I dont usually shop at this location but was a last minute decision. I gave it 3 stars because most of the time they only have 1 register open and the line is extremely long. Therefore, I end up waiting about 10 to 15 min. Also, in the parking lot and the front door entrance someone is always begging for change. Other, than those issues the workers are always nice and helpful.

Its well stocked and the staff is friendly, the prices are good and they have a good variety of products both national and store brand, the store is clean and well laid out. The parking lot is open and spacious however it needs sufficient lighting at night

Theyre rearranging reorganizing to store It was still quite a mess. Family Dollar stores are almost never my first choice. The convenience of the location is why I stopped in for a handful of items. Customer services quick but not necessarily friendly. It was just okay.

It was ok but I was shocked to see that no one at all had masks on because of Covid but the employees were nice and fast

Cashier rang up my cat food twice and acted like it was my fault somehow because it was in the cart and she had to reach. It was a 20 lb bag but she was on the phone with her kid too so.... other than that I love the place. Not all but most cashiers act like the got no job but to get you out as fast as possible and if you need ANYTHING ELSE they get all huffy and puffy.

Found everything I needed. Store was clean and well stocked.

Had a mask on and the management still wanted to lecture me, the one on E.Broadway. And because I didnt want to listen to her lecture she kicked me out. This woman was sweating and shaking, almost like she was on drugs. Its hard enough to deal with all that is going on without that kind of nonsense.

Always smiling people to greet me when I walk in I joke with them when the cashier says I can help whos next I say Im beyond help lol

This location is not bad... its within walking distance from where I live but theres always panhandlers hanging outside the building once in awhile,.. and that gets to be very annoying!?Other than that the stores just like any normal Dollar Store? it has everything you need and stuff is fairly cheap.

A yr back, I said i would never go back. My daughter wanted to go. Wow, what a difference, was very clean, everything was stocked. People alot more friendly, now I go on occasion. Very big improvement!! Job well done!!!

It is a very wonderful store who has a lot of great discounts on brand name products most of all the staff has been very helpful every time I have shopped there especially the young lady by the name of Jennifer who is wonderful and helping me to find any product that I need there I would continue to shop there as a loyal customer thank you Family Dollar

Good if youre in a hurry and dont want to run to a better store. Prices are great and most employees are pleasant. Cleanliness is constantly an issue and be prepared to be harassed by beggars, drunks, addicts and bums. Ive never shopped here with being approached by someone begging for money.

Needs to be more organized

One of the most Helpful, and clean family dollars i have yet to see in Toledo, i have only been on the south and east. They have great prices and the staff is so helpful. I love family dollor

Store needs to be more ORGANIZED and less CLUTTERED,Some cashiers can be a bit more NICER and HELPFUL.Very long lines FREQUENTLY and SLOW). But overall,A okay store but FAR from the best in the city...

Close to home, can easily find what you need, and if you cant the employees are right there to help...

Good products cheap prices, but this is hands down used to be the most hood store but very nice sales associates and the place has cleaned up there act. its a shame though cuz people are constantly stealing from this store. I was actually asked to leave my cup of coffee​ up front due to people bring in empty cups and filling up with laundry soap lol.

I Love Family Dollar stores, the prices are great and the merchandise is of very nice quality. I reccommend Family Dollar to everyone that needs bargains.

The new workers are rude and impatient! And the new policy of having to show your id to get cigarettes is ridiculous! Im almost 50 and definitely dont look like some kid! Smh. I will not waste my time with you anymore. Dollar general has better stuff anyway!

This store is dirty, always. The cashier was on her phone talking, sat the phone down and TOLD me to come to her register. She was rude, no respect. Someone needs to take control of the place. It doesnt even deserve a star.

Like the store each dollar stores has its own things i buy but dont like the way you go to cash out.

This is where I buy my nightly goodies. I come in here almost everyday. You can come in here with just five bucks and walkout of here a whole bag full of stuff as if you spent about $20.00

I’m lactose intolerant and ran out of my milk, went here and they didn’t have any. None of the signs even said anything about almond milk or even soy milk.

Would give it 5* but they dont always have wut i need on stock?!

Shopping for a mop had about 6 to choose, except they sell refill mop heads but not the mop handle to go with, also asked to use restroom was told not a public restroom but I was shopping there and still couldnt use it I understand no public to just walk in to use but I was shopping there and its not the first time there to shop there at least once a week sooo what wrong with this picture?

This Family Dollar store, the isles are clean (unless they are putting away stock), the employees are polite to the customers, and their prices are low. They generally have what you need or want. When I shop here, I usually buy more than I need because of the prices.
