Heard about this place from a friend. Found some really good anime stuff. Like Sailor Moon and other characters my granddaughter really likes. They still had stuff in stock and I was really happy cuz Bargains are there.

Fun store with modern pop culture type items. Clothing, toys, etc. Prices are quite steep, I guess that is just what it is... Not a lot of real good content, most stuff is far too modern, so for younger kids, but then youll see a Mortal Kombat tee shirt, so I dont know what this place is trying to do...

Super cute stuff. Great if you like anime. Have everything for tweens. Good place to buy your teenager a gift card!

Nice little shop for odds and ends you wouldnt find anywhere else

I have to say, i have ever been inside of this store. HOWEVER........ i knew people who shopped here regularly. they were weird. went to conventions and played dress up. if those are the type of patrons this establiahment caters to......... i want nothing to do with it. keep the scary germs away from me. thank you.blessings to you and yours,noannadunkin, MD

I come here all the time. It has so many things from a bunch of shows I watch. The people here are always very nice and helpful, and I will be back soon

Used to be so enjoyable to go in and look. Now the staff does not seem as knowledgeable nor as willing to help. Was told they do not order online in the store anymore. Before if I saw something on website or if I needed a different size they could order right ib the store, now they say they no longer offer this service.

Was not allowed into the store due to not wearing my mask over my nose. Which was not that big of a deal. I have a deviated septum which prevents me from breathing properly with a mask over my nose.. A legit reason but i was not going to stir up trouble over it. The worker was very polite about it. It was no big deal ill just shop on line. But those who were in the store were not practicing 6 ft social distancing and they were not told to leave or anything....

Awesome store! A lot of really neat merchandise for gifts or for yourself! I had bought some really cool gifts from here for my family and all the items were a hit!!! I definitely suggest stopping in even just for a glance!

I had an amazing time here. They were so friendly and actually had a conversation with me about what I wanted. They went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied. It was really just a great store that had everything I wanted. Shout to the red head that works there whos name I forgot but I thought you were amazing.

Lacking in customer service. Yesterday was not a good day for the employees. They had the rudeness of a typical customer. I typically buy something Everytime I enter the store. But the women in there had a personal situation going on that prevented them from doing their job. Bad day at work I suppose. However its never a good idea to ignore customers. The men are never that rude, even if theyre in conversation when I agree they take time to say hello and ask if I need anything. I will not be purchasing anything else from boxlunch. I dont want to exchange money at a place with rude employees.

The teenagers can always find something here. Great place with many different themes. I can go in there weekly and they always have new merchandise

When I say disappointing customer service, I dont mean by the individual employees hired for customer service or retail reasons, they are just following the guidelines that are cascaded down from their leadership teams. The issue is the way that the companys leadership chooses to treat their customers.I already knew before ordering with this company that they had a faulty online ordering system. Im not the first person that I know who has been affected by it. What I was surprised by was that my request to see why they canceled my order was greeted with an accusation that I was attempting to hack their system and that I am now banned from ordering online. Dont worry though, they will happily still accept my money in any physical location.I will, of course, not be shopping in any location or online with any piece of this company again. A word of advice to hot topic, you may want to add a disclaimer into your emails with your customers that if they have reason to believe these actions were not taken by them, that they could reach out to your support team. Now I am questioning the security of my personal information with your point of sale systems, and your integrity as a company because I am sure this is not the first youve had an issue like this.

Meh, I want to love this place but it’s so expensive! I love looking around and seeing merchandise for shows that I love that I can’t find other places, The Office, Friday Night Lights, in particular. But when you look at the price tag and see $30 for a shirt, I can find that online for $10-$15 cheaper.

Lots of really cool fandom stuff. Whether you’re a part of the Harry Potter fandom, marvel or something else they have a little something for everyone. And their prices are bad. They often have sales too. They are also involved in charity work so you know your money is being put to good use when you shop there.

Box Lunch is a great place for teens and young adults. It has something for every kind of fan, as long as its not sports. One of the few places that isnt cringy in what it sells but still appeals to teens and young adults.

Wonderful experience at Lunch Box. I was looking for Pokémon and Sailor Moon items. They had a big variety. When I couldn’t find a size in an item, the worker looked online to see if they could find it for me. She went above and beyond!

Box lunch has some of the most unique anime items offered in Toledo. Theyre a little pricey but its for a good cause.

Box lunch is great just watch out for signing u pfor a card, they start charging you like 12$ every month after like the first month or 2 and it takes a while to get it cancled and to stop happening. But other wise its like a FYE and is greatly appreciated in the area since weve misse dthe original store for years now.
