Quality is standard for a DQ, but they close early seemingly at will. Good luck getting served within an hour before closing.

3 times now went and tried to get any blizzard add extra pb sauce. Theyve charged me every time and have yet to get it. You should really get a better system or better employees

This Dairy Queen is so clean and always good!They are fast, friendly, and always have a high inventory so their stock in never low and can have a full menu. The Royal Blizzards, Blizzards, Sundaes, Peanut Buster Parfait with Whipped Cream, Dilly Bar, Cupcake-To-Go, Cakes, Dipped Ice Cream Cones, and Crunch-Cote Cones are among the items we buy here. I highly recommend the Dilly Bar for young kids, my 2 year old loves it when we treat her here and its a lot easier for her to eat by herself and is a lot less messy!

There was an extremely minor mistake with a cake i purchased and Monica offered us another cake at no cost to us for our next occasion. Not good. Ant its not the first time. I ordered a heath blizzard. That is all you can get right now it a blizzard. I get that. But I should not have cookie dough in my health blizzard. I guess the mixers are not cleaned inbetween each use. I wont be back.

Ehh. It was okay. Got a mango pineapple drink and it wasnt really all that great. I went with my friends and their kids so we had a decent sized order, it was slow and we were the only people in there. They forgot my drink, when I mentioned it they told me I didnt order that, I quickly showed them the receipt and proved i did order it and it was the only thing missing. Felt that was kinda rude since the cashier didnt even check the kitchen copy, she just immediately said I didnt order that without confirming.

Ice cream is always great but they seem to handle large amounts of customers with ease. Have hesitated to go in based on the number of people in line but have never been disappointed. They keep it moving.

I havent visited a Dairy Queen in years so decided that I wanted a favorite from DQ, a peanut butter parfait, something I havent had in years. I also ordered a shake. I was so disappointed. The size of the PBP was much smaller and more expensive. It cost me $11 for the two items. What a disappointment!

Drove there from lambertville mi today bought a ice cream cake used a coupon we got in mail for 3 dollars off..toke family back later today to buy ice cream for everyone..cashier said you cant use this coupon cause I never saw this coupon before..my husband said really because we used one earlier..nope wouldnt let us..ok..no problem were done with them now .

I went to get an ice cream cake for a birthday and was surprised by the selection that they had in the store with out having to order one. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely go back to this location.

Worse experience, ordered funnel cake ala mode. Got home only to find they forgot the ice cream. Called to inform them and was told ala mode means without ice cream. The manager argued and ended up hanging up on me! What happened to the customer is always right?

We usually have a good experience. However today, they gave our ice cream to someone else who walked out and tried to make us pay AGAIN to get what we had already ordered and paid for. So we paid for two medium BLIZZARDS and didnt get either! (We didnt have a receipt to prove we paid for it) never been treated to ride in an ice cream establishment before. All because they made the mistake, not us.
