My mother is not happy about the services she had received. The first order was delayed because not enough drivers and the second order was delayed because of a broken truck. I understand the last incident was foreseeable, however, they have her phone number and should have called instead of making an 84 year old wait 3 hours. She does not have an email. She was told they do not call people because they do not have man power to do so.

I want to say we have a new driver named Toni, she is absolutely wonderful. So sweet and kind, I hope she always stays our delivery person!!

I have placed the same order twice both times the order has not shown up! I called them twice today delivery time was 8 am until 11 am. It is now 4 PM and I am told they can send someone tomorrow this is a first time delivery, its a joke companys shouldnt operate this way!!!!

I have been with this company for 3 years and never had a problem. Now when I placed my order they dont have a driver for the route or never even contacted me to let me know they dont have a driver for the route or send someone else out. They decided they wont deliver but want to have them come out on a different date when I have a a schedule date. Im so not happy with this company and Im done being a customer to them.
