Good atmosphere, clean bathroom, plenty space to stay overnight. They also have a printer and things like that, which is very convenient.

Didnt spend much time here, just get gas and kept going. Had planned to stay here, but parking is pretty tight and there just wasnt any room really. Even care parking seems barely enough.Cleanliness appeared average.No sperate RV parking.

Nice and clean friendly staff. Bathrooms and showers were A+. Thanks for the mint and card, first time I ever seen that. No lot lizards. No thugs hanging around. If you want to use their outdoor WiFi park close to the building. Other than WiFi issues everything else was great. Enjoy.

Was using pump number 2 and walked inside to go to the bathroom. Came out to gas everywhere spilling out of my tank. The pump did not stop. When I went in to let them know that the pump was broken the man at the counter said he knew it was broken and that they were planning to get it fixed... so why are we allowing people to use the broken pump?.. dangerous and irresponsible. I will not be using this Pilot station again.

Very Lazy workers .take ages to clean empty showers

I got food poison from the subway here in Toledo Ohio. I told one of the managers the next morning. She just said she will check the food. I was terribly sick. That was the only place I ate at that day. And the only thing I ate. I throw up 24 hrs straight. I was weak and sick.

As a driver the only thing I look forward to after a run is a nice hot shower. Well the water was hot i give you that, however the black hair that was all over the shower and the amount of black and yellow mold in the shower was disgusting. I was even more upset when I realized I could wipe the mold with the grey wash cloths provided and it came right off.... dont mean to be a Karen but somebody needs to do a better job cleaning..

I just want to say thank you to Ms Roberta for helping me with my gps issue and welcoming us with an open face. Bravo. If you have any problem just get ahold of Ms Roberta she is the best at her job. She is professional and very helpful, she deserves better paying and be recognized seriously we need some like her to assist us at all time. Thank you again Ms Roberta!!!

It was a decent enough place but there were SO MANY MAYFLIES. I cant ever describe properly to emphasize exactly how many there were. Im gonna try though, under each of the lights there was somewhere in between a swarm, and a cloud of flies. The walls, and ground, and every car that was there for 5 minutes was COVERED with a layer of mayflies, probably 2-3 flies deep. And I mean covered. There were a bunch in the store because there was literally no possible way to keep them out. My wife almost slipped and fell like she was walking on ice because there were so many outside on the ground.I would have given it less stars, but those employees were brave soldiers, and were fighting the good fight to keep that place clean and safe. These bugs were a plague sent from the Angry Old Testament God though, to destroy the sanctity of that poor gas station for some unholy reason. I was a bit scared as I had my first born son with me, but they werent there for me. Maybe they just hate the Pilot™ corporation. I could see it.Anyway, great slushies tho!

Pumps out of order all the time, rude cashier and missing the window squeegee on most pumps. Sadly Im forced to fuel at pilots, I guess Ill be stopping in napoleon from now on. What a shame

If you like to wait for everyone to do their job then this is the stop for you. 15 minutes to get a scale sheet to then have to do it all over again. It seems that they have a lot of works but no doers. Thanks for the 30 minutes I cannot get back.

Horrible as ever. Just came for scale, no response. Went inside for coke, no response. Waist of time stopping. Trucks blocking scale, fuel pumps, and exit. Sell back to local owner group. Name Pilot to big for this location.

Went to subway the employee ther was to busy talking to the pilot employee about personal buisnessWe stood in line 1 person ahead of us for at least 5min while she was still making one sandwich we left also tried to get coffee the had a water line break couldnt get it either will not stop at this location again

I love this place no matter where I find it. Fancy fresh coffee, shoot this one had showers. And anything your car needs. Clean and welcoming.

The staff is always friendly. Nice selection of items. Prices are decent. Decent overnight Semi parking. Easy to get in and out of which is a plus. Subway does close from time to time after 2am.

This is a very small and cramped truck stop. A good place to quickly fuel and go. The restrooms were small and very dirty and unkept. Overall all truck stops are outrageously over priced gouging customers with their overly inflated prices on most items. But pilot does have some good coffee. All in all most big name truck stops are all the same some are nicer and bigger and better kept than others.

Everything u need for a quick stop. Coffee is the best using a new self serve machine that grinds the beans fresh every cup. Gas is always a great price. Bathrooms very clean and well stocked. I love this place

After a long trip from Florida to the Detroit area this stop was a beacon of cleanliness, and what I would consider high quality food on the go. It was early morning and the Intense coffee was delicious, and quite helpful. My twins are almost two years old and a clean washroom with a change table is essential for morning stops. Pilot Travel Centers consistently offered this amenity. Thank you

Ive been stopping by here for years. Its a great place for a quick stop for fuel, a bite to eat and great coffee. The associates have always been friendly which makes the stop all the worth while.

Has a subway that serves above average food. Staff at gas station was very courteous, friendly and actually happy to work there not like other PFJs. Ive had concern with something and they pleasantly resolved it. Thank you people.Their rest rooms were clean.Responds very quickly while on scale.Parking is a bit complicated, though. But, wouldnt complain about it.

Super busy location, employees are always friendly, parking lot small and definitely in need of some repaving. Taco bell and sub way are your choices for food. Only have 5 showers and its also a greyhound bus stop so when the bus(s) are there and all the locals and the drivers that stopped it can get very crowded in a small truck stop very quickly.

Stopped in for a fill up and a couple snacks at 4am on 9/27, there was a handwritten sign that said closed taped to the door. If you have a 24/7 truck stop, it shouldnt be closed on a non holiday. Wasnt due to a power outage, all lights were on, so not sure why it wouldnt be open.

Went inside the store to purchase fuel for my rig and told an elderly woman was on island 10. She screamed out so the whole store could hear her, “What! Pump ten?! We don’t have any pump ten!” So I stepped out side and saw that I was mistaken and it was pump 20. When I originally looked out the window at the pump islands, all I could see was 8,9 0, I couldn’t see the 1’s because they were facing away from me. When I reinterred the store, she was still yelling and laughing as she was moving me to the other customers who were not laughing or smiling but shocked that this woman was so crazy as to do this. I have never had this done to me at a TA or a Loves. I will never stop at a Pilot again.

The exterior seemed clean and there were plenty of open parking spaces. We utilized the showers and it was terrific. The water stayed hot forever and the water pressure was fantastic. If only my shower and home was this good! The woman on duty tonight was also very friendly and the place seemed very safe inside and out.

I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life!!!!After reserving a shower via mobile I attempted to purchase a reserve commercial parking spot at the counter which they were already taken via mobile which was not an issue for me. Since I was parked in one of the several open Reserve parking spots I asked the cashier if it would be OK for me to take my shower first and then move my truck and she said it would be ok. During my very brief interupted shower the cashier from the subway area started beating on my shower door and threaten to tow my Truck if I didnt have it moved in 10 mins. I rushed out of the shower only to be cussed out by the Cashier and ushered out of the parking lot. It is not ok to treat Truckers like this! I am not the one to complain, but after serving the needs of this Country, tired, hungry, and havent showered for 4 days i would think Pilot would be less aggressive than what was displayed. Shame on you Pilot! I deserve a refund for my shower.

We went in there to Subway and they treated us very good and the one that we dealt with his name was Ian and let me tell you I never say this about anyone but he deserves a really nice raise. . .... He greeted us right away and said hi my name is Ian and I will be with you in a minute and he had the biggest smile on his face and I just wanted to give him praise for doing an awesome job..... I have been in there many of times and have been treated very badly and we swore that we would never go back in there again and that was two weeks ago but we gave you one more chance and we were amazed how well we were treated today

Treated me real nice after my horriable day the 3 rd shift lady was a sweet heart she was really nice in the morning since i drove their with no lights or turn signals and windshield wiper had my belt on one side and zip ties on the other.

Okay the reason I go by so many pilots is because... Char char goes everywhere I go and I go all around because thats what I do long story short I like my dog to be comfortable when it has to potty... The char will not just party when the char wants to potty... Makes my life a thousand times harder and the customers that I have to service very inconvenienced it makes me look bad so if you can corporate ones are Reading please pilot make it more dog compatible when it comes to potty and friendly it makes everybodys life easier because it sets off a terrible chain reaction where of nothing but negativity

This pilot is awful the cashiers and subway employees are very rude. They don’t greet you as you approach when at the subway counter or at the checkout register. I took it upon myself to greet first and they simply ignored me. There in dying need of new management. The place is very dirty the showers are filthy. Fortunately most pilots are not like this many are clean and well maintained. This pilot however does not fall into that category. The employees and managers need to be replaced and the new employees and managers need to be trained properly. Ive Spent 64,000 dollars this year on fuel at various pilot locations. I only expect to be treated fairly and with the same respect that I treat others with. After experiencing this location I think I mayStop supporting pilot and start supporting loves travel center

There is a separate parking area for vehicles ONLY which is very convenient, and safer for people getting out of their cars to walk to get inside.Much appreciated.

This is a NASTY Pilot!!! The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting!!! The staff at Subway was extremely rude!!! The manager argued saying they just made coffee yet there was none. Do yourself a favor and keep going to the next truck stop!!!!

I was in this location around 6:20-6:30 on September 21,2018. I witnessed a manager that is always on her phone while working, being walked out by Toledo police officers. She was arrested and taken off of premises. I dont know what the situation was, but as a manager she should not have been able to return to her job after a scene like that. Also, I will not be returning back to that store after today! I just left this location again and witnessed this same manager with the name tag reading Andrea back in this establishment and still working. I do NOT think this is acceptable. How can you run a legitimate business and have people in charge of others that cannot set a good example for fellow employees? As a customer, I am appalled that a business would allow this to happen at their establishment, whether work related or not!!! To me, that is saying you can be an employee, get into trouble with the law go to jail, and turn around and get out and still have a job. In Toledo, we have a website that lets you look up arrests and is public knowledge. Before doing this review, I was able to research her arrest to find out what the case was and to see if work related. It absolutely was NOT. In fact, she was arrested on a FELONY warrant for endangering her child/ren. How can someone with a record like that be allowed to manage others. She cant even care for kids, let alone an adult. Just know I will share this knowledge with friends and family that shop this establishment!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!! The new manager there is a joke anyways. When a customer has a concern, he just tells them hell see what he can do. They are always out of something. Coffee creamer, cups, napkins, you name it. Hell, most of the time half the fountain drinks are out of order because they dont have them in stock.

Cheapest gas, always. Very well kept store. Everything is in order.Prices inside the store are a little marked up. But I figure thats how they keep their fuel over 30cents (or more) cheaper than everyone else.

Death trap truck stop. Ledge in pavement behind fuel islands going toward truck parking. Just tripped over it and headed to hospital. Very bad. Beware of this truck stop

There was absolutely NO FOOD at05:40 (AM) on a Wednesday and I DONT mean they“sold out and are making more food and didn’t have any because they were short staffed”I mean there wasn’t even a display case where you typically see any breakfast/lunch/dinner.I am sick of subway and their subway didn’t even open until 07:00 (AM)

Just got gas. Their prices are always better than Michigan. I have the Good Sam card so l save a little more. I dont think Ive ever been inside.

Its a Pilot. Like Walmart they try to cookie cutter the places. This one is on the way from home to where I have my truck leased up in MI. The Subway here has always been good and consistent with the people they put behind the counter. Also the store help and maintenance folks seem to put a bit more effort in here than others considering this is an old Speedway. Not top shelf but the folks here try to get there. Good stop overall...

I needed air for my tires. The machine in front wasnt working. They were very friendly and helpful. They offered to have someone help me fill my tires and they gave me a refund for the broken machine.

Awful. Freezing cold shower. Went to get something from Subway and was totally ignored while standing in line but 2 others helped, one before me and one after. My copilot claimed the manager stopped her for us to return to correct it. When I went in, same people with even worse attitudes. Parking lot is covered in trash everywhere.

Easy in and out. Pump didnt want to work for me at first. Manager had to restart it and told me they were running 5-10% bio.
