Both Vinny in the showroom and Louie installing the granite countertops were very nice and professional. The building that houses the showroom is not very impressive, but you are not paying for a fancy building/showroom in the price. Within two weeks of picking out the granite to upgrade my existing kitchen cabinets, the installation took no time at all. Louies crew were polite, professional and hard workers. Louie answered all my questions. Granite looks great and very pleased we chose Granite Palace on advise from friends. Thank you!

We worked with Louis at Granite Palace and we could not be happier with the finished product. No pressure, super knowledgeable and an unbeatable price. The showroom is rough around the edges, but the company is solid and so is the customer service.We ended up going with quartz (though they have a lot of options) and we have an island that is basically the size of one entire slab. The quartz comes covered in protective plastic that they didnt remove until they had installed it (it was so unwieldy because of the size that they didnt want to scratch it which I very much appreciated). Once the plastic came off, my wife notice a small manufacturers defect in the slab (undetectable under the protective cover). We pointed it out to Louis who IMMEDIATELY made it clear that if were not happy, he was not happy and he agreed to replace the entire slab at no additional charge and on our timeline.He treated our house as I believe he would treat his house. He and his entire team were a pleasure to work with and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Blown away by the service, the product, and the installation. Fantastic.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with this company. They were dependable, honest, reliable and easy to work with. It took me several months to decide on my countertops for my kitchen and baths. I visited 8 countertop places all together - looking at samples, comparing prices. I visited Granite Palace three times, looking at their selection. They were friendly, courteous and patient during each visit. When I selected them, they scheduled a measuring within a few days. The person showed up on time and gave some good suggestions. The granite was installed a week after measuring. The installers were professional and hard working. I have used a few granite companies for work I have done in different homes and this one is by far the best I have had the pleasure to buy my Granite tops from. I have recently (a few months ago) had a new countertop installed in my kitchen and it looks amazing. The installation team was here when promised and were very professional in the work they performed. I also just remodeled a bathroom and liked the quality and workmanship from Granite Palace so I went back to them for my vanity top,shower seat top and a couple sills for a window and shower niche. The same as my first experience with Granite Palace the workmanship was amazing and the price was great. I will use them again for ALL my granite needs in the future (and there will be some). I highly recommend this company.

Great company for all your cabinets and countertops prices are fair and I didn’t have to wait 2-3 months. Vinny gave me a good consultation and measurements. We had a great experience with Granite Palace Tops. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. They had a tremendous selection to choose from (far more than the other granite shops we visited), and when we were ready to have the counter tops installed, they showed up on the scheduled date, and got the job done. We had one minor issue in the kitchen, but we called Luis, and he drove an hour one-way the very next day, and corrected the issue. We highly recommend this company.

Lots of problems!!! They had to come out twice and still not great. We had three areas done and none were done well except the island. There is a chip on granite up against the wall. There are many bad cuts still! There are spots on wall that need to be fixed from the stone digging in. The worst is the fact that they used shiny silicone on the joints and didn’t bother to clean it off!!! I do NOT want them back to our house to fix their errors again!

We had a wonderful experience, from picking out the granite to the install. Everyone was on time as scheduled and any questions I had were answered promptly. The counter tops in my kitchen are beautiful and the price was the best in town. Going to do bathrooms next. We would recommend Granite Palace very highly.

These guys have done numerous granite and stone installations for me in the last couple years. Not only do they do great work...but if a mistake is made..they take care of it in a timely fashion without complaint or arguments like you find with many other companies and subcontractors. (surprise surprise...humans are human and sometimes mistakes can and do happen when working...whether youre in an office or working with stone). In all of my projects, the first mistake was made and found this week and these guys came out in the same week and fixed the issue no questions asked. THAT is what matters most...accountability, professionalism, and quality. These guys have all 3 handled. Thanks guys!

Please stay away from this company! This is not a serious and honorable company!I regret having made business with them more than ever!I went to the location in Farmington Hills (Haggerty Rd) and the guy there was nice and they had the stone color I was looking for. They promised me max 10 business days, so I planned my whole life based on this. So 2 days before the deadline, I called them to get the status of it. After some struggle, they agreed to deliver on the Friday (which was the deadline). I setup with my plumber to come over on Saturday to install the sink etc.So they came over on Friday and there was on stone wrongly cut by 3 inches or more! 3 inches!! So they said they would have to take it back to cut and they promised to come back in the same day. Of course they did not. Actually, they called me in that night saying that they would have to come back in the next day which means I would not have a sink working until Monday. I had friends over for a barbecue on Saturday and this company was still there doing a very lousy job and I stayed the whole weekend without sink!And to complement the outstanding job, they cut the connections on the dishwasher and forgot to tell me. So I turned it on and left home... Imagine what Ive seen when I got back.... a disaster!! And my wife is pregnant!!!!Other very important points: they are not the cheapest / they have no respect to the costumer / they were screening my phone calls (which is the most ridiculous and dishonest behavior ever)Please stay away from this company and avoid headaches!

Run as fast as you can! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! We got our granite 2 1/2 years ago and now have to have it replaced! They use liquid nails or something similar and my sink (had to be replaced) so the contractor had to be cut out the old sink with a saw just to get the glue to separate. The whole countertop cracked because of this. No other company Ive talked to uses this type of glue. When we got it installed they flooded both of our upstairs bathrooms (which were under construction at the time) and it started raining in my living room because the water just started coming out of the ceiling. They broke both of the valves under our double sinks. There was Soooo much water! I didnt realize there was water in the second bathroom upstairs until they told me they were done and then told me to go check it out. When I checked it out there was a little water on the floor and I saw that they used my brand new white towels to clean up the water on the floor and then threw them behind my shower curtain in the tub. My brand new towels now have brown grout stains on them because the floors were just installed a couple days prior. So there were multiple spots on my ceiling where the water was pouring down in my living room 😡 And when the manager or owner came to check out the job I told him what happened and he said that wasnt us. I was soooo beyond mad! He still wanted to charge us full price and we ended up getting a couple hundred bucks off for all the damage they did so we could repaint our ceiling and get new towels again. They also get the silicone call everywhere. It was on the top of one of my toilets and all over my cabinets. They also suck at calking your sinks in so you will have to add more call after they leave. You will have to call every sink! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!! You will regret it!! Also since we are getting new countertops Im worried that they used the liquid nails glue on the cabinets and my they will get severely damaged when they come out replace them.
