I would highly recommend force heating and cooling. We had them out last summer to fix our ac and just recently to fix our furnace. Both times my phone call was answered immediately and I was able to get a technician out same day, where other companies I called I would have to wait for days. Both times Mike came out to fix the units. He was timely, professional, and explained every every step of the process. Overall a great heating and cooling company.

I highly recommend Force for any HVAC needs you might have. They just installed my new furnace, I couldnt believe how much better the air flow is. Two years ago they installed a new A/C which works great. In hindsight I wished I would have had the new furnace and A/C installed together.Mike and his crew are awesome. They were in and out in two days, just like they said and left it clean just like they werent even here.There were no surprises, no add-ons. The bill was as quoted.I am a happy customer!

Our furnace went out and called Perez and he responded immediately. He is very trust worthy and looks out for his customers. Not only that we are seniors and they give a discount to seniors. Our furnace was 21 yrs old and they put a new one in and very neat about their work. I wish I could give them a 10 but I could.only give a 5.

Force Heating and Cooling provided my family and I with exceptional service. They had fair competitive pricing, fit us into their schedule in a timely manner and was very courteous and respectful. Not to mention the high quality of the work they provided. I already have and will continue to recommend them to anyone I come across.

I called Force to fix my furnace, they were able to come the next day. The tech that came to my home, explained everything he was checking and why. He even saved me some money telling me where to buy the part and how easy it was going to be replacing it myself. He even called the parts store and had them set it aside for me to pick up myself. Its awesome knowing the tech wasnt trying to rip me off but save me money. Thanks Force.

So disappointed and angry at the dishonesty! I hired Force Heating and Cooling to do my annual heater cleaning. They did a good job with that, but they unplugged my sump pump to plug in their shop vac, and they forgot to plug it back in! My basement, of course, then flooded. Instead of being honest about it, apologizing, and offering to help, they lied and said they never unplugged it. It was a week before their insurance agent finally came out and after an investigation, determined they had indeed lied. I had already used my own money for the clean-up because it needed to be done right away or I would have gotten mold. I was reimbursed for the cleaning fees by the insurance company, but I was not given enough to replace my damaged carpeting. i have never had water in my basement before so the value of my house has now decreased. I would not have been nearly as upset if they had just been honest and caring about the situation. Instead, they lied repeatedly and would not even return my calls when it happened. :(

Calling Force was the best thing I’ve done in a long time. They were on time, curtious, and made helpful suggestions on ways to save money. They charged less than others and did a much better job. I saved their number in my phone and will be using them from now on, no questions. I highly recommend them to everyone in area with heating/cooling needs.

We just had a new furnace installed by Force Heating and Cooling. Perez and Austin were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They laid down drop cloths wherever they walked and got the job done in a timely fashion. In and out in 4 hours and the house is nice and warm and ready for the coldest day of the fall.

When technician came to my house he was on time and clearly articulated what was going on with my system. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options on repair or replacing my system based on my budget. The option to use Force turned out to be a great one. After scheduling the service time, they were prompt and at the beginning of the time they had provided. Perez did a great job diagnosing and describing the work that needed to be done. The pricing was reasonable and I would recommend them and use them again.

Always very responsive and professional. I would give more stars if I could! My AC went out a couple of weeks ago when it was 90+ degrees and he was there fixing it the next day (new motor). This isnt the first time Ive used them either. They replaced my AC unit and put in a new furnace 5 years ago. I recommend them to all my friends and family too. Just cant say enough good things about this company!!

My fiance and I had both our AC unit replaced and our furnace replaced. Both units were installed within two days and Mike and his partners work was above my expectations. The prices of both the units were very reasonable and I knew exactly what it was going to cost for what I was getting with the bid I was given beforehand. We financed both units for no interest it was the best gift we could have gotten in which Mike walked us through it. Mike even made the effort as promised to deliver my AC cover later on when they werent in stock and balanced our house for us.
