If I could give 10 ☆s I would! The entire staff is so helpful. Its nice to deal with an honest group of people that truly care for their customers! Ive used their service shop, which its top notch, and dealt with the sales staff, management team and finance. You see the same faces every time, not a high turnover, like other dealerships. I have no complaints and I highly recommend checking out their quality pre-owned car selection! You wont be disappointed. This is the only place you need to shop for a new or pre-owned vehicle!

Our company purchased truck parts over a month ago. We have still not received them. The Automann supplier they used refuses to deliver the parts to the address we provided. We attempted to pick up the parts at the warehouse on two occasions. The parts were not there. We give up.Brown Automotive dodges our calls. Molly, their supposed office manager never answers her phone extension. We left three voice mails for her over three days with absolutely no response. Even though we purchased the parts from Brown and paid them, Brown takes the position they are not responsible! We have made 18 phone calls over 3 weeks in an attempt to obtain our parts and/or resolve this.The last straw was when they claimed we will be charged a 25% restocking fee ! I pointed it out, we are not returning the parts, we NEVER RECEIVED them!We have been a commercial truck dealership for 35 years. Brown has lost our business. Our attorney is now talking to our credit card company to get us the refund. If we are not successful I have authorized them to legally pursue Brown Automotive.

Had a great experience purchasing my new car with Nick from Brown. They were very nice and professional and did everything we wanted. My husband made my dream come true and I finally have my first new car and its beautiful. 😁❤️

Make sure when you deal with these people in sales you get EVERYTHING in writing! The word of the Salesman (who, of course is no longer here) or the so-called Sales Manager, is worthless.The Service Dept is a Dream Team of Professionals....unlike the Sales Dept.I will NEVER recommend Brown Automotive to anyone ever again. They will look you in the eye and Lie to your face!

Very good dealership. Lots of vehicles. Helpful staff, but not pushy. My friend just purchased a 2018 Mazda 6, which is one of the nicest cars Ive driven. Mazdas are truly a drivers car and are coming up. Go take a test drive and I think youll be a believer. Zoom, zoom.

Chris Dashner was a very amazing sales person. From the minute i called him until i drove off the lot. He was extremely helpful, nice and very reliable. I would most definitely recommend Brown Mitsubishi!!

They gave me my car and excellent service every time I need a checkup, and fixed it up like new after I wrecked my suspension in an accident. Brown is the best dealer Ive seen.But Ive only seen one so thats not saying much.

Steve Iman is a Miracle Worker! Hes the Sales Manager who sold us a vehicle with only $500 down! Will Fox also helped, however hes no longer there. Steve on the other hand, was Fantastic. Hes Honest Compassionate and His Word is His Bond! If i could trade this SUV in, in 2 years and get a newer Car with better gas mileage, I WOULD!! And I Would DEFINITELY Deal with Steve Iman.

These guys did the airbag recall. They are super. They filled my washer fluid and aired the tires. They also put my siriusxm radio wires in the dash while fixing the airbag so they werent going everywhere in the passenger seat and then a car wash it before bringing it back for me to drive away. They are not super expensive like other dealer prices.

Arrived on time for my 7:00am scheduled appointment and had to wait 10 minutes for the service department to open the door. I was then told the appointment was just to drop off, the techs start work at 8:00am. Nothing on the website for scheduling showed this hour difference.

Would not deal went to Britton Michigan saved 5,000 worth the drive!!!!!
