I called in with a very unique request and was told to stop in. I was fully expecting to be turned away after explaining the work that I needed done. (custom cut of a counter top that was bought at lowes) not only did Tim cut the table the exact way I wanted it. But he was so polite and all of this happened in a matter of 4 hours. They were timely, professional, and did quality work. very impressed.
