Nick was great! I was unfortunately stuck at home after having to return my rental and my truck still stuck in the body shop. I put in an inquiry on a Mazda CX-5. Nick called and told me he would get a deal together and if it worked he would come pick me up. Sure enough he came and picked me up in my new Mazda. I drove it to the dealership, signed some papers and left within about an hour. Great service and I appreciate everything!
Recently purchased two new vehicles and had a hitch installed on one, while my purchase experience was decent, I would not recommend having a hitch installed by the dealer. I paid nearly $700 for this work. The hitch size was incorrect, wiring was done wrong and resulted in an issue with my rear lights and the installation was terrible. The bumper needed to be completely replaced, the paint job was mediocre and I was declined a refund of the cost. Was told most customers wouldve found this work to be good and would not have complained, pictures included fo you to be the judge. Find a true professional for hitch installation - not Yark Mazda.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Do your research going in as the staff will negotiate price. I worked with Nick to purchase a vehicle, that I must say, I’m extremely happy to own! My experience was top notch, no high pressure and very easy to work with. The customer service and consistent touch points prior to my purchase made my experience all the more enjoyable. Yard Mazda has a large selection of vehicles with many different options catered to the buyer.

Took my 2014 Mazda 3 into Yark Mazda. Had an issue with what I thought was the key fob because it wouldn’t start but ended up being the brake switch. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Got down to the point and very courteous. Would definitely take my Mazda back if anything else is needed.

Service experience:I came to Yark for the first time today for a routine service and couldnt appreciate the speed at which they completed the process.Zach at service department was friendly, updated me about the status of the vehicle on running wear and tears, and wound it up quickly in under an hour (thanks to the ppl working in the service bay). By far the fastest experience Ive ever had at a Mazda dealer.
Although staff was friendly and welcomed me, I just still feel like a number. I’m sure the work is done properly and was timely. But no more car washes, rebates on oil change. I guess I just preferred Brown to Yark. So much has changed.
I dropped my 1996 Miata off over at yark Mazda and I must say Zachary J has taken very good care of me. He kept me in the loop the entire time there was an update. Sean OBrien was our sales consultant in the leasing of a 2021 Mazda. We went to him 3 separate times, the third was the purchase. Each time there he was patient with our requests and concerns. He never made the discussion part feel as a sales pitch but really listened to our requests. No false advise or pitch to say the purchase must be done today (especially in these times). Matter of fact the second time leaving we were going to wait. We reached out to him on final call and he made it all happen. Including some extras. I would highly recommend him and will be our go to guy in the future. Our first experience with Yark and they should be proud of the representative they have in Sean.

1)Found damage after I got my car home let the dealership know...they didn’t care which is fair I took it without noticing. They referred me to the Yark body shop and told me that they might be able to take it back the same day and fix it. I went and had to make an appointment to have the damage looked at. Then had to make another appointment to have it fixed. They are scheduling two weeks out.2)Low tire pressure light came on the day after I got it. Apparently, the pressure wasn’t checked before I took it home. I wonder what other corner was cut.3) Was told that my car doesn’t come with a touchscreen display and that it was only controlled by the knob controls. That isn’t true. It’s controlled by both.4) The financing department forgot to get me to sign my financing check. Luckily I went back to get the damage looked at otherwise I would’ve had to make a trip back just for that.It doesn’t take rocket science to sell cars. All I ask for is a bit of concern, informed responses and attention to detail. This experience was sloppy all throughout. So many inaccurate statements were made. Hopefully this review will allow this dealership to do better and know that customers deserve near perfect service every time especially when it concerns such a major purchase.

I feel the pricing for services is exorbitant. I have gotten my car serviced here for three years. Most of that time it was owned by Brown Mazda. I had nothing but great, honest service at Brown. But today, I was given an estimate of $248.96 to change my spark plugs, which is ridiculous. My son can change them for less than $25. They also wanted $120 to figure out why my window is sticking. I won’t be back. Sorry guys. You lost me today.

From the start, Tyler was a great salesperson who made buying a car from Yark Mazda so much easier. At first I was just going to look and test drive a few cars but after talking and getting a lot of valuable tips and info from Tyler I felt confident purchasing my SUV from here. Matt did a wonderful job preparing my new lease for me. The paperwork was quick, my new car was freshly washed and was shining. Matt even took the time to explain the computer system in the car and taught me some things I never knew before. This is my third Mazda, and I’m glad I could get the best price in my hometown.
I personally did not have a good experience to begin with. I looked at the 2018 Mazda 6 signature edition. I was told by one of the employees (Nick) that the price was $23,000. I even emailed him asking to confirm the price because it was different to what I saw online. (No reply there). Since he confirmed on the phone, We drove from Michigan to come take a look at the car. We were interested in the car. Even before the test drive I confirmed the price and he told me $23,000 there at the dealership.After all the test drive and he comes up with the price of $23,700 (no taxes and fees included), completely different from what he had been telling me thus far. I am shocked at that price difference. He casually tells me oh the manager has increased the pricing and he didnt know about it. He was very unprofessional about it too. He also mentioned that I should have rather taken a look at the ad properly next time before I drive down there. What kind of pricing was that? Yes I saw the ad and it had a different pricing thats why I checked with him multiple times for which he repeatedly said $23,000. If possible avoid doing business here. I really hope this review helps them to do better and also few customers who might drive like me for an hour to have such a bad experience.
Very easy going experience. I was a first time buyer and in under 24 hours came up with a plan that suited my needs. Even when I rejected offers, they were more than willing to come up with a compromise. I will be recommending Yark Mazda to anyone who is looking to buy a new car.

I received a notice in the mail from York Mazda telling me that my 2019 Mazda 3 was eligible for an upgrade. I contacted Yark and scheduled a convenient appointment. Sam met me at the door, explained the process, escorted me into their waiting room which had Covid measures in place. I felt very comfortable in my surroundings and was able to accomplish some work while waiting. Soon my car was finished, Sam went over the new features with me and also explain that they had sanitize the car after they were complete. Thank you Sam/Yark. I am already enjoying the new features!

Their sales team is worst. I bought a car from them when i was buying it they were promising. Extra key, remote start even wrote it in paper. Then as soon as they sold the car, they denied everything, they said they will not do it. Be aware they will promise you stuff that they will deny as soon as you sign paperwork

After growing increasingly frustrated trying to deal with all kinds of shady dealerships it was a pleasure to contact Nick at Yark Mazda. Very quick, convenient and straightforward buying process and first class service from start to finish!
Overall, my experience wasnt great. I brought my car in a few weeks ago due to very severe vibrations I was having when my Mazda vehicle would accelerate. I brought it in to be diagnosed and repaired. I explained in great detail what was causing the issue and how it was triggered, along with where the vibrations were coming from (the front of the vehicle and the engine in general). I dropped my car off and Mazda had the vehicle all day. I get a call back and they tell me the issues I was having were the result of my tires being worn and out of alignment. Deep down, I knew this couldnt have been true, but I trusted the expert mechanics and technicians with my Mazda vehicle. So they replace the tires, do an alignment, and mounting. The guy over the phone then assures me with 100% confidence that the vibrations were corrected and they were not present anymore. He said they test drove it before and after and had corrected the issue. I was surprised, but trusted them since they are the experts. So I go pick up my car and as soon as I pull onto the highway, sure enough the vibrations start right up without fail, just as severe as they were before I brought my vehicle in. I was extremely upset because not only did they not correct or test drive my vehicle at all, they lied to me about the issue being corrected. I had to take my vehicle back a few days later due to my work schedule and they diagnosed it again. But the funny thing is, is that I had to Google the symptoms of my vehicle and tell them exactly what to check, which is something they should have already done. I literally drove with the technician in my vehicle to demonstrate the problem and get them to understand that this issue has absolutely nothing to do with the wheels or alignment. I told them to check the engine mounts and many other things. Sure enough, the engine mounts were bad so when they called me, they told me this and that something else also needed to be replaced. Each time they assured me that there could be absolutely nothing else causing the vibrations. Needless to say, Im very disappointed that the Mazda dealership mis-diagnosed the cause of my issues which were quite severe and even let me drive home in a vehicle that was clearly unsafe to drive. I did not need new tires since that was not causing the issues. I feel like they were lazy overall and didnt take my initial concerns seriously, thus causing me to spend about $600 more than I needed to on the $2k+ bill. But dont worry, they took about $50 off the labor to compensate me for all the trouble. What a joke. And on top of that, the customer service division there is also less than disappointing. I got the courtesy call a day or so after I took my vehicle home where they ask me how everything went and essentially pretend to care. I told the lady how my experience was and she apologized. Well, that doesnt exactly correct anything or rectify the situation in any way. I then get a text from the service manager Nick Coleman, a week or so after that and he wanted to follow up and make sure I had an extraordinary experience. I proceeded to reply back and tell him all my concerns and how disappointed I was that I felt like the dealership played a bunch of expensive science experiments on my vehicle and charged me for a service I did not ask for or needed. Well as you can imagine, Nick never followed back up with me or replied to my message which was 9 days ago...Long story short, this Mazda dealership does not live up to the expectations I would have for a dealership. I brought my Mazda vehicle into this Mazda dealership to have serious work done due to critical failures on my vehicle and while they fixed the issue eventually, it was not without me having to pay $600+ extra for services I didnt need as they were not the result of the issues I was experiencing. I feel like they ran me through the mill to milk me for as much money as they could. I truly would have been happy if they would have just reimbursed me for the tires that I didnt need.
This dealership needs to be cleaned up a bit. Cars were dirty. When Im looking for a new ride its more appealing that a car appears to be well kept and dealership Cleanly. Test drove a car that had less than 26 miles to E and visible pet hair in the backseat. Interested In test driving a Fusion that the battery was just dead. The price on the cars doesnt reflect the value at this specific car lot. The Salesman didnt negotiate or offer an alternative or suggestions of other options as far as vehicles go. Instead gave a business card to which I recycled.

After 5 weeks had to return my vehicle for the same problem(The person who completed the original repair is no longer working there, hum?) Its been almost two months and my vehicle is still in the shop. It was promised to me yesterday at the latest. Now Im looking at tomorrow??? To be continued......
Had a very necessary and costly repair to my 2013 Mazdaspeed3. The staff walked me through what was going to be done, how they were going to do it, and texted me regular updates on the car throughout the week. Easily the best customer service i’ve ever experienced and the pricing was extremely fair. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants repairs done correctly to their mazda. Staff member Sam was excellent, and was very friendly and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car throughout the entire process. Fantastic service.

I usually prefer to avoid dealership repair shops, but in this instance, I had no choice. A dealership was the only thing that could get my car running again. I knew that. They knew that, but still they made every effort to make my service visit as painless as possible. The parts department made sure I had everything I needed, and when my car eventually did get towed to the shop, they got it in and out as quickly as they could. Even the salesmen made sure my needs were taken care of, checking up on me as I was waiting in the parking lot for my car to arrive and providing what they could if I needed anything. Should the need arise for me to go to a dealership again, I would definitely come back to this one.

Tyler was the salesman and while he did his job in showing me the vehicle (Mazda CX-5) he neglected to really show/tell me the differences between the 2019 and 2021 models which would have been extremely helpful for me!! Additionally, instead of moving along at my pace (Im in my 60s), he kept trying to push me along at his pace (hes in 20s), which had an extremely negative effect on me.As a result there were several mistakes made (ie: wrong 2nd set of keys), information not passed along properly, and failure to complete some other tasks. All of these were corrected on a subsequent visit.My belief is that Tyler, while young has many positive qualities also!! His potential as a top shelf quality salesman is unlimited and personally I would recommend that he read some books on sales and positive thinking etc.His Sales Manager is the best source for learning and growing, as this can be a very difficult career.Hopefully this is helpful for Tyler. I Purchased a used vehicle in December. Love the vehicle. Was very particular. asked many times if there was any issues, cannot afford big vehicle repairs Was told there were no issues. I did not want to purchase without having a warranty. Where Manager came out and gave me 30 day warranty on engine and Transmission only. Two things. 1) My tire kept deflating. 2) i took my new vehicle on its first road trip that was not just in town. Went to Columbus. It accelerated on its own 3 times. the 3rd time i could not stop, was on the highway going 70 mph. Had to put in neutral to stop. I was very upset called yark to tell them this. The young man that sold me the car called back and said that i can bring it in however there is nothing they can do. this is not classified under their warranty. Nice to see a place that does not care about their customers. This is a dangerous situation and their lack of compassion or care to remedy the situation shows they are not out to help take care of their customers. I think they knew there was issues with this car. so they set up the 30 day warranty only covering engine and transmission knowing there was something else wrong with this vehicle. That could have killed me and someone else. and basically they do not care. Nice way to take advantage of a woman. Now 6000 0ut the door and No car. I would not recommend this group at all. scandalous.
