The store was actually pretty cool but overpriced. The 2 ladies working completely ignored me and my friend, even when we went to pay for our items. This was my first time in the store and not one time did anyone greet us or ask if we had any questions or need help looking for something in particular. I think Ill just take my business to The Power of 3 next time.

Food is great as long as you know what you want. With Covid precautions in full effect, you tell employees what you want in your bowl to get cooked. Dont let them get thrifty with the proteins; theyll pile it up pretty high if you ask them to. I knocked one star off because I found a small rubber band Im my food once years ago and they didnt offer more than a weak apology. Lucky the last time I went they kept the rubbers out of my meal.

My husband went to pick me up gifts for Samhain. He knows little about the practice. He stated he told the person working that I was a Green Witch, to which the person working scoffed at and said “a witch is a witch” there’s none of that green witch, white witch stuff.My husband didn’t appreciate that kind attitude and knows not all witches practice the same way or go the same path.Needless to say, the products were in good quality, but extremely pricey.We/he will be going somewhere elsewhere that is more inclusive in general.

I was really excited to go in, but I’ve still never been because 3 times I went an hour after this says they’re open and no one was there, today I called to see if there was someone in there and they picked up the phone and ended the call immediately, this happened 3 times on different rings each time before I thought someone might be doing it on purpose.

Tons of interesting things in here. Tarot cards, cauldrons, incense, crystals, gem stones, books, jewelry, candles, apothecary items, clothing, statues, etc. You could easily spend hours in here and a small fortune. Their prices were actually pretty decent for most things. Books and cards a little high but everything else I thought was good.

This was the biggest and best find when I moved to Toledo in September 2019. Lord Shadow has helped me so much through his tarot readings. I also love the store.

Kinda expensive but still overall nice shop

Eye like the store and always had a good experience but when I brought my fiancee in with me another time he was profiled and treated as if he would steal something. He is actually related to a celebrity, he makes very good money and he is into the occult world heavily, but that took away from our experience and now I fear recommending the shop to other ppl of color. The owner can read auras so I know he saw my fiancees aura isnt dark or negative. Now I only go if I have no other choice, and other local shops sell a lot of the same things i.e. Bassets and Claudias and if they dont I purchase online. My fiancee never wanted to go back and I felt bad for subjecting him to that type of experience.

Ive been to this shop twice, both times the service is disappointing. No one greets you. They act they dont want to answer my questions. I seen a few thimgs i wanted to buy but decided against because I didnt want to spend momey with people who treat customers rudely. I wont be going there again.

This place is AWESOME. Shadow is the coolest guy and was extremely patient and helpful. There is nothing but good energy inside this shop. The crystal selection is absolutely beautiful and there are so many interesting things to look at. I purchased a quartz/black tourmaline crystal from here and it is the most unique thing Ive ever seen. Its covered in flecks of some sort of metal. Its beautiful. Ill be back again soon, thank you so much for doing what you do ❤️

This is a very cool place with a nice atmosphere. The owners can usually tell if you are by hand a blood witch which is really cool! I love this place very much! Thanks to the owners as well for being kind and knowledgeable.

Absolutely rude interaction. We no more than walked in and were asked, none too politely, to be quick about it. The place opens at noon, and we walked in around 4, and theyre BOTH going to lunch?! It was just a bad all around vibe and I just wasnt impressed.

I went in interested in their stones. They had a fascinating supply and some that are impossible to find other places. However, they were really expensive. Some stones were prices at $6 each regardless of size or weight. I felt like I was ignored until I approached the owner asking about pricing. When I asked to see some that were locked up, she grabbed a very small handful and that was it. Once I decided I was done, they totalled about 11 or 12 stones to be $65.00. I asked to take some off the list and they rudely said thats fine but I have to be quick because they had to leave to go pick their kids up and were meeting someone for lunch. I felt super rushed. I even asked if I could return one or 2 later if I decided I didnt want it. Of course the answer was no. If they wouldve been at the very least, better at customer service, Id go back. But honestly, even with the large amount of options, I will likely not go back. I didnt appreciate them deciding to rush me in order to close earlier than their hours say. Part of me wishes I never wouldve gone there.

I normally love going into this shop, however when I went today there was a sign on the door “be back in 30 mins” (open sign was also on). Like ok, lunch, I get it. I waited 30, the door was still locked. Waited 45, door was still locked. An hour had finally come and the door was still locked. Open sign still on. I finally had to call it and leave. I don’t get to go very often so I Was definitely disappointed.

Good selection of occasionally overpriced merchandise.Went to one of the coven meetings a while back. What left a lasting *negative* impression on me was being greeted with a sword point just a few inches from my throat. (I wonder what wouldve happened had I fumbled the password?) Due to the shenanigans with the sword, I wont be back. Female clerk was also exceedingly rude.

I used to go to Wicca classes all the time, the atmosphere was great and the people were amazing to be around, they were all really nice and Lord Shadow and Lady Darkness were some of the nicest people. So sad that I had to stop going to classes

I’ve been here many times with mostly positive experiences and have spent a good deal of money here. However, today I talked my friend into coming with me, and we were treated quite poorly and rushed to leave. Even after being being treated crappily, I made a purchase and was overcharged. My friend had a horrible first impression and will likely not return, and I’m sad to say that I don’t think I will be back. I am all for supporting local business, but if you can’t treat your customers with respect then I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Lord Chadow and lady Darkest are wonderful proprietors they are unique and awesome I travel all over the country and sure they have awesome selection of cards, books, crystals, swords, blades incense and other cool stuff But, no one else has them... Beautiful hearts and fascinating people.. I cant wait to get back there.

This store has a wide selection, fair prices and there is a lovely woman named Raven here whom I completely adore! The store is very welcoming and the people were wonderful. The lady at the store was able to explain a couple of things to my daughter in a way that I couldnt have done myself. I just wish I had known it was here sooner, I would have visited numerous times by now.

I was ignored by who I assume was the make owner when I entered. It was my first visit and I was intimidated by the layout and the unwelcoming energy. Several signs said smile youre on camera. I get why, but I hate the feeling of mistrust and being watched. The prices as much higher for the things I was looking for than other places, but the selection of ceremonial items and books is very good and unique. I will come here if I decide to practice with herbs or stones or insence. I will not come for much else.

My boyfriend and I went in there today and the man was very nice and shared a lot of knowledge with us

He told me a medium sized stone was a large when there was one twice its size in the bin. He then charged me a dollar more than the listed prices. It seems like its more of a cult that uses you for your money. The guy tried pitching a class he runs to me. I would rather practice solo than pay to listen to their infomercial. I feel like they take advantage of peoples need to feel accepted and this type of community is in desperate need of acceptance in Toledo. Its nice for some singles of things that would only be worth it to buy whole sale online.

Its Okay, and Neat to look at. Its Expensive! They have jewelery, crystals, and mineral rocks, tibetan singing bowls, books, statues and figurines, incense​, clothes, healing sessions: balance your chakras for $75 with singing bowl, classes, and currently​ drum circle on wednesday nights.

I drove almost 50 minutes to come here to find out that their store hours are not what it says on here. I got there almost an hour before they closed to find out they closed early. I won’t be coming back. So, for future reference to whom ever wants to go there...I suggest you call first.
