Super friendly and always has three best gear!!!

I was looking for a specific sweatshirt to buy for a Christmas gift on Thursday Dec 20th. I walked from the Fifth Third location to the Huntington Center location in the rain because I was told they had it in stock at that store. When I got there I couldnt find it so I asked for help. The guy working went to look for it in the back for me and came back 20 minutes later to tell me it was underneath a bunch of stuff and he couldnt get to it. He said I could come back Christmas Eve to get it then because he wouldnt be able to get it out until after Sunday. I called the morning of Christmas Eve before driving over there only to be informed they had sold them all. I was very disappointed after being turned away and told they were not able to be accessed to find they had been sold to someone else in the meantime. To make matters worse it was limited edition so I wont be able to buy later on.

Over priced, low quality merchandise. Sales team acted as if customers were an inconvenience to them. It felt really uncomfortable shopping for souvenirs so we left.
