I was standing at the counter with my jewelry and paperwork waiting for someone to assist me. Another woman got behind me in line. A black woman with a head wrap came over, failed to greet me and took the woman behind me in line. I continued to wait for someone to be available to help me. A woman finally came over to help me. I recognized her from over 2 decades of being a customer of this family of jewelry stores. I know who she is by name, but I wont post it publicly. I asked if she was the manager and she indicated she was the manager on duty. I asked if there was a reason the woman I earlier described would have taken the woman behind me in line first. The manager never said a word in response and proceeded to carry on with my inspections. I can only assume this was mask discrimination as I was not wearing one and the woman behind me in line was. No worries because I wouldnt want the woman who passed me over to lay her fingers on my jewelry and I would never give this store any of my paid business again.
My fiance and I originally went to this location to purchase a second wedding band that pairs with her engagement ring. We decided to take the rest of her jewelry in for routine cleaning and inspection. It was found that an earring had a loose setting and needed to be sent out for repair. JJ, our sales associate that helped us even took the time to show us exactly what was wrong. Plus, the jewelry we had cleaned seemed to look better than when we had it inspected at our local store.The ring we went for was sold the day before but, JJ was able to order one in for us to pick up when we returned for the earrings.With such quality service and friendly staff, we have decided that from now on we will go 45 minutes out of our way and return to this store for any of our future needs.JJ, if you see this, you are awsome and thank you for everything!

We loooove Shannon. She’s incredible and dedicated to family and clients and everyone we refer to her. We have followed her to all of her stores. And we have sent people to her from around the nation. She is the only reason we have ever visited a Sterling family store, but she is the reason we come back again and again.

Margaret made our experience phenomenal!!! She was very helpful we came in looking for bridesmaids gifts and the grooms rings she knew exactly what she was talking about. She was charismatic, funny and made our experience completely personal. She treated us like family. Please go visit her she will make your wedding experience feel like youve accomplished it all!!!
They have very pushy and rude associates. I had to order a ring for my husband in a smaller size since they only carry one size in the store and after I paid, the associate told me I had to pay $80 for them to order the ring. When I went to go pick up the ring, they lost the ring and then “found” it but they took the tag off before I could check the size. It turned out they gave me the new ring in the same size instead of the smaller size I ordered. I had to go to another Kay’s for a new ring because I will never be going back to this location again.
Dont care for their selection of jewelry. They have changed over the years. I dont care for any of their styles of rings, necklaces or braclettes. I will go elsewhere.
I love Kay! The Westfield mall specifically. Every associate Ive worked with is amazing. Everyone was knowledgeable in what I wanted to see/ask about.

I went into the store to have a chain repaired and I was left standing while new customers came in and were waited on, then I was told that I couldnt get help without my warranty paper. Then the clerk told me I could get another chain in sterling silver because I couldnt afford the white gold ?Really! Another clerk came over and asked what the problem was and then she just walked away without any help. I believe the clerks number is 9630 or could that be the store number, Im not really sure. But if this is the way you treat loyal customers in guess Im in the wrong store. One other thing is, they dont answer the phone.

Refused to resize my ring citing my blue diamond center as the reason. They sent it out saying it was fine and didnt return it for two weeks. They tell me they have no cash to refund me and that they dont have cash in store. so they tell me they can issue a check. Im not comfortable with a check for 77 dollars going out in the mail and I dont care if youve never lost a check. I needed the money today and not in 5-7 days.This was for my anniversary and Im left speechless that they just have no customer service. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
This place is really, really bad. They promise to send email reminders for the preventive maintenance on your purchases, and they do not.My wife and I have given them our information 3 times, and Everytime we go in, they cant find our information on the computer.I think they lose your information on purpose, so that way, you dont get a reminder, and if you dont get a reminder and your stone falls out its your problem not theirs.Scam artists, thats what they are.
The service here is a joke. Margaret is completely unprofessional and avoids customers when she knows theyve got a valid complaint and contacted a lawyer.Service is a joke.Save yourself a headache and go to Perrysburg, more professional and courteous.
I went to pick up my ring and was never greeted. For a general pick up I was standing around for 20 minutes before I was finally acknowledged without apology. I will never come back to this store.

Today kicked off their 30% storewide sale I went and had a ball shopping for my gifts to my bridesmaids a matron of honor the prices were so good I even snuck in a graduation gift for my daughter hurry in though the sale only last 10 days
Inferior quality bought a bracelet it barely lasted two months before it randomly broke and wouldnt fix or replace because Id forgotten to but the warranty that was almost half the price of the bracelet Ive had better quality products from China smh

Because Ive been dealing a chain that has broken over 8 times and confused as to why she I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR A WHOLE NEW CHAIN, when the one I keep having repair is under warranty.

Margaret the manager is totally disrespectful. I wish I could attach the recording of the call I had with her to this review. She answered the phone with an attitude right off the bat. I was very upset with the amount of disrespect from her that I told her I had to go. Then the store proceeded to call my phone 10 times!
