Worst customer service ever. Just had a simple question about a part. A lady named Tyler ( who was very un caring and rude) promised to call me back. left several messages and still nothing. Cant wait until this machine dies and I can upgrade to John Deere. Avoid the hassle of even calling these people

Needed parts for my Toro 4500D. Parts counter was super helpful on the phone and got what I needed and had it in stock for a sane day pickup. Lady who cashed me out was super nice!
