Nice clothes and I found a coupon that started that day in store, went up to buy it and she denied it so quickly I had to put it down even though Im offering to pay 100 bucks. Very pricey.

If anything you buy falls short of those standards, youre invited to return it at any time.If in the event a $300 coat has never fit me right and you correct said fitment on newer models and then dont allow an exchange.I tell ya I dont know what to feel right now. I have used your products for years. I am an athlete and travel all over. Nothing but praise from me since my first positive experience with your guide pants back in 2013... Now I am entirely rethinking our relationship and am very disappointed in your local stores cooperation.With or trip to Iceland now up in 3 days I doubt anything will happen and I will be forced to purchase a new jacket that fits right from a competitor.. maybe Patagonia they seem to have always upheld their warranty.

A 3 because I love Eddie Bauer products but had a horrible experience with a return recently. The older lady that worked there was not nice and treated me as if I was dirt on the bottom of her shoe. I did not appreciate her attitude at all.
