I am a first-time customer of Ram Auto, but I will definitely be a return customer the next time I need a vehicle. I purchased a used Ford F-150 with a salvage/rebuild title, and I got a got a great price due to the title status. I was nervous about the potential problems that could later be discovered with a damaged vehicle, but I accepted the risk. Three months and 2,000 miles later (a fair test period) the only problem is a broke washer fluid pump. That is an $11 part - Im perfectly fine with that. These gentlemen are easy to work with and run a no-pressure sales environment. They do no financing, but you can arrange your loan through a bank. In my case I was particularly concerned about a potential failing of the transmission (a costly repair) so they wrote-in a twelve-month full-warranty for the transmission into the sale per my request. Thats how good they are about customer service! If you are on the fence, like I was, I recommend you do business with Ram Auto Sales. I am pleased with my decision to choose them as a business partner. They are an asset to the Toledo community.

When we found the right vehicle at Ram we took a big risk to drive 3 hours to make our purchase. It was worth the trip. I recently purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200 touring from Ram’s Auto Sales.Joe did good offering us a deal on a car and it came with practically brand new tires/brakes, oil, everything with receipts to show their work done.These vehicles are rebuilt/salvage titles but we were shown the damage on the vehicle and it looked like a less than $100 fix. I’m surprised at the reason why they salvaged the vehicle.I highly recommend these men at Ram’s Auto,Glory to God!

I bought a 2009 Honda Civic for my daughter at Ram Auto in 2017. Great car for the price. They were very fair and extremely helpful. They stand by their warranty and took care of a small issue without question a few months later. The Honda was in an accident in 2018 and Ram Auto fixed it for a very fair price. Now in 2019, back again for rear brake work (my daughter seems to be a little hard on brakes) We received a quote from Belle Tire that seemed really high. Ram Auto did the work for less than half the price right away, keeping my daughter safe on the road. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Will definitely come back in the future when we are looking for our next vehicle.

I highly recommend Ram auto sales. We have been looking for a first car for my twins for months. Upon catching an ad on facebook for a 2009 Honda Accord I started communication with “the brothers” over at Ram. They answered my questions and we set an appointment for a test drive. I got there and they had the doors open and the car ready to go. It was a HOT day so I appreciate the small act. They let me know there is no time limit and let me take the car to my mechanic. They were honest about the fact that the car was previously hit and did not try to hide it from us like many dealers would. After test drive they took a small deposit to hold the car till we had time to get the purchase agreement together. They had to order a couple parts such as a light, and gear shift trim, and let us take the car till it Comes in. The brothers were both friendly, attentive, and the car prices are very fair. Bought a 2007 Honda Civic about 2 months ago. I am more knowledgeable about cars than most other used car dealers like to deal with. I looked at other used car dealerships for two weeks taking cars to my mechanic and learning that the cars were junk. I then saw an add online for RAM Auto Sales. I stopped by there to see what they had. They do not have junk cars on the lot at all. All of the cars are clean and well kept. I found a Civic that I liked and took it for a drive to my mechanic. My mechanic finally approved of my choice and told me to go for it! The gentlemen at RAM were honest and open about the cars history and what they said even matched what I was told by Brown Honda via the cars VIN number. I waited to write this review to make sure that I didnt run into any problems shortly after the car was paid for. It has been over two months now and the car is AMAZING! I LOVE IT! Everything works and works properly. Nothing new or unexpected has popped up. No warning lights or unwanted noises. I opted for the 12 month warranty for a small additional fee just for my own comfort. That was honestly the thing that drew my attention the most. A used car dealership that offered a warranty! Unheard of...I would not hesitate to Buy another vehicle from them and have since refered friends to them. I went from an EXTREMELY skeptical buyer to satisfied and confident customer. I bought a car there and was completely satisfied. It was a rebuilt salvage title and they disclosed it right away. The car had some minor front end damage and they showed me the parts (< $200) that where replaced and the Highway patrols inspection paperwork. The car is beautiful, got it for a great price and it has no evidence or damage.

Very happy with the purchase!1 Year Update: Car is still running great after 30k miles and 1 year of daily driving. Ive been all over the east coast/south with this car and only had to do routine maintenance. The only issue I had with the car was the paint on the front bumper chipped very easily so I had to fix that, otherwise its been great. I was very nervous to buy a car with a rebuilt title, but I did my homework on this particular car and saved a ton of money buying from here!

Ram Auto Sales is very professional. We bought 2 cars the same day unexpectedly, 2011 Chevy Cruze and 2014 Chevy Cruze. The gentleman were very respectful and answered every question we asked, showed us pictures of what was professionally repaired. We originally went to get a car for my fiance looking at the 2011 Cruze. She saw the 2014 for just a little more money with lower miles and loved it. We took both for test rides. Everything checked out from my personal standards before buying a car. My typical check is, check all fluids you can, look under the hood and under the car before starting and driving. Go for a nice 15 minute ride to warm the vehicle up. I always do a 1 time, put the gas pedal to the floor from a dead stop to about 60 mph. If a vehicle is going to electronically or ignition fail under load, it will be during that time, as in merging on to a highway, trying to hurry and merge in traffic. Both cars drove flawlessly. After that I take another look under the hood and under the vehicle and check for weaknesses, I found nothing. No leaks at all. In the end, we offered a price for both cars. They excepted and threw in the better Drivetrain warranty being we were not form Ohio. The gentleman suggested getting a transmission flush at a dealership after purchase. We took both cars to Gordon Chevrolet a week later after purchase in Garden City Michigan (Where we are from). All was well and everything checked out perfectly. Both cars were in perfect working order, no leaks of any kind and both cars are mechanically sound. I am very very pleased with these 2 Chevy Cruze cars. Best deal we have ever had buying car. You cant pass up the drivetrain warrantly. I went to 3 dealerships, unsatisfied in my area over a months period and no one could touch this deal. So when we went to Ram Auto and looked at what they had to offer. Hands down the best place for the money. Family owned business and we love it. Thank you for your honest Business.
