I had my lawnmower tuned up and had a new pull string put on, it haven’t been 60 days and the pull string won’t pull I contacted the shop and was told I could bring it in but they’re going to charge me again for a new string. I hope this help someone else before they take their lawn mower here for service, they do not stand behind their work they done a terrible job and has lost me as a customer !

They seem nice and friendly initially just to get your service. They’re very rude and they take a long time to fix your lawnmower.

Their prices are much higher then even the dealer direct and I was sold the wrong item that didn’t even fit my mower after all the right information was given then didn’t keep receipt because thought that item was right and would fit exactly and couldn’t get money back, so a loss ended up going to dealership and purchased one that was exact and to my surprise was way cheaper go figure.

My aunt came in today and bought a Honda mower from you guys. After a terrible experience with a big box store trying to get a mower you guys were beyond great. Mower was fully assembled, friendly customer service, knowledgeable staff, explained basic features to her, gassed it up, helped us load it and we were on our way. Even offered free deliver. My grandfather and father both bought mowers from you guys and had them 30+ years. Great to know that service doesnt stop after the sale and that you guys are there for maintenance and repair as well. Oh and your price was actually lower than a big box store. Great all around experience.

They supposedly fixed my snow blower 2 years ago. When asked what was wrong they said just make sure you have good fresh gas in it. I didnt need the snowblower last year. Recently I went to start it, in preparation for an upcoming storm and as soon we put gas in, it started leaking out. I took my lawnmower there, when it wouldnt start. I got it back and it wouldnt start. Took it back they said it was just bad gas. They blame everthing on bad or old gas.

The price of a starter for a riding mower was at covid price of $107.55 + tax I saw it online for $45.00

Very knowledgeable and experienced about equipment. Helpful with assessing the yard space and determining what mower and blower needed for the volume of space. I found the pricing was very fair and best of all the delivery cost was included with the purchase. They provide needed service with pick-up and delivery. A wonderful experience and piece of mind about the purchase and service. Service isnt provided at the big box stores and definitely knowledge is limited.

Had my Honda lawn mower and trimmer serviced. Both running great.

Living in Toledo for thirty years, I have been so comfortable by the sales, service and general level of professionalism. Yesterday, I hit a stump with my mower about 3:30 p.m.. I phoned Bunde, explained that I am now living on Catawba Island and asked if I could drive over. They were kind enough to wait past closing and repaired my mower on the spot. This is rare service and I was extraordinarily grateful.

The people here always took care of me very well I will never say anything bad about this place. The one brother passed away and boy do I miss him we used to talk all the time the other brother we talk a lot to but hes not always there but if you ever need a excellent lawn mower go there and Ill suck your right Honda is the best lawn mower out there now their cars I would never buy one but their lawn mower I will always buy one.

Rude, Unfriendly & Condescending.... How they retain any customers is beyond me...Would NEVER return if simplicity dealer were closer than 15 miles from our shop. Customer service ? Highly unlikely here....

These guys could use a few lessons in treating customers right. They are the most unfriendly people I have ever seen. They act like the customer is totally stupid about everything. They act like they are angry with each other, and all have scowls on their faces. I live near their shop, but I would drive miles to another shop before I would ever go there again.

I have been there twice in the last 20 years. Each time its been a lesson in frustration. Its as exactly as the other reviews have said.....clearly they dont comprehend that customers are the lifeblood of any business. Without question I will direct my business elsewhere.
