Went in here to buy 3 pairs of raybans for my self and others as a gift I couldn’t stand being in that store for more than 3 minutes before I walked out not only was the guy behind the counter staring a whole through my body the entire time I was in there “probably cause I’m 23 and it looks like I’m stealing” but there isn’t a great variety of glasses. Ended up ordering then from the raybans website directly! Cheaper and the entire catalog is there and nobody stares at you!!!!!!!!

Went there on Sunday, keep in mind I live on the other side of town. The store hours said opens at 11am. Arrived at 11 and the doors we’re still locked and decided to grab a bit to eat in the food court. Once done eating and doing a little more shopping went back it was 12 noon and still not open for business. Very disappointed since there is only a couple places around that sell Costa sunglasses. We left and drove 17 miles to bass pro and purchased a pair and gave bass pro my 290$. I get that places are short handed but update your site or put sign on the door.

Steve was awesome. He greeted me looked at my face shape and skin tone/hair color and picked the best two pairs for me. I bought them both!

Full selection of Maui Jim sunglasses (that I was looking for). The sales associate was patient and helpful while I tried many pairs on.There are a lot of other name brands like Oakley, too.

7/15/18 Toledo Franklin Park location: Was looking forward to carefully selecting my next pair of Oakley sunglasses and was hoping to browse their selection today. Unfortunately my experience was agitated and cut short. Upon arrival one of the three associates working immediately greeted my daughter and I when we walked in, asked if she could help us find anything specific. I told her that we really just wanted to browse the Oakley sunglasss section and after exchanging small pleasantries thanked her for the greeting. At this point I figured she would just allow me look quietly without any more questions as my daughter browsed a different section. But unfortunately she would not leave me alone as I was continuously asked questions after every pair of Oakley’s I pulled off the shelf to try on. I was agitated by it so much that I grabbed my daughter and left after only 5 minutes. Piece of advice for ANY associate working retail. Greet the customer, ask if they need any initial assistance, and if the answer is no, LEAVE THEM ALONE and allow em to shop in peace! Trust me, we’ll grab you if we need anything. You lost a huge sale! Very disappointing experience today! We definitely won’t go back!
