Nice store, didn’t have much that caught my eye

I have had a beautiful pen with a Hello Kitty charm on it. I suddenly couldnt get the pen to twist out anymore. I took it to the Franklin Park Swarovski and when the sales associate couldnt get it to work either, she let me trade it for another. She said she could tell I had taken very good care of it or she would not have honored it. Such a great store. They have helped me install new refills in the past. I will always do business there.

I love Swarovski figurines and collect them. The employees at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a club member which gives me access to some special issue ones as well annual gifts.

I like the figurines, no I would never purchase them. Pushy sales people bother my soul. Jewelry looks like jewelry. Would never risk purchasing blood diamonds.

Great place to shop

Went to store to have swarovski sent in to be repaired, that 1 piece had came unglued. Got item back in multiple pieces that employee smashed. When I called store to find out what had happened they said employee no longer works there and sorry nothing they can do. Employees very rude and manager would not be reasonable about rectifying issue. Would not suggest store to anyone looking for Swarovskis.
