The older receptionist has no idea what is going on, she is very confused and rude. I was very dissatisfied the last time I went here, and despite my better judgement, I called and set up another appointment because I was already set up here. But she didnt ACTUALLY make the appointment, so now Im unable to get in for another 3 weeks!!! Very unprofessional.ETA: Ive since started going to the Monroe MI location and it is much better. Well worth the drive!

If you have tons of money and time to waste this is the store for you ! I use to go to the one in Monroe - it’s worth the drive. I called to order lenses for my glasses and they said they discontinued the frame so that wasn’t possible and I need an appointment I look at frames - okay so I make an appointment, go in and my frame is on the shelf but I’m already there so I get my exam even though I’m still current on my rx and order the lenses they said they didn’t have .... huge disappointment, make the drive to Monroe or pick a new place- I know I will ! Wish walked out and went someplace else when I found out the lied to me to force me to spend more $Okay so what makes this even worse is that I wasted more time with customer care explaining the issues and their solution was for them to waste more of my time and money. If for some god forsaken reason you have no other options do not go to Terry Adkins or listen to anything the guy that works there tells you - he is the whole reason for my nightmare experience because he said the frames were discontinued and I couldn’t order lenses.Don’t even bother calling customer care back especially if Renee calls you, she personally wasted another 30 min at least of my time. Customer care will do NOTHING FOR YOU but make you relive the whole thing, get your hopes up then offer you to pay more money and make another appointment. They just say they talked to the staff and the staff said it didn’t happen 🙄Time for me to change companies

I had a very nice experience at SVS, it does sometimes get difficult to schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience because they are busy, but once you are there the staff are courteous and professional.

Seems like everytime i go in there the female employee is very very rude. I thought the 1st time she may have been having a bad day but then the 2nd and 3rd time her behavior is still the same. Im tired of going in there and her being disrespectful to my elderly father. There is no reason for her nastiness!!! We will drive to Monroe Mi from now on just to avoid her.

Went 10 days waiting for a replacement pair of glasses only for the pair to not even look like the pair I ordered online AND are broken. The woman who gave me them even seemed like she was trying to rush me out and I see why now. The one screw is not even connected to anything and the hole its going through is completely bent like someone rigged it together before I picked them up. Now that the piece the screw went threw completely broke off I will most likely be unable to get this fixed or replaced for free as theyll claim it was my fault. The left over ear piece was completely wobbly and I would have noticed if she had even given me a second to try them on! She rushed me out the door before I could catch their mistake so they could claim it wasnt like that when I received it. Will take my business elsewhere.

I was looking for some safety glasses, and in up getting two pair safety and a regular pair of glasses. Customer service was very good & friendly. The sell guy help me pick out the right frames that fit my face. I ask about my insurance plan, He took time and went over my insurance plan. I thought that was very nice of him. And the safety with this COVID the team was on top of it.

I do not care for this location at all. The staff are not friendly, knowledgeable or accomadating. I have always went to the Monroe, MI location. I would rather take the drive for professionalism anyday. IF I didnt have to rate at LEAST 1star, I wouldnt.

Visited for the first time for new work safety glasses. COVID friendly ( need an appointment) . I was in and out with what I needed very fast.

They staff was amazing! I had to reschedule my appointment literally the day before I was supposed to go in and they were more than accommodating! They were very professional and answered all of my questions when it came to insurance and picking out my glasses and contacts. Will definitely be going back for all of my optical needs!

All of the staff were very nice and caring. The optometrist took her time and made me feel like I mattered as a patient. My exam wasnt rushed, she took her time and did things thoroughly!

I recently had a situation where Oracle vision care could and would not help me because I had not been in almost 2 years. I was a patient for at least 7 years and I attended regularly until I was in between jobs without insurance. I broke my glasses in half and I lost my last left contact lens. I was almost out of luck. Two coworkers referred me, I called, Judy had me come in. She was determined to help me. She picked out frames for me that worked and I was all set. I was able to enjoy my weekend and they now have a new client! Thank GOD and Judy. I am so grateful!

Rescheduled my appointment without notifying me. Did not make it right by accommodating their screw up.

Incredible customer service. I am extremely when it comes to picking a style that works for me. The employees there spent an enormous amount of time helping me find frames that I enjoyed and my glasses were ready to be picked up in no time! I would definitely recommended SVS vision to anyone!

Katina is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about eyeglasses and insurance information. Its always a pleasure having her assist me in whenever I need help.

Horrible customer service. Attempted to give them my insurance information twice over the phone and both times was placed on hold for 15+ minutes. Then they canceled my appointment because I hadn’t called to give them insurance information.

Great staff and loved how they let me know about my discount because I worked at Chrysler. That saved me over $200 dollars.

I came in and the woman that helped me was very sweet, and patient especially with my son who is a handful. We ordered glasses, I was told it may take a week for them to come in, which was fine and they came in 2 days, pleasant surprise, I will be back.

I scheduled my appointment over the phone I talked to Judy gave her my daughters birthday multiple time I switched shifts to be there for my appointment come to find out they put my daughter birthday in wrong the don’t take kids under 6 and they were very unprofessional

I tried your email Service on your website and never got a response. So I figured I would call to which I was asked who my insurance was and then was told they would call me back. I waited around for the phone call. Go online and discover they were now closed. Mind you I called in the morning and checked back in the afternoon. Thank you for wasting my time.
