Had ADT for over 5 years. I cancel with no issues and no mention of a cancellation fee. Then I get a surprise $125 bill for contract cancellation. Customer service can’t explain it but won’t drop it. I will never use ADT again. Monthly fee is ridiculously high anyway.
The installation technician was very proficient and informative. As a technical person I was very confident that the system would be installed neatly and programmed correctly.Even though we spent more than we needed, I have a sense of security and value for a modern system that will protect our home.I am glad I switched from your competition.
My installer, Javier Becerra was very friendly and had a great amount of knowledge of the security system. The installation did not take long and feel safe at home. I thought that some of the additions (if you wanted to add them) like the camera were pretty pricey. I would have liked to have a camera in my house, but, not able to afford the price given, since I was already paying almost $500 for additional equipment. I am very satisfied with the service and have recommended it to my family and friends.
Absolutely the worst security system I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t use them if it was free.
Installer was very friendly and made sure to ask us before doing anything. He was very helpful in placing the panel exactly where we needed and made sure that everything was fine before he left.
I was happy with the overall process, BUT, the 3 year security agreement, which is non-negotiable, is absolutely bad-----------I do not sign up for the cell phone two years, and wanted this system, but feel as though this is not user friendly---------I am happy with the system though, even though it was expensive and feel as though I overpaid.We trust ADT, but feel they need to spring forward and decrease some of these significant charges.
