They were actually able to move up the installation date by 2 months after other orders scheduling were altered due to weather conditions, etc. From Patricks initial estimate visit, accelerated scheduling, and one-day installation of 6 windows (including inside and outside detailing) this was a FIVE STAR experience. We recently replaced all of our windows, basement windows, and a storm door through Glass Brothers. Beginning to end, Patrick and his whole team was great to work with. They are a very honest and trustworthy family, and I was 100% comfortable with them in my home. Quality work for an affordable price with good people; hard to find these days! The owner does the sales, measurements, and install as well which was important to us. We have a bathroom window and 1 more door to replace, and I will be calling them!

I highly recommend this company. They are very reasonably priced. The other companies we talked to could not match the color of the windows we had. We only did the upstairs so they had to match the downstairs windows. He worked with us so we could get the same look. They are very nice to work with. With Covid they followed all the guidelines and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They clean up and even put my curtains back up. When we get ready to do the downstairs windows I will definitely hire them again. I could not ask for any better service. They are very trust worthy and he did exactly what he said he would do. The initial quoting process with Patrick was very brief and direct and the price was MUCH more competitive than Brothers larger, long-winded, manipulative and sales-y factory-direct competitors (cough, Champion, cough). Scheduling with Kaitlin was a breeze; she was very thorough and professional and went the extra mile to work with us when we unexpectedly needed to push out our initial appointment.We couldnt be happier with Brothers work; it is marvelous and has really sprouced up our unfinished basement. Even after the project was completed, Patrick made himself available to answer a few questions. We had new exterior and storm doors installed through Brothers in April 2017. Patrick was very professional and went over everything very thoroughly with us. The quality of the doors as well as the workmanship by the installers was first rate. The fit is perfect and we couldnt be happier. We used Brothers for glass blocks for our basement at our previous house and they did a great job on those as well. We would highly recommend this company for your windows and doors.

Personable, I liked that they are not sales people that spend hours at your house and wont leave. Patrick is straight and to the point, best price I got after getting 5 other quotes. I ended up having to add basement windows last minute and he came out and quoted me the same day. Im only on day 1/3 on my installations and I am so happy I chose this company. They left me a note letting me know details about how the installation went (was at work all day) and how long to wait to open vents. As a first time homeowner this is important to me. Would recommend to anyone !!

Overall experience was amazing. Its a small company, where the owner shows up on the job, you dont hear ANY swearing from the crew, and you can tell they care about the work they do. I had several quotes for the double hung window installs, and Brothers was the best price with the most expierence in the trade.
