Only 15 bucks for 9 holes and a cart. great practice course with some fun par 4s
I’ll start by saying this is not a 4 star course, but a 5 star customer value. However, the potential is completely there. Under new management, the course is improving as quickly as possible. The greens are bad and signage needs improvement. Though, for a short beginner course and $10 (what they are currently charging for 9 holes) it’s a fantastic place to practice. Holes are fun and fairways/rough is actually decent. Staff is extremely friendly and passionate about the course. I’d like to thank JP for a warm welcome. As I was heading out he was cleaning up clubs so that local kids could come by and hit balls in the evening. That is community care you don’t get everywhere and it would be a tragedy to see pretty much the only East Side course not make it. Once the greens are back on track, and maybe some marketing initiatives to bring in some revenue, this course can be great. I strongly encourage any beginner-intermediate golfer to practice here, it’s lightyears better than going to the range and it won’t improve without local support.
I say five stars, because this course is home to me. The hospitality is great and the prices are very fair. The physicality of the course is a high 3, to low 4.
This is a fun place to play 9 holes.. The only thing I didnt like is how the holes are laid out because you could finish hole 7 and on your way to 8 and end up at 9. The paths need redone to see where your going next. Price is pretty good for its area. Id keep coming back its worth it!
Greens are in really bad shape, but its affordable and we still had alot of fun.
Love there nature area but wish there was a little park for the kids in the area by the basket ball hoops
A nice little 9 hole course on Toledos east side. Friendly staff & a variety of hole shapes and elevations are plusses. The shape of the course is somewhat dependent on the weather - the fairways are not watered. In addition, while the greens are watered, there are bare spots and rough patches that affect how they roll. For most golfers, a course cant be truly good with iffy greens.
Too expensive for a 9 hole course in terrible shape!!! Went there 1 afternoon this summer and the guy told me were closing I havent had but 1 golfer all day that was between 4 and 5 in the afternoon when it was getting dark at 9pm. Another night I went over there no one on the course told the guy Ill give u a 20$ to golf 18 holes I just dont want to drive to Fallen Timbers for that price he Told me No!!! Cant do it. Really no golfers on your course and you cant do it?? I left and went to Fallen Timbers. Havent golfed there all year!!
