Went in to peruse items, and see what the cost may be to fix/untangle a delicate chain that had become entangled when hospitalized unexpectedly after surgeries. I was shown a rare natural gem called Aquaprase, to research later on my own. I was told of the special LeVian collections that come into the store. A real treat to experience, if anything like the online show. I was also informed that if able to untangle without breaking the chain on my necklace, that they would do so for free. I returned a couple days later with my chain and pendant hoping to see what may come of it. I didnt get the two lafies names, yet they tag teamed my snarled up tiny chain, and were able to get it seperated without breaking the links. I am SO grateful! I was in tears, I will admit. My mothers necklace was fixed and back on my neck, and I want charged a penny. Thank you EACH! I will return soonish.

Went there a month ago to look at rings. Told the gentleman I did not feel comfortable running my soc for a credit card, he said okay no problem he had not run it yet. Just got my credit card in the mail. This place will run your credit without permission just so they can get their holiday bonus.

BEWARE: After I made a purchase and ran my credit card through the machine, I reviewed my receipt and noticed there was an extra $300 in charges. I inquired; and the clerk said that was insurance that they put on all their products. I never authorized any additional charges and I dont want insurance so I had to ask for a refund of the unauthorized charge made on my account. I feel they do business in bad faith. I have never had a merchant just put extra charges on my account without discussing it with me first and seeking my permission. Check your receipt. If this happens to you please contact me as I am considering a class action law suit against them.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.... you can sell the jewelry at the high prices but once there is an issue... your on your own...I understand there is a pandemic but come on now.... you are still selling?Thats funny! Keep selling faulty jewelry and you will FOREVER be behind the 8 ball with repairs...I wouldnt recommend this store to ANYONE...I want to add that I had my ring inspected a week prior to the covid shutdown... what exactly are the inspections for?

My husband and I have been a valued customer with Jared The Galleria of Jewelry for the last 6 years. All my jewelry has come from there (Gifts) etc including my wedding set. My set has the lifetime warranty as well as diamond is guaranteed. I have always been up to date getting it inspected to keep up on everything. Recently my diamond fell out of the band and I immediately panicked and have been searching since. I called Jared immediately to explain what happen so at least they had a heads up and they seemed very nice and reassuring over the phone. I came into the store and I will tell you that it was my last time that I will ever step foot in there. They acted like they cared and then all of a sudden my diamond is not covered because I was a couple months outside of my inspection. I have had it cleaned since it never went for inspection to a jeweler it doesnt count for anything. Even though they put under microscope. The manager said she would love to do everything she could and said she was gonna look into it etc. Do you think I ever got a call back? NOPE... its amazing that this company has thousands of dollars of our money and something like this happens and how convenient that my diamond cannot be covered. This place is a joke and have literally spoken about this issue to multiple people and have been told that they have been screwed over too. I still have no diamond and no call back about someone supposedly looking into it.

Awful jewelry store. I purchased an engagement ring from Jared, but was unhappy with the choices for wedding bands. I subsequently purchased a separate wedding band that met our needs. We had the two rings soldered together right before the wedding.We inquired as to the status of the ring warranty before doing so. They stated that we had to have the rings done at their store or the warranty on the engagement ring would become null. I asked about the status of the wedding band, to which they said it would be covered under their warranty.After probably six years, and innumerable repairs to the Jared Engagement ring, we finally had a slightly loose stone on the separately purchased wedding band. They refused to fix it. They stated that they wouldnt cover the other ring since we didnt buy it there.Despite explaining what we were told, they refused to repair the ring under warranty. We sold the rings and purchased new ones from a smaller, local jewelry store and have had immensely better service since then.Will NEVER purchase jewelry from this or any affiliated chain again, and would strongly recommend that no one else does either.
We recently bought an engagement ring for my fiancee and Alex at Jarrod was awesome. We ended up getting a $15k 3.78 carat diamond ring for just under $12k and she is absolutely in love with her new ring!! I highly recommend shopping at Jarrod and ask for Alex!!

Very upsetting after purchasing several Movado watches and the extended servicing, which includes unlimited battery replacements, only to be turned away and recommended to visit another jeweler for this simple service. I will not spend another penny of my money in your establishment and will suggest my friends and family do the same!
I went in looking for a specific ring. First thing she offered to do was clean the rings I was wearing. About 3 minutes later she came back and said she couldnt clean them because the prongs were bad. I informed her that I had just had the prongs replaced a week and a half ago. I will not go back to that store if that is the way they operate.
Made a substantial purchase at the Toledo, Ohio Franklin Park location in October 2018 and have had issue after issue; from defective mounts to a poorly mounted diamond. In fact, still having an issue today with the custom route. Customer service is not the priority at this store, commission checks are, but actually providing a level of service that is equal or greater than mediocre is not. If youre looking for a quality piece of jewelry, customer service and solid management; than this store is not the place for you to shop at. I would highly NOT recommend this store. If you want a substandard experience, by all means, head there now, though.

Will not be doing any more business with Jared jewelry going forward . For the second time in less than a year they have utterly disappointed me and ruined a Hallmark holiday for my family . I ordered a ring for my wife that stated it would take 15 business days to fill order which was no problem since they’d was 20 “ business “ days and I month away from valentine day on which I was giving my wife and daughters a couple trinkets to celebrate the day with . Then on the 15th “ business day and 5 days away from valentine day I get a email saying they cannot full the order on time . They did the same thing to my wife’s anniversary gift last March as well and they offer only a voucher for a small gift in return for the incompetent actions they consistently have . A voucher for 99$ does not replace the holiday or memory of they day o would of had if they could hand kept they’re end of the deal up . COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY

I originally received my wifes engagement ring at Jareds in Virginia while on vacation at Virginia Beach. I had originally got a circle diamond thinking this is what my wife would prefer. I later discovered she wanted a cushion cut diamond in her dream engagement ring. I had returned to Jareds in Toledo to exchange the diamond 2 weeks before I had planned to engage my wife. With the different diamond setting they had to replace the head in the ring which they did not have in stock and stated they were unsure if this could be done in 2 weeks. The day I planned to engage my now wife they came through and returned the ring to me perfectly. After the engagement with the perfect ring, due to the unique setting there were no bridal bands that matched the engagement ring. Luckily Jareds does custom jewelry, we had met with Joshua Jastal who had helped us design my wifes dream bridal bands. He took a picture of her engagement ring and on his phone sketched a rough drawling of what my wife described desired bridal bands. The process then was a professional drawling, a mold, and then the final product. Every step we were included and approved the design. They completed these bands faster then expected and more then satisfied with the services, craftsmanship, and quality of the completed ring. I would highly recommend Joshua Jastal for any custom design needs.
I wish i could give zero stars. My girlfriend had an account here with size and everything else she liked. I came to buy an engagement ring and had the worst salesman i can imagion. I specifically said that there can be no info put on her on her account and she can not be contacted in any way. 3 days later she gets an email about it. When i went to pick up the ring after sizing was done the salesman and manager were not helpful and acted like it wasnt their fault after telling me they should have written up the purchase in a different way. I would never recomend this place to anyone .

I been to Jareds around the end of the year and bought a engagement ring and a Pandora bracelet with charrms on it. I called the wedding off return the ring and the bracelet to only find out later the store person lied and said they didnt receive the bracelet. I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.
Jareds has been great to my wife and I. They helped me pick up a wedding ring for my wife and were extremely helpful with any questions I had. I also purchased a bracelet for her and they helped design it. That is why we do all of our business with Jareds. My wife has brought multiple friends to this location and they all had great experiences as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a jeweler. My wife also got me an awesome Citizens watch from there as well. The managers and whole staff are very polite, helpful and friendly.

Pricing is very reasonable.The General Manager Chris was also willing and able to assist as well, even the security in the store is on board and able to assist with customer sevice (water, pop....ect). I have not had any luck with this place even with giving them multiple chances. The last time and likey the last straw i was engagement ring shopping. I was clear that i was only starting my research into what i wanted to purchase and would not buying that day. The sales person excused herself and moved on to another customer and switched me to the hard closer. She showed me a ring in the correct size, which was small and i clearly stated that i thought it was ugly. She insisted that was the ring for me and i decided that was my cue to leave.
A huge Thank you to Kellie the Assistant Manager for making everything right with my emerald anniversary band. My original band could not be fixed and she took care of me with exceptional customer service! A huge thank you from this satisfied customer!

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced! They screwed up soldering my rings, and my husband and I noticed it right away when we picked it up. The man helping us insisted there was nothing wrong, when you can clearly see the bands dont line up. He told me to just wait until after the wedding and if youre still not happy, you can come back in - as if the bands were going to magically fix themselves. If he hadnt ignored my concern then, I could have had it corrected BEFORE my wedding. Then, when we came back in to have them fix it AFTER the wedding, the manager was completely unconcerned that 2 of her employees had provided horrible service and wasnt all too concerned about rectifying it. Not once did I hear any type of apology about the customer service or that we werent happy with the product. Oh, and shes charging us to have it fixed. This is certainly not the type of treatment I expected to receive from a manager.

As someone who works in customer service and sales I strive to always keep a positive attitude and greet every customer with a smile. Even during the most hectic of times (black friday) my co workers and I strive to treat every customer with respect and give guest the best experience I can provide. I wish I could say the same about the staff at this location. Simply paying my bill today was an embarrassing experience. The lady behind the counter Sam I believe was her name gave me every indication that I did not have an account with Jared when in fact I use my Jared card and pay my bill every month. My girlfriend and I were also trying to buy a Pandora bracelet as we paid my bill and the lady behind the counter Sam was extremely rude. She had someone elses order in her hand and it looked as if she was going to put the other guest item on our ticket so my girlfriend asked what the item was and in the most smart alec way she turns her head to the side and half grins its for a guest to which I replied were just double checking because were getting a bracelet and she replied with an irritated smile uh huh finally after some time we were able to buy the braclet, pay our bill and donate a stuffed animal. There were two ladies in particular that were friendly. Meghan and one other lady as well as a manager were friendly. My best advice I would offer is that not every day is roses and flowers and when you work an interact with people you cant take your bad day out on them. Ive worked many, many shifts in sales/service that have totaled 14-15hrs at a time with no time to eat or go to the bathroom in a much busier atmosphere than I saw today and still not gave a customer experience to someone like today. I suppose if I would have came dressed in my work or business attire rather than a casual sweat shirt it would have been assumed that I was going to buy something from the start and my experience would be different. I can only say thanks to those who were friendly in the store.

CUSTOM ENGAGEMENT RING DESIGNED WITH JOSHUA JASTAL!! Could not be happier!!! I never knew custom designing a ring was a possibility because I thought it was going to be ridiculously expensive. Its not, its a ton of fun, its quite simple with the right guidance, and turns out when you hide a bunch of sentimental things into your ladys ring you get extra super secret brownie points. It is fun watching my wife explain all the little hidden details in her ring to other people. Joshua walked me through the whole process starting out with him drawing out my ideas on paper and giving me a ton of ideas. Then once I loved it, he made a 3D picture on the computer, then a mold, then the final masterpiece. He was respectful of my budget and was very innovative to make sure we stayed within it. The whole staff here is so amazing. They truly have a passion for what they do. If you go custom, make sure you get a great jewler to make it!! The designer and jewler are the 2 key people. Bassel Sultan is one of the best Jewlers in the entire region! He made several adjustments after I proposed. He even came out while I was there and gave us even more amazing custom feature ideas that I would have never thought even possible! Between Joshua designing and Bassel making your ring, they will make you look like the most romantic mushy mushy dude alive. Just go in and ask to talk to Joshua if you are looking to get engaged. My experience at Jared The Galleria of Jewelry was far above and beyond all of the other jewelers in the area. (We explored the near and the far) Our Certified Diamontologist Joshua Jastal, sat us down in a private room, where he personally became familiar with our relationship journey. He had then went on to explain the 4 Cs and how to pick out the perfect ring for her. After patiently catering to my soon to be finaces wants, needs, and desires and with the help of April Pavlich-Stalker (Certified Diamotologist) and Chris Kline (General Manager) they not only found one, but two; more than perfect fits for her dream engagement ring. Now to have the perfect dream ring, it was obviously a little out of my price range. However, Chris not only worked out a brilliant budget, but made me feel very comfortable in providing transparency throughout the purchase of the all important dream ring. This gave me the option to choose between the two rings, and select which ring that I will be able to still surprise her with during my soon to be proposal offer of my hand in marriage to the woman I love. The dream ring is no longer a dream, but now will be written as a chapter in our happily ever after. I cannot thank all three of them enough for the time and effort that they spent making this process, not a process at all, but an exciting, most memorable personal experience.
