The owner sold me a wig in which she said was real but I think she just wanted to get that mess out of her inventory. Plus she opens up at a weird time

I come here allot to shop for my hair. The owner is nice but sadly it depends on the day. I almost stopped going there completely when she started to watch me as I shop. Then I realized why. It was because I had a bag with me from the place I shopped previously before walking over to her store. I kindly asked her if she wanted me to put my bags behind the counter, she said yes. The owner needs to learn to communicate with her customers. I get that English isnt her first language, but had she simply asked me to leave my bag, I would have done it. Instead she choose to make me feel uncomfortable and watch me while I shopped. On top of that, my bag was completely filled and I couldnt fit anything else into it even if I tried. I didnt appreciate being treated like a thief when I spent my hard earned money in the shop NUMBEROUS of times for years now. She seen me, my sisters and mother plenty of times to know what kind of people we are.But yet, I give her store another chance. I tried to give her store a call because I wanted to know if she had the hair I was looking to buy. They picked up but no one said anything, so after saying hello I hung up. The next day I tried again and the same thing. I would have just went up there but I didnt want to waste a trip there and waste money either since I mostly catch Uber to get around. I finally counted my losses and decided to buy my hair off of Amazon. I cant promise that I will NEVER go there again. They are the closest hair shop to me. However, I will avoid going there if possible. Amazon is actually allot cheaper! I spent less on the hair I wanted there than if I were to go get it from the store and on top of that I saved myself car fair going to get it. Its defiantly a WIN WIN for me! :)I do wish the store owner all the best luck. I dont believe she purposely tries to do the things she does. But I think she could put more effort into her store.

Inattentive and disrespectful staff. Not the best selection. When I asked to view and purchase items staff didnt get the product from behind the counter. She stated instead that item is expensive insinuating I couldnt afford it which I replied I have money only then could view product. Overall rude 1st and last time shopping here.

I really love shopping here. I go here often i buy my hair straighteners there and all my nose rings to ear rings. The staff is very prompt in greeting u when u enter the store. Overall very nice place to shop for all your hair care to clothing and jewelry and the the staff is very nice.☺

I had purchased a real pretty nail polish from this store. I accidentally broke it before I got to use. I called the next day and spoke with Miss Kim. She told me to bring it into the store. As soon as she saw the bottle, she knew that I had broken it. Yet, she replaced it anyways!! This act of kindness has made this my favorite beauty supply store. I was not a regular customer, she did not recognize me and she still took a loss for me. This is the kind of place that I want to do business with. Plus, she was very knowledgeable about the hair care products and brands that I was shopping for.

I love the owner, she has a very beautiful spirit but in the 7 years Ive been coming into the store she has not gotten any of the things Ive enquired about or even let me know she tried and couldnt.

Very rude and sometime you could people when they come in throwing the merchandise having when their purpose not right specially when you spending your money there you should be treated like the person should be treated with respect and honor and dignity but you dont get that here so so good luck to you whenever you go there hopefully you get treated right

They have the makeup I love!! No one else carries it! This store is just super cramped.Does anyone know if the sell mascara primer????

Store doesnt have a variety and she has much higher prices due to being the only hair store in East Toledo.

The owner is very nice ..she tries to be the lowest on her price... she always keep very nice accessories at the best price in town cool location and if she dont got something, if you let the owner know she will sure try to get it for you
