Me and daughter came into their location today not even twenty minutes ago but anyways those two workers were very RUDE ESPECIALLY THAT ONE BEHIDE THE COUNTER we was asking for help and neither one of them didn’t help us and they was literally next too us like really I’ll never go back to that store and after I said we wasn’t coming back one of them dummies make an comment when we was leaving they better be lucky I’d had my child with me because it could’ve gotten real and they would’ve got deal with
Customer service is an absolute joke, and not a very funny one. The hats I wanted were blocked by boxes and the employee working was too busy changing the music and screwing around on his phone to move the boxes or get the hats I wanted so I left empty handed.
Very poor customer service between this store and the Lids store in Franklin Park Mall. Was told in early September that the NFL sidline hat would come out on the 28th. Today is October 3rd and both stores would not help us in any way. They had the hat but could not find us the right size. No effort at all. Both stores would not even try to find the size for my son and I as we wear two different sizes. Looks like we will head to the Taylor Michigan store. Do not shop at the Toledo location!!! THEY DONT CARE!!!! IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD!!!!
Poor customer service. Lady wouldn’t let me return or exchange my unworn jerseys, I bought them 3 days prior... ruined Christmas gifts and I’m out a couple hundred dollars. Lost my business.
Workers were really helpful. The size we needed wasnt on the wall, but they checked their inventory on the computer and were then able to find what we needed in a new shipment box. Great service.
I hate to say it but I have a bad experience every time I come here. I wear a 59fifty Yankees hat and they never have it in my size! They always tell me they can order it but I can do that from the comfort of my own home. They can never find my Lids card by looking it up but when I go to other Lids stores they have no issues seems like they are trying to force me to buy a new lids card every time. Sometimes youll wait for them to finish a personal conversation with each other before they will even ask you if you need help! Skip this store

My daughter ordered a hat and is still waiting for 3 days to have the hat delivered. Their shipping is a joke!!
They were very nice and helpful and I was greeted as soon as I walk in..... I got what I needed and I will return again. Hopefully they machine to do embroidery is up and running

Lots of hats in a small space...Crabby lady working the register. All good, Id probably be crabby with the constant stroll of young customers that the mall seems to attract on a Friday.

I love Lids, my go to spot to get hats for sure, almost always have the buy 1 get 1 half off so needless to say I always leave with 2. Always get the personalized as well. Go there everytime iam in Toledo, have a rewards program too.

The sales people in there were very pushy, as if I was in there to steal something so I felt very uncomfortable trying to window shop. I was also disappointed that they only had one rack of t-shirts and no other merchandise for one of the local college teams that I was there to shop for

I placed an order on Wednesday 17th, the shipping label was created the same day. Although the product was not shipped for 2 days afterwards. This would not be a problem except that I paid for 2-day shipping, expecting the product on Friday or Saturday. I will not receive the product till today Monday the 22nd. When I called for a partial refund for the shipping delay, I was informed that policy is that they only refund shipping charges if the shipping company is at fault.I will never do business with Lids again. I will also most likely return the product at my expense out of principal.
It was terrible. I went to return the hat because name was spelled wrong and they wouldnt fix the problem.
Store size is very small. With 6-7 employees working it feels very claustrophobic and gets way too hot inside. Although you cannot take two steps without bumping into an employee, getting one of them to actually help you felt like a challenge.Lack of selection: They did not have a single Michigan State (ranked #1 college basketball, #4 college football) hat despite only being located 2 hours away.I attempted a simple echange of a gift on Dec 26th. Employees had lack of return policy knowledge on biggest return day of the year and recommended to return to a different store they owned, Cardboard Heros. Cardboard Heros said they would not accept a Lids purchase.There is no credit card receipt lookup functionality. I will be forced to contact the original gift giver to obtain a recept.What a waste of a day!
Didnt have the sizes I needed even after being told by an associate that it was in stock
The staff is very rude and they didnt even had the decency to call me to let me notice if theyre hiring or not.So theyre only get one star for being a dishonest company and theyre scumbags for not having no integrity.Theyll get one star from me.

Would rate lower if I could. Worker was on her phone. She wasnt even trying to be discrete that she was playing on Facebook. Wouldnt even acknowledge me when I approached her with a question.
