I live in a travel trailer and brouse around all over the country. Most towns, I check out the guitar stores... you never know what you might find.Google Maps guitar stores near me found me Heights Guitars. Stopped in, they had really reasonable prices on used and new guitars, and on everything else - and there is a HUGE selection of new and used equipment. Try out anything in the store. Had a fun blues jam with two other customers and the owner, found some cable adapters I had been searching for - inexpensive.I could rave on. The more you look the more you find. A Great Store.

Dan the manager was great! My band was playing at the German American Festival and my guitar electronics stopped working. I took it and Dan had it fixed within an hour! Saved me that weekend! He even put new strings on the guitar and all of it for a GREAT price! Would highly recommend this place!!

This is my favorite music store in the world. Its always full of surprises. 80 percent of their inventory is used and their is a constant rotation. You never know what you might find. The staff are good. Very knowledgeable. Not arrogant like some of the big chain music stores. Definately worth a visit. I live in Canada and venture there 3 or 4 times a year.

Drove down from Detroit to check out this hidden gem. The local small town mom and pop shops are being run out by big box companies. These guys are knowledgeable, have fair prices and great gear. Real, honest guitar techs. I just needed 1 tuning machine (not the whole dang pack of 6) and they worked with me to find the best option. With a little retrofitting, my Seagull is sounding beautiful once again.

Absolutely love this place. I was struggling with my guitar sound so went up to Heights spent 4 hours trying all different kinds of equipment. Staff was very patient with me and in the end I walked out with an awesome guitar sound.

Toledos number one attraction as far as Im concerned. I live in Canada and make sure I visit this store 3 or 4 times a year. You never know what you will find but it will be a fair price. Always.

Awesome staff, very helpful and friendly. I go in there to browse their selection almost once a week to check for any new good deals and theyve always been very courteous. Bought a 4x12 guitar cabinet the other day and they even helped me load it in the car without me needing to ask. Great store.

By far one of the best music shops in Toledo. They have a unique selection of all types of gear, new, used, old, etc. The staff can answer any question you have, and theyll give you honest opinions reqarding your inquires. I value the concept of supporting local businesses, and Heights is no exception. If youre a Toledo-area musician, they will supply you with whatever you need. Period.

Got a great deal on a used K-board. This is the place for the best used musical gear in Toledo IMHO.

Definitely the coolest guitar shop in Toledo. So many pedals, both new and used, friendly staff, and an awesome amp tech. Heights is really encouraging for the DIYer as well; theyve got components, cloth wiring, fuses, really anything electric guitar related that you might need to fix or build up your axe, all while being reasonably priced. Ive never walked into this store and not gotten what I need, whether its a pack of strings, hard to source components or just some good ol fashioned advice.This is definitely a one-stop shop for all of your guitar needs. Not to mention its got this vintage musk emanating from all corners, Twilight Zoning you into an alternate universe where a cacophony of future tech and vintage tones subsides into harmonic coexistentialism.If youre a music person of any degree, you owe it to yourself you walk into this building.

This is really a great music store offering both used and new goods with friendly and honest service. Besides stringed instruments, they have microphones, studio and gig audio gear such as PAs mixerboards etc, drums tons of doodads you didnt think youd need but will want after you see them. They usually have a selection of used horns / woodwinds. I cant speak for the horns (since I dont play one) but I havent found a sax there yet that Id want, but they dont seem to have that many go through.

This is my kinda shop, fam! You walk in & its like a treasure trove. New stuff, old used stuff, stuff you didnt even know you needed until youre holding it in your hands, like, yeah!You got some half way decent stuff ya wanna trade in? Theyll take it ( hint: you might get a better deal if you clean all the cat hair off of it first). Staff doesnt treat you like a schmuck, they are super chill & know their stuff with out being stuck up about it.10/10 recommend to all lieutenants!
