I wanted to surprise my best friend, wanted her to wake up and go pick up a few things: As a gift from me. Ordering online and picking up in store, at this location was a hands down success!! Sandra is my favorite hair stylist there. She is so professional, she was so patient with my hair. She did a great job fixing my hair color after had been done by another stylist in the salon. She took her time and did a lot of treatments, in between bleaching and coloring. It came out beautiful and healthier and the way I like it. Thank you so much Sandra!

Helpful and kind staff, But EXTREMELY pushy. Tried several times to get me to sign up for stuff and no matter how many times I said no thank you I was ignored. Hence the 3 stars.

DO BETTER!Every time I come to this store, I am never greeted and no one approaches me to ask if I need assistance. I always have to ask for help. Employees will stand around, talking to each other while you attempt to search for something on your own. Come on, Ulta. Do better.I’ll have to find somewhere else to shop.

I wear alot of makeup at work and was off for the day. So I had no makeup on. I WAS interest in a new Eyeshadow pallet and had question. I could not get any service. I guess Im not the kinda customer ulta wants.

I love Ulta and shop frequently. My only suggestion would be your rewards program can be improved at checkout. I always have points available and the cashiers NEVER offer to use them, or even let me know how many I have or let me know how close I am to the next reward. I often find this out on my receipt AFTER making my purchases. And since your points expire, it would be nice if you had a system in place at checkout for the offer. Other than that, I love it and find everything I need there!

Friendly cashiers and nice selection of products. Somethings they do need to get more stock as they are sold out for 2 weeks.Staff is friendly but not too helpful... They seemed to be selective in who they offered to help or assist.

I worked there in janitorial and they made me feel like I was tolerated but not wanted. They watched me like a criminal and went through my purse after ever shift in the front of the store in front of customers. It looked like I couldnt be trusted or I steal. I quit after 4 weeks. They were always late to open the store and its 26 degrees outside. Did they care? Nope they barely even acknowledged me. I HATE HATE HATE ULTA.

Book elsewhere. Turned my eyebrows black and didnt wax my eyebrows well. Wouldnt go here.

Great place to get all your beauty supplies in one spot. The staff is all really friendly and helpful! It was my first time in and now I know 😁 Ill be going back. Seen a lot of ideas for gifts as well!

I called and made an appointment for my son to get his hair cut and requested a professional not a student to cut his hair so they booked him with someone named Daniel and that the haircut will be $25.My son has long hair (very nice) and all we wanted is to have his hair trimmed so it’s not going down on to his eyes, we showed Daniel a picture of how we want him to cut his hair and he made it sound as he clearly understands. Unfortunately the professional Daniel chopped all his hair from the back to his upper neck and even the hair on his neck is not straight. I spoke to the manager and she offered to have someone else fix the uneven hair on the back of his neck but I was so frustrated I didn’t want another person from this place touching his hair anymore.If you care about your hair don’t go to this place. Although it is over priced thinking your getting someone professional but your actually not.

Whenever I go to Ulta, they always have exactly what I want/need and have some of the best customer service I’ve seen at a makeup store. The workers are always so pleasant, kind, polite, and extremely helpful. I can ask any question about any product to any of the workers and they would all give me a thorough, correct answer. They have never let me down with availability and customer service, and better yet, I always find something new that I fall in love with. I have been going for years and will continue to go for a very long time.

Just had my hair done by Lindsay M. yesterday. Cut, color with highlights. I love it! Lindsay M. had previously given me a blowout and we discussed some color issues I was having. Will definitely be going back. Shes helping me with a game plan to get my color correct. Helped me shop for the products Ill need to maintain it and help it last longer. They have a sign posted saying that face masks are required for employees. Considering restaurants and every other business is open for business at this time I am not wearing a mask due to lack of being able to breath well. As soon as I stepped in the door the extremely sassy greeter announced to the entire store that she would like me to wear a mask and when I said you may want to adjust your signs saying it is required and instead of having a single drop of decency she loudly announced “WELL IT SAYS IT RIGHT THERE SOOO” whoever this employee is should not be working in customer service whatsoever. Ulta may want to reevaluate their choice and employees because I will not be returning this location and would suggest that if you want anywhere near as good experience that I would stay far away from that location.

I love that they have everything I need. But I hate the long lines. I gathered together all the things I needed and headed up front to check-out. I had noticed when I came into the store that there was a pretty lengthy line at the front desk. But I assume that they were temporarily experiencing a increase in customers. However that was not the case. When I went to get in line it was all the way around the aisle and wrapped around to the front door. So I got in line and waited for my turn. Unfortunately the line didnt move. After waiting 5 to 7 minutes I stepped out of line, returned all the products to where they were originally and exited the store. Thats just crazy. I dont need anything that badly. I would really have liked getting what I wanted. But perhaps they have the same products online for sale. I dont like that I have to wait for my merchandise when I purchase online. But at this point I dont have any other choice.

Products are like a combination of dime store of old and upscale shoppes. Good mixture for varies clientele. It is a bit off putting to have a man 62 with full drag queen face, lashes, lips and jewelry waiting on you. I understand the attraction of him being able to sell cosmetics because of the obvious mastered skill of use but it is off putting. Great stores, clean and knowledgeable staff.

It is not clearly posted that masks are required to enter this store. I was intruded upon and called out by their employee. I would not have entered if this was clearly posted. I will not shop where I cant breathe. This was my first and last time entering this store. I wouldnt curbside purchase your products, unless I knew what they smelled like. Shopped at multiple other stores today without issue, including Sephora.(P.S. Asking is not the same as mandating and publically confronting your customer and anyone with an elementary school health and science education should know constant masking is not safe nor will it protect you from a virus.)

Kelly was fantastic!!! My hair looks so great! She did a Balayage highlight and layers and bangs and I feel amazing. She took her time and really made me feel like I was a priority. The rest of the staff was so nice, helping me with my eyeliner and coming over to talk or help find product. Usually whenever I shop at Ulta I feel like an outcast, nobody greets me or helps me, but yesterday I felt very welcome at this location. Ive been shopping Ulta for years and never really found one I liked the customer service until now. While I live in Toledo, I will definitely be back to see Kelly for all my hair needs and more. Thanks again.

Kaitlin in the Salon did an amazing job on my hair. I told her I haven’t liked a hair cut in 10 years and she kindly and professionally told me I’ve been asking for the wrong thing! She recommended a different technique and it was perfect! She translated my “unknown desires” into exactly what I wanted. 10/10 will go back. She even walked me through a fast and easy styling tutorial that works with my busy routine.Great job! Client for life!

This location has a massive inventory, offering drugstore to designer brand beauty products, and everything in between. It is fairly good, but not excellent, on offering diverse and darker complexion products. It has great prices and the sales and promotions are excellent values. Their returns process is hassle free. I especially love that there are NO annoying, pressuring sales tactics while you try to shop. They are often low on the clean up station supplies but well-stocked in samples to try.

Absolutely an amazing experience! I went in with a picture of my wife to be and they got me hooked up with all the makeup I need. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks for all of your help, ladies.

First time cutting my hair there!!!! BUT I had the best experience in the salon with the salon manager Miss Kellie. She is soo good and knows what she is doing!!! I got the best makeover haircut and bangs trimmed,she blew dry my thick curly hair in like no time. She is AMAZING. Thank you so much Kellie. I will sure see you again😁and recommend you for all my friends.

Good selection of stuff compared to a few others out here but the staff isn’t helpful at all. I asked two ladies if I could get help and they act like they don’t want to be bothered. I asked them what shade I would need to contour after I had swatched a bunch of stuff on my hand and they randomly picked out this extremely dark shade. On top of that I look at my rewards account to check on how many points I was at after my purchase that day and the girl at the register redeemed my saved points without my permission. Think I’ll stick with the Adrian location or travel to Ann Arbor next time

Nice store that had recently been remodeled. While it is within the mall property it is a stand alone store which gives you the advantage of easy in and out without having to go through the mall to get there.

Katie in the salon fixed my hair after a bad cheap cut. I was really upset about the bad cut, and a coworker recommended the salon. Im so glad she did. Obviously we cant put hair back on once its been cut off but Katie fixed it up and made it look good, when it looked awful before. She was really nice and didnt try to shame me for doing a cheap cut in the first place, which I appreciated because I felt dumb enough to begin with. Ill never go anywhere else again for my hair.

I have never personally experienced any rude behavior from any of the employees in the store. That being said, when I ask where things are, I often get told that they arent carrying it anymore and I find it later while browsing or I get guided in the wrong direction, Although I am aware that it isnt particularly the employees fault that something got moved or was said to be discontinued

I only go to the store to do shopkicks. Its very cluttered and hard to find the products that youre looking for. The sales people are always nice but they always seem busy running around doing other things.

I went in to get highlights, my stylist was Kelie and my experience was just awful. I was in the store from 10:30 am (before they even open) until about 4 in the afternoon. She completely messed up my hair, the “highlights” were basically her lightening my ends and the rest looked like cheetah print. On top of all of this she took another client DURING my service. I ended up just telling her to color my hair back to my original color and I left. I would NEVER recommend going here.

Came in with a healthy hair, and came out with frizzy, rubberized, damaged hair ends! How’s that! Katie did my hair and my depression was on the roof right after the process! Complained to the manager. Lea or ela helped out and had the fee reduced. The other lady named Emily was just saying sorry sorry and offering another salon service which i already refused! This is my personal experience with the salon here, and I dont know if I will ever try their services again.
