Was a neat experience and the gimmick works. Everything was fresh, it tasted like real ice cream, cause you really wonder when they pour in the liquid. Place was very clean, employees were helpful and polite. Taken off a star cause I dont know how much liquid nitrogen cost but $5.50 seemed pricey for modest scoop of ice cream.

An interesting concept we were very curious to try. Our experience started a little off-beat as the first staff member continuously touched her mask with her gloved hands between transactions. She continued to move her mask up and down or pull it out away from her face to speak to guests. It was just cringey to watch. The ice cream was delicious though. Very cold. Also, very smooth. I tried their Apple Pie recipe. It didnt come with anything more than apples and pie pieces though. I added Graham cracker, whip cream and a caramel syringe for some more flavor. The kids enjoyed their cookie dough in a vanilla base and my husband tried the strawberry cheesecake. All were delicious. Im interested in trying their coffee! I didnt know this was an option until we arrived this evening.

First time! Very impressed! Enjoyed the cherry pie. Those with me, enjoyed a vanilla shake and the apple pie. The associate was very personable and helpful! Pricing made for a good value! We will return!!!

This was my first time trying nitrogen-chilled ice cream, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The result was probably the creamiest, most delicious ice cream Ive ever tried. The shop is nice inside, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. This is a laborious, time-consuming process compared to other kinds of ice cream shops. As a result, the price is a little higher than other places (about $5.50 for their small cup, which is a reasonable serving size), but this price seems very fair and reasonable to me. You can add as many mix-ins and toppings as you like, the only thing thats extra are their little syringes of different sauces or syrups. Though to be honest, I would suggest keeping the mix-ins to a minimum so that you can enjoy the texture of the ice cream. Also, they appear to offer a special for $4 small cups before 4pm, which is a great option if youre concerned about price.Ill definitely be back!

Unique place where you can build your own dish of gourmet ice cream. Their ice cream is extremely smooth and creamy due to the special, and laborious process they use to make it right in front of you (kudos to the staff). The decor has a retro-futuristic feel, with neon lights and state-of-the-art equipment, and yet its still somehow reminiscent of an old malt shop from the fifties. Its a bit pricey, but I think thats understandable, given the costs involved, in the end I think its worth it for a special treat.

Super cool experience. Tons of fun watching them work with the nitro. Just wish I had my kids, they would have thought it was sweet.The manager working the counter was a super nice guy and was very engaging for everyone there. He explained the process and how everything worked and spent some time chatting with us as well.Not to mention, the ice cream was phenomenal, very smooth and creamy. We dont have any Milksters in our area, so I can tell I probably wont have anything rival their ice cream for quite a while.

I got the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and my mom got a strawberry shortcake milkshake.Let me tell you that was the most delicious ice cream ever. They even use nitrogen in mixers in front of you and it was amazing!!!London 11 years old

Delicious and fun experience! There are recipe card suggestions if you want to put together something classic, or you can create your own combo of flavors and toppings. Youre able to watch the liquid nitrogen be poured into your mixture and be churned into delicious ice cream right before your eyes! Its a little pricier than I would normally spend on ice cream, but it is VERY tasty and such a fun experience. Definitely recommending it to everyone and will be back again!

My wife and I were interested to give this place a try. The serving size was tiny to say the least. For two tiny servings the cost was $11. It would have to have been much better to justify that cost. Had we got coffee it would have been over $20. If you have some money burning a hole in your pocket check it out otherwise I recommend Handels.

Very disappointing. The area where the ice cream is made had many staff members in one small area, with not a single one wearing a mask. Can’t find any other ice cream place in the area where all staff members refuse to wear masks. Please save your money and visit one of the many other ice cream shops around town that continue to prioritize customer safety. The gimmick is not worth the safety concern.

Its a fun gimmic that my daughter enjoys. Not exactly my cup-of-tea. Not bad, but not the best either.

AMAZING! After I had it for the first time, I went back three days in a row (and I dont even live close by). My boyfriend that doesnt really enjoy ice cream says its the best ice cream hes ever had. Im pretty sure I made the best combination on my very first attempt. Start the with 24 Karat Salted Caramel recipe and mix-in Biscoff Cookie Butter and Oreos and go with the suggested sweet cream base. Its phenomenal. Staff is helpful, kind and keep the place super clean.

Way overpriced, I have been to plenty of other nitrogen ice cream places in southern california this place was literally twice as expensive which makes no sense considering this is NW OH. They charged us $11 for a small cup (1 scoop) it was sweat cream and fruity pebbles, no toppings or anything else. The people in front of us had two bowls and it was $34, that is absolutely ridiculous for ice cream. The ice cream is no better then normal ice cream if anything, worse you pay for the experience and its slow. I was expecting that - it was similar to the other places Ive been to in that regard. What really bothered me though was I did not see prices anywhere on their menu in the store or on the website, its almost like its intentionally hidden which makes sense at those prices. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the girls who worked there were friendly and did a good job and the ice cream was at least edible. But we definitely wont be back and Im sure this place will close in a year. These places only exist in Socal because the rent is so high you have to justify the high price of the icecream with a gimmick, not going to succeed in NW OH where almost every neighborhood has a good ice cream place with reasonable prices.
