If ZERO stars was an option i would pick it. Extremely unprofessional business. You should never ever tell a paying customer that you are saving a car for them and putting it on hold and then sell it immediately. That is not how you run a business. Im letting everyone i know that this was an awful experience and that this is an untrustworthy business. Do better.

Got my car from them and love this place. I own a 2014 dodge journey and love it and paying on it still once we pay this off were definitely going back. I would recommend this place to anyone

Most cars are $1000 down $100 a week and went there with not a whole lot to work with because Im a healthcare worker and dont have a lot of money but need a car so thought I would at least try but the one guy was very rude about the whole situation. Said no one else would even talk to me with what I was working with and tried to sell me on a car saying I could pay it off and trade it up for what I wanted. No thank you with the rude attitude Ill take my little bit of money elsewhere.

Very humbling experience with these gentleman. Me and my sons experience with this car lot really allowed us to see that there are still good people in this world.It has been a long process trying to get my 18 year old son in his first car. As a parent you want to make sure the car they choose is safe. We went to another car lot and put down a deposit and was supposed to return the next day to pick up the car. After hearing about Go Auto,we decided to check it out before we purchased the car at the other car lot.My son test drove a Chrysler 200 and loved it! I asked him how did he feel driving it,and he said I feel at Peace. So we decided to move forward with the purchase. I told Kevin the gentleman who helped me that we would return after I go to get the deposit that we put down at the other car lot. They wouldnt refund us the money. I called Kevin to let him know what happened and told him we werent gonna be able to move forward,and we ended the call. I was gonna go ahead and get the car being that they wouldnt refund the deposit.A few moments later Kevin called and said, Dont sign anymore paperwork with them,we want to help you out with still getting this car for your son. And he did excalty what he said he would do! My son has his first car and I as a mother feel at peace.If youre looking to purchase a car, I recommend Go Auto. This is a honest car lot with good people.

My whole family and I have been long time customers always been happy with the outcome. Never many problems but if there was always got the help we needed! They have top notch customer service and they always a great selection of vehicles to choose from!

Rude rude rude I felt so disrespected I would never spend my money at this place even after they sold my cousin a lemon last year I still was gonna give them a chance cause Im the type to get my cars fully inspected before I buy anyways soon as I walked In I wasnt greeted but I let that go they acted as if I was bothering them and like my money wasnt good didnt even want me to test drive the car didnt want to answer any questions Im not the type to use the race card but I really feel that had a lot to do with it because the couple that came in right after did not get treated the same way so the big white man with the cowboy hat is really a pos if youre a person of color just be aware they might try and sell you a lemon cause they dont want our business anyway

We were extremely pleased with the helpfulness of customer service. This place is locally owned and we were treated very well. We bought a 2010 Ford Escape and the car was in great condition and runs like new!!

The warranty is not what it seems. They make the repairs at their lot so they can charge anything they want. They jack up the price of the job, so when they tell you youre only paying half, youre actually paying the full amount of the repair. On top of that it takes them days to finish a repair. The customer service is okay. The prices of the vehicles are pretty high for what you get but its a buy here pay here and theyre all like this.

Terrible place to get a car from!!! They will give you a car knowing there is major stuff wrong with it keep itnfor a week and never fix the problem I had got 2 cars from here and both experiences was terrible would not deal with them. They are a true definition of a buy here pay here. They dont care about your car they just care about money

We had a similar situation to Ayla’s. Except we were a month into making payments already before we mysteriously needed an extra $300 for tax and title when tax and title were already paid for. They aren’t worth the energy, frustration and money.

They were very rude and after telling us one flat price with weekly payments yesterday; they called to give us a different price and payment arrangment this morning. We drove the 1hr 15min for them to then tell us they wanted another $600 down after we got there then when we asked for our money back he slyishly grumbled about a receipt though we had just dealt with him yesterday. As though we hadnt kept it so they could keep our money. Be careful if you decide to go through these people theyre sly and untrustworthy!!!

Came and got my car without notice, no letters no calls no returned messages, was 3 weeks behind due to layoff because of covid-19, waiting on unemployment finally went through and that day they took the car, when I called was lied to guy saying he herd me on the phone, funny only talked to someone on text 🤦‍♂️...
