Got some ideas for Christmas. The air conditioning was welcoming in this heat wave we are having. Plenty of room to park close to an entrance. Almost all the stores were open and I didnt feel like I was in a pandemic germ free zone even though some people were still wearing masks and sanitizing surfaces. Overall I had a nice experience at a new mall

This mall was awesome. Brought me back to a time when going to the mall was the thing to do. Plenty of people, but not too crowded. I felt like a kid again. 😁😝😀

This is an extremely nice mall. Lots of variety in stores. I was disappointed they didnt have a Hallmark store though.

Its like 2001 never ended at this mall. No one in Toledo got the message that malls were dying. As an out of towner, I expected a rust-belt mall to be a sad experience of hollowed out bygone retail excess. Instead it was a sad experience of completely current retail excess.Anyway. I wanted a couple of new short sleeve button-up shirts and found them at the Dillards men section after striking out at J.C Penny. And thats what malls are for.

Its been a long while since I been here but so happy to be back. Memories of my teenage years. Not much has changed but the technology. There are a few new stores here. And its funny but I purchased what I purchased when I was a teenager then.....tennie shoes and under garments minus the music but tired some different fast foods like the crepe place.

Has so many good stores like Aeropostale, American eagle, Holisteter and more. They also have a lot of snacks carts throughout the mall and good food courts like chick fl a and pizza.

Smells like weed. someone told me that is the Franklin park special so I guess that is good. took Timothy here and he absolutely adored this establishment. we saw the Tom and jerry movie and I cried. It was so touching. I highly recommend going to Franklin park with your little ones. They will love the escalator

Great... until we entered Dry Goods. Didnt appreciate condescending remarks. If you have a disability of any sort, dont bother going in to Dry Goods. All the other stores were great.

I dont dislike this mall, but I dont hate it either. Wish it had bigger brand name stores, but I love some of the stores. I also hate that their always losing stores.

I couldnt find the gym anywhere even though I wore the purple parka as directed. I only gave 2 stars because the fried koala was delicious.

Nice clean environment, nice shops and food, unfortunately some of the coolest stores no longer exist, like Verizon, best buy mobile, radio shack, if you want shoes, clothes and jewelry and food check it out, if your looking for any cool electronic stores forget it! Ps I guess they do have the apple store if you like fruit products LOL 🤣

Since coming back from Texas and we lived in Dallas Fort Worth area this mall is small and very dirty. I do love Victoria secrets and the new shop and the end of the mall where everything is handmade by pac sun.

Busy place. I cant imagine what its like around the holiday season. They have everything you could think of. If nothing else, its a great place to walk around for some exercise. The variety of shops will keep you entertained

Honestly, I only go to this mall for the movie theaters, and I really like it there. The mall seems to have a lot to offer with upscale kind of stuff if thats what youre into.

Had a great experience visiting this mall, found it to be clean and well-maintained, really nothing to complain about here! Everything is on one floor, which makes for a bit easier layout to remember and navigate. Has a cool fountain and fake palm trees in there as well, great touches.

First time here at the this mall from Detroit, MI came down for Sunday Date day to get his favorite cigars at the cigar shop Casablanca with my baby decided to go into Dillards and it was on from there we checked out every store and ate at one of there wide variety of restaurants Steak escape food was good we had a good time will be back soon for a lil weekend getaway

Overpriced. Especially the perfume store. Can get everything the mall has cheaper on line. Good, typical, array of food to choose from though.

Went inside for lenscrafters. Didnt really explore them all because Im not much of a mall person. As far as I could tell, there was plenty of parking around the building and nothing looked dated or broken.

This was written during covid. And if you were looking to catch any type of air transfered disease the mall is for you! At least wear masks people, you never know.

The only mall left in Toledo area. Lots of stores, a kid area and lots of food. Even has a movie theater here. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.

I love it. I actually work at the mall. The best and most awesomest place is the tropical grill and juices place. I 100% recomend!!!! If you dont mind, after you make a purchase please give a tip. The people that work there are very awesome and cool and awesome!!!! Its literally the best. If you want food, go to magic wok. The food there is super awesome and cool and awesome. My favorite is the brown rice and the honey chicken! Go Go Go!!!!

Went to the movies with a small group of friends. You can privately rent one of the cinamas for a group of your friends or family. Youre limited to 20--25 people. I dont remember whether it was $ 120.00 or 125.00. they have safe distancing and its extremely sanitized. We felt very comfortable and safe. The movie was great. 🤗

Easy access to all stores, and plenty of parking. Glad they are still open.I miss the malls

The atmosphere was great, Cinema consession lines were too long need have every counter open on weekends especially with a couple of kids movies. The food court was ok but all of businesses should be open by noon. The worst part about the food court was Burger Guys. Ordered a chesse dog it wasnt done or hot. They rolled the hot 🌭 around on grill a couple of seconds and put it on a cold bun with some fake cheese that didnt melt because the hot dog wasnt hot. My wife had order a Burger 🍔 with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles, there was no pickles and the bun wasnt hot the sandwich was awful. We didnt finish eating it threw it in the trash. We didnt complain then because we were in a hurry and was late getting to our appointment. We just consider the lost and never visit Burger Guys again unless they change or get new people to work( The Cook and the Server.)

Went to Sketchers Shoe Department.Clerk didnt want to wait on my mother and I. Found same brand at DSW. Had the best clerk ever. She even rang my $100+ purchase up.

I love shopping but I hate when floor security treats you like your stealing. They follow you everywhere so you cannot feel comfortable shopping. Its sad how they profile people 😕. Its just not enjoyable anymore....rude!

Wonderful experience at a specific store: Native Kichwa Arts. AMAZING items...beautiful, high quality clothing and jewelry; art, music, pleasant staff. Sadly, they are only here for a few more weeks. Opened a shop for the holidays. I bought a beautiful piece from them just today. Must go see and encourage their return! Located in the JCPenny wing.

Franklin Park Mall is a typical mall. Many national and local chain stores are present. The restaurant band food court offerings are decent. A reasonable place to shop.

Maybe its cause Im old and set in my ways, but I still prefer the indoor mega-mall to the new outdoor retail conglomerates that are the new rage. On this stop, I got a new leather coat, my daughter got some new clothes, and we got food each from one of our own separate favorite places. She and my wife got Chick-fil-A, and I got Panda Express

I like this mall. Lots of great shops. The food court has an adequate selection. I hate that it doesnt open until 11am and closes at 7pm. Thats the reason for the 4 stars.

I did not see any security or mishaps with that, so take that as you would. Its a mid size mall but its very well kept. The deals are really amazing there so if you need anything I would suggest checking things out over here. Theres a lot of variety in the food court, but some of the venders, I think the Asian one, werent the most hygienic in service, so thats something to look out for. All and all, not bad and pretty good as far as malls go, definitely a place to check out on a weekend.
