It wont let me give a zero rating. They want youre money not your work, I call for a estimate on some forklift work, the guy offers to send someone out to take a look and give me a estimate no problem, sounds great. Guy comes checks out my forklift, takes a few pics, says he understands Im starting a business and need the forklift ready within a couple weeks, assures me that shouldnt be a problem and tells me that they are really slow at work right now so time should be no problem. Awesome! So after hes done trying to sell me more stuff for my forklift than I need, (I understand we all have to make money) He tells me he has to get someone on phone to tell me what I owe him, (wouldve been nice to be told on the phone that they were going to charge me but they let that slip their mind) since I really needed my forklift as soon as possible I did not complain I just accepted it. Well it has been approximately 2 months later and have heard nothing, no estimate, no phone call, If they didnt want to do the work they could have told me (a simple muffler change and couple hyd. Lines nothing to major, simple easy money for them) Instead they have made it very clear on there business tactics, lets charge him 225.00 just to look at it but never get our hands dirty with real work. 225.00 for a quote you had no intention on sending (I stressed the time frame issue so there would be no confusion, and he said they would put a rush on it) So bottom line you stole 225.00 dollars from my start up business that my family is depending on to eat. If my business ever had to resort to these tactics I would shut it down myself rather then letting it fall to pieces one customer at a time. This is stealing no matter how you look at it, I paid for something and I did not receive it. Forklifts of Toledo has zero integrity and should be ashamed of themselves.....And Im sure after reading this you will try to hurry up and send me a quote two months later but it is far too late for that you had your chance, and I know you will not put the money back on my card because that would be too much like the right thing to do.... I was almost a customer but instead a victim..... I usually dont take time to do too many bad Google reviews however when I feel like it could prevent somebody else headaches and problems I do take the time to be honest about my experiences. Have a great day counting my familys money you stole!

I had purchased an old lift truck. Needed to find out info on this lift truck. Chris at Forklifts of Toledo was so helpful in getting the info I needed on my lift truck. Called other places and no one would even call me back. It was nice that he went out of his way to get the info I needed. Thank you.
