Ordered a replacement motor for my attic fan. FedEx said it was delivered but it was not. I have a security camera so I know it wasnt stolen it just was never delivered to my house. This was a Thursday. I contacted FedEx and gave them a couple of days to find it. I contacted Buy MBS on the following Tuesday, since I hadnt heard anything from FedEx and attic is getting too hot, and they turned it over to there claims department. On Thursday I got an email that said they were sending me a replacement express delivery. I received it Friday. I am very impressed with their customer service.

Placed an order for shutters. Due to other delays in the project I wasnt able to get install the shutters for a few months. when time for installation came I realized they were the wrong width. I contact Buymbs.com and was informed they could not offer me a refund. I asked for a supervisor and even offered to take a partial refund and they said no. One of the customer service people stated that she knows they could sell them.Very disappointed!

This company is a joke. Ordered a scupper drain, they sent out the wrong part. Called customer service and they told me to email in the order number and a picture of wrong part. My scupper ordered was a non canted. I received a canted one. They never responded. would like my money back they screwed us on that job. Terrible customer service.

Ordered shutters and it took almost two months to receive the shutters. returned some parts for a refund. paid for return shipping, it has been over a month and I still have not received my refund. They are still checking with the manufacturer. I will never purchase anything!

Finally received my rolled roofing which was needed immediately to repair my roof before another rain. THE WRONG COLOR WAS RECEIVED! I ordered gray and received sand or tan. I need it so I must use it. I wont order from this supplier ever again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Please save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else or pray your order is correct. I have been back and forth with them for 2 months through email and phone calls because they sent me incorrect and defective balusters with missing parts. Theyre excuse is that the manufacturer is refusing to send replacements because its impossible I got the wrong order??? I sent photo proof I was sent incorrect items. Ive called 6 times on multiple days always getting a different voicemail or a person saying they will pass it on to another person. This is by far THE WORST customer service experience of my life. I have received NO money back or had any help in receiving my correct order. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Ordered a tapco metal brake and after two months I have not received it.

Ordered products on 9/8. Called in on 9/25 to check status of order/shipment and told it was cancelled on 9/9. No email or any communication made updating any of this. Would not buy from here again.
