Being relatively new to cigars, I went in a little lost. The manager/owner was exceptionally helpful. I explained what I tried before, not even remembering names of brands and they walked me through everything. He even convinced my wife to buy something, which is hilarious, considering how girly she is. He offered to make her a martini as well. Theres no better place like it around, that I know of. Good job.

First time in this store. I was blown away by the selection of high end cigars. Had just about all of my favorites and the person working the store was able to provide excellent knowledge of cigars that I didnt know. This will not be my last time visiting La Casa De La Havana!! If you are in the area looking for a premium cigar, this is a must visit!!

LONG POST ALERT. Nice shop . First time visiting and Had problems with some of their house made cigars a couple days later. I had no expectations because they are man made products. But the owner was so disrespectful and seemed to want to win an argument ( which I didn’t come to do ) and embarrass me in front of his friends/customers and accused me of neglect and other outrageous calms. Then afterwards offered to replace 1 of the cigars. Which I refused! I’d rather send the $40 I spent to be treated fair or even with respect. I know he’s the owner because afterwards I asked his name ( which he never gave during his rant) and took my losses. It’s a hobby for me but a living for him. I understand people try to get over but NOT EVERYONE. I hope no one else has to go threw this.. it’s a very nice lounge. One of the best in Toledo. To Bad I won’t ever spend my money there again. Because of simple lack of respect ..#NEWTOTHELEAF #STAYSMOKEY

This was such a great find. Especially for Toledo. The fact that I can smoke a stick and sip a Scotch with friends in public was such a pleasure. We need more places like this and maybe it will bring back some civility.

Im not really sure what a cigar shop is supposed to be, because I dont buy a whole lot of cigars. However, this place has been around for many years and has never disappointed.I was in recently and was greeted by a very knowledgeable man (who was dressed for the part, to boot). Again, cant really speak to prices - I buy cigars about once a year.Doesnt hurt that they have a full bar in the back where you can have a drink AND a smoke.

Nice little cigar store. They have a great selection of boutique cigars at a reasonable price. They used to have a roller on premises, but I didnt see one my last two most recent visits. You could watch as they rolled the house blends while you waited. We stopped by on my wifes 50th birthday to pick up a few things and they gifted her a nice can of butane for her newly acquired lighter. Very helpful and friendly.
