I loved this place. From the moment you walk in it’s inviting and clean! I love the personal touch of the sign with your name on it in your room. Cate was my consultant and she was awesome! She listened to what I wanted. She didn’t push anything on me and was thoughtful.

This place was beyond my expectations. So clean and organized and so many beautiful dresses. The lady that helped me was so amazing and you could tell she loves what she does. She was so fun and just as excited as my mom and my maid of honor were while I tried on dresses. I would recommend Atlas Bridal to anyone!

This shop really shined compared to the local chain nearby! Cate was the consultant who worked with me and she was awesome! So patient and wonderfully thoughtful in picking dress ideas based on what I was looking for. She did SUCH a good job, that I ended up having a difficult decision between two practically perfect dresses. My expectations were exceeded! Kim was my consultant and she was beyond amazing. She had dresses already picked out, she figured out what I wanted and picked out more dresses and I found my one! She was beyond helpful, sweet and amazing.

I said yes to the dress yesterday! And I had an amazing experience! I’m a plus size bride and my stylist did a great job at making me feel beautiful and helping me pick out my dress! She went above and beyond! She braided my hair, added a veil, and helped make the look come together! It was hard for me to picture what the dress was going to actually look like because the dress I tried on was not my size and I didn’t want to settle! After she found the veil and I tried other dresses on that were similar to mine I knew it was the one! The first one I tried on! Thank you Kim! For all your help! Truly made the day go smooth and made me feel beautiful and confident!!!

Small place with a big heart. I never felt rushed, was 10 minutes prior to my appointment and Anna took care of everything. She had me in a fitting room right away, tried everything on, and the sleeves were a little too long on the jacket. She took the jacket and fixed it in the back room while I changed back into my regular clothes. Im only part of the groomsmen, but I highly recommend Atlas Bridal Shop! 😁

Kim was absolutely AMAZING! We took a trip from Cleveland just to come here and we were not disappointed! I found the dress and it was obviously one Kim picked out! Yesterday I had the privilege of finding my dream dress at Atlas. I had Cate as my consultant and she was so fun. Super sweet girl and very patient. She took the time to listen to every bit of feedback I gave her with each dress I tried on. I went back and fourth between the final 2 dresses before making my decision and she was willing to let me get back into those dresses multiple times. Never felt rushed or pressured. If you’re going to Atlas, ask for Cate!

I am very disappointed that the girl doing the measurements really did a horrible job. My bridesmaids each told her certain things and she didnt listen. One wanted a size 20 she ordered 22 of course also told her not to add any length because they are not wearing heels. Didnt listen and everyone had to have alterations. Costly at that just as much as the dress. Thats how they make that extra money i see. I measured my daughter for her dress and it fits perfectly. Azazie website is the place to get the dresses. You measure just like they say and you got a beautiful, inexpensive dress that fits and is gorgeous. Never will recommend

These ladies are so great! Beyond helpful. I didnt really know what I wanted when I went in and they gave so many suggestions and pulled dresses based on what I found out I liked or didnt like. Super friendly when you first walk in the door they greet you with a smile. All very professional and friendly. I would 10 out of 10 recommend them!

Walking in to the big steps with my stylist Cate waiting for me, taking me to the seating around for my party of 3, am seeing the welcome sign with my name definitely made me feel like I was on an episode of say yes to the dress. I didn’t have any luck at the last place I went dress shopping at. When I came to Atlas, I was nervous I would have that same bad luck, but I was wrong. Kim was so great to work with and listened to every little detail I liked/disliked. I tried on sooo many gorgeous dresses and ended up finally finding “The One” 😍 10/10 would recommend this place to anybody looking for their perfect dress.

I walked in without an appointment (even though it is appointment only) and was greeted by the most friendly staff! They got me an appointment soon there after. Kim was my stylist and she was absolutely wonderful! She had such a calm presence, was not pushy and did not pressure me. She found the perfect dress for me. I really struggle with decisions, but I was brought to tears the second I put on the dress. The whole atmosphere is so personal and it really made the experience one to remember. I’m so thankful for this place and the memories it gave me!

The lady that handles alterations is very unpleasant and off putting. I had one of the worst experiences in my life at my appointment. I would highly encourage anyone to go elsewhere for their alterations.

I had such a wonderful time finding my dream dress for my wedding at Atlas. I was able to bring my close family with me (during COVID) which I was really worried about. The associate helping me was knowledgeable. We talked over some of the dresses I was interested in and the designs I liked, and she absolutely nailed it! I tried on about 10 dresses and was able to walk away with a gorgeous gown. She even kept it right in the price range we discussed. Very happy with my experience.

My bridal stylists Kim was so sweet and very accommodating to my body type. I loved having my own little room with my bridal party and my daughter to be able to have private service. However, I really wish when booking our appointment we knew that this was bridal only and that my bridesmaids weren’t able to try on dresses as well for my wedding. We came a long way from home and they didn’t get to look at anything. The one dress that we did see on a display happened to be a discontinued item. Kim tried to bring a few dresses for them to try on but because there was other people in looking at dresses they weren’t able to browse for something that they were interested in.I ended up buying a dress Kim picked for me and I absolutely love it! But there was no available spots to schedule for alterations! Having to be on a wait list in case something opened up and having to look for another bridal place to do alterations is disappointing. But overall a great place to find a beautiful dress!

I had an amazing experience and said YES here! Allyson is the best, she was really great at listening to what I liked and didn’t like about each and every dress and I tried on a lot. I’m bad at making decisions and didnt know what I really wanted but she really helped, chose different things to try, and talked with me. She was patient and not pushy at all. We had talked a few days before and when I got there she already had a few dresses pulled and a veil picked out that would go with the jewelry I told her I’m going to wear! Most of all it was a fun experience and a wonderful, welcoming, comfortable atmosphere! I would definitely recommend, there are so many styles and they are ALL beautiful and high quality, its just what you want! There was even a little welcome sign in the room with my name and wedding date! It was really nice to have our own room and a pedestal to stand on (it makes a difference!) I just had my mom and matron of honor with me and it worked perfect, one of them helped me take off a dress while the other helped get the next dress ready for me to step in, while she would shop for more options! But everyone I dealt with, checking out and getting measured, were all friendly, excited for me, and answered all our questions! Thanks Atlas!! I’m so happy I got my dress here!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Atlas for purchasing my wedding gown! A few days before my appointment, I chatted with my stylist about my wedding, my vision for my dress, and what exactly I was looking for. When I arrived for my appointment, she had already pulled a few gowns that fit my style, as well as a few others that she thought I would like based on our previous conversation. Within 45-minutes I had found my dress! The process for getting fitted, ordering, and paying for my dress was very easy and quick. Plus, they have in-house alterations, which makes me feel much less stressed since I do not need to find my own. I would definitely recommend visiting Atlas for your wedding gown purchase!

Erin was amazing!! After having a rushed through bridal appointment at another local place, frustrated I came to Atlas and felt like they took the time to know me. My mom, sister, and I had the best experience at Atlas. This was the third wedding dress shop I had gone to, and to be honest, none of us went in really expecting me to find my dress. Thankfully, we were wrong!Allyson was my stylist, and she was wonderful! So helpful and friendly. She pulled all the dresses for me. Since we are winding down from the pandemic, she had to stay just outside the fitting room most of the time, which meant my mom and my sister were usually the ones helping me into the gowns, but this didnt bother me at all. The dress I ended up picking was Allysons wildcard dress! She pulled all the ones I had favorited through their portal ahead of time, and then she picked other ones she thought I might like. She was very good at listening to what I liked and didnt like.Overall I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend to other bride-to-bes!

I did not feel rushed and felt listened to and they stayed perfectly within my budget which I was quite concerned with. Despite COVID they were able to accommodate my closest family and friends and we felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. I’m thrilled with my Atlas experience!

WOW!!! This place was so warm, so personal, super inviting and caring when it came to my appointment! They made me feel SO SPECIAL and Candy was an absolute STAR when it came to finding the exact style I was looking for! She was so sweet and was really genuine when asking about our story and our wedding! I loved everything about this experience and now have to sit down and figure out which 1 of the 3 dresses I want to wear on my big day 😍

Over my 3 visits I had 3 different people helping. One of them was amazing, the other two were kinda rushing me out. Overall it was a good experience but I had no assistance with making sure my tux fit correctly after a reorder and had no hemming or adjustments made

I’m not sure if it was just me or what. I got there and my consultant picked the few dresses I said I liked on the online survey. I tried them on and not once did she ask me what I liked or didn’t like about the dresses. So she never pulled anything other than the 4-5 dresses she originally picked. She also never told me any prices of the dresses, whether they were in my price range or not. I own my own photography business and to me the customer service was terrible. I didn’t feel like a bride picking out my wedding dress. I picked one of the 5 dresses and got it all wrapped up and went to pay and wasn’t offered a garment bag or even the option to purchase one- which I would have bought one. My consultant didn’t even tell me the price of the dress then I had to look for myself. She didn’t explain how I had to pay for it and just rang me up and waited for me to put my card in. I thought all of this was so weird and bad customer service. I had just been with my friend to pick her wedding dress at a different place and her experience was so much better and so different. So I paid for half of my dress and was told it would be here around February and I had a certain time to pay the rest of the dress off or I wouldn’t get my dress which was fine. But she didn’t tell me an exact date. So I called in January to double check the date because I didn’t want to lose my deposit on the dress and I wanted to make sure to pay on time and the lady told me my dress had just come in. I made the appointment to come in and try it on. I get there and the lady says go in and try it on and then when you’re done I’ll be down here to cash you out.....I was so confused. I thought she was supposed to help me and she didn’t. So I tried it on and couldn’t zip it all the way up by myself so I asked for my friend to help me and she did. It was good and then I bagged up my own dress and brought it back down to pay. The girl took my dress and accidentally broke the hanger and had to rebag it. While rebadging she took the bag the zipped and didn’t give it back so it was in an open ended bag with the bottom hanging out. I paid and left with my dress half out of the bag..... To be paying so much for the dress and have the worst experience it honestly all just sucked. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to go there. I should have taken the dress information and bought it somewhere else. I did speak to a manager and they offered me a free steaming but in my opinion I would rather not. That isn’t a good enough incentive to make up for the lack of customer service.

My wedding is approaching quickly, and I had a terrible experience here. For starters I took the time to pick favorites online, and feel like my profile wasnt even reviewed. I put my budget in online and it wasnt taken into consideration. I told her Id like to stay around 1,000 give or take and she brought be dresses that were nothing like what I wanted. Told her my size was between a 12-14, she brought be gowns that were sizes 22. She didnt interact with my family, she didnt seem interested in anything I had in mind. She told me that with having such a small time frame Id have to shop in stock dresses only, which would be fine...but what in the world did I pick favorites for withing my budget on the website..if they didnt even have any of those dresses in stock..for me to try on at my appointment. I spent $50 which is non refundable, but could go toward my purchase only..and felt comfortable uncomfortable here. Didnt even get offered a drink of water. I was very unhappy and offended and the biggest waste of $50..went down the street and found a dress I loved with a girl who was incredibly accommodating and caring at Davids bridal.

I absolutely loved my experience at this bridal shop. It was my first time looking. She knew kinda an idea of what I wanted and accommodated with my body type. The only thing I did not like was I had a budget that I wanted to stick to and she showed a few dresses out of that price point, which was kinda devastating because I fell in love with a dress that I can not afford. Other than that I would highly recommend shopping here for a dress!

Had a FANTASTIC experience! Found my dress within an hour. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I am absolutely ecstatic about this dress :) Alexis did an amazing job! Unfortunately the dresses my bridesmaids liked didnt come in the color of the wedding so we will have to look elsewhere. Would definitely recommend this store!!

I went in on one of those discount days where it was so busy, I went late and was still able to get an appointment, the ladies were super nice. Friendly staff and so helpful. I tried on a few dresses and the lady took pictures of me from my phone so I could send to my family, I wish I remembered her name because she was so sweet! I ended up buying my dress and I’m absolutely in love with it. The veils are beautiful as well! All in all great option to buy your dress from!

The stylist picked out 5 dresses for me based upon what I told her I was looking for and I loved all 5 of them!!I actually went back to the store after I bought my dress and went with a different one...the girls there were so helpful and made the transition very smooth. I felt the employees experience helped our visit and answering all of our questions along with listening to the type of dress I was looking for! Unfortunately I found my dress at another store, but I wish I had found it at Atlas as I know from my experience that their customer service is phenomenal.

My consultant, Erin A., did an amazing job finding options that fit my preferences but also branched out a bit. She really helped to find dresses that were flattering to my figure, which was very important to me. Im a bustier girl and out of all the consultants Ive met with before, Erin was the only one who truly took that into consideration. After a few gowns, she became more familiar with my liking and eventually pulled a gown that had everything I wanted. Thats when I finally had my ah-ha moment and said Yes to the Dress! Jeanne and the entire team at Atlas Bridal are amazing!! I purchased my wedding dress and ordered my bridesmaids dresses from Atlas Bridal Shop. The whole process was extremely smooth. Im an out of state bride and had many different questions. Every time I called the team was very helpful! I cannot recommend Atlas Bridal enough! They have a great selection of bridal and bridesmaid dresses and a wide range of price points for every budget.

My daughter recently purchased her wedding dress at Atlas. When she went the first time she had a good experience and found her dress. The dress she tried on was a little tight so they suggested going a size up. My daughter agreed that was the best option. Waited 5 months for the dress to come in only to find out they ordered the wrong size. They ordered the size she tried on which was tight. When my daughter picked her dress up they were very rude to her and wasn’t going to help her try it on before leaving the store. After ordering her dress I started hearing horror stories of them ordering the wrong size dress for people. I should of paid closer attention to what size my daughter tried on and what they ordered. My fault for trusting them to do their job! I didn’t appreciate how rude they were when picking up the dress either! We spent well over 2,000 for her dream wedding dress and then had to spend a lot on alterations.

Alison at Atlas Bridal literally saved my wedding day! In the midst of a global pandemic, many bridal stores were closing and I was having a hard time finding a place that I trusted and that was still taking appointments. I called on Friday, they booked me an appointment on Saturday (the following day) and I found the dress! I had a very specific dress in mind and after 4-5 dresses that fit that description I asked my consultant, Alison, to pull a wild card dress that wasnt crazy looking, but something that wasnt what I described I wanted. Then it happened - she brought in the most beautiful dress that I had ever seen. Simple, elegant and everything I never I knew I wanted in a wedding gown. I tried it on and finally got the feeling. The other dresses were beautiful and even had more sparkle and shine, but this dress was perfect - it was me AND it was under budget! In 40 minutes I found my dress, ordered my dress, had confirmation that it will be in between 1-3 months (my wedding is 7 months away so that is amazing) and I was out the door happy as ever even in the midst of complete global uncertainty. I had no idea that dress shopping could be this simple and easy (Atlas was my first and only place that I tried on dresses. Once I found my dress I cancelled my appointment at another story in Columbus).Alison and the other ladies at Atlas Bridal made my wedding dress shopping experience delightful, fun and stress free even in the middle of this high stress climate with COVID. They didnt let what was happening on the outside world make my experience any less special inside their four walls. Thank you for your kindness, support and for picking out a dress I never would have taken off the rack. I cant recommend Atlas Bridal enough! If youre a bride looking for a great local high end but affordable wedding shop, this is your place. Book an appointment now! You wont regret it - promise.

Consultant Tori and the staff was great! They were very friendly and helpful. The issue was the dress trying experience. If you have more than two people accompany you, the room is waayy to small. You have to change into each dress in front of the people you come in with because there is no separate changing area. Otherwise, you have to ask them to leave the room and stand in the hallway each time you change into a dress. Not the best dress trying experience. They need a bigger space.

I love Atlas!! My sister and best friend both found their perfect wedding dress here. It was perfect from the appointments to the alterations, they looked stunning! It’s a wonderful place too because you can literally get everything here. I’ve gotten my bridesmaid dresses here, my mom has gotten her mother of the bride dresses, we also rented tuxes for my sisters wedding! Every experience has be awesome, I love how sweet and knowledgeable the staff are! I can’t wait to get my dress from Atlas this year!!

From my 1st call to the shop when I asked 50+ questions to the moment I said YES to the dress the staff was incredibly helpful! Ashley was so sweet on the phone when I made my appointment and answer any new questions I had conjured up. When we got to the shop for the appointment everything was smooth sailing. Candy was so sweet and kind to me and my group. She listened to everything each person was saying and took those ideas to the racks to find dresses that fit our request. She was honest in her reviews of the dresses and helped me narrow down what it was I liked and didnt like. There were 2 we were debating between and just kept putting it on taking it off putting the other one on and taking it off. Candy was very helpful in giving us new ideas, like adding headpieces or sleeves- until we had exactly what we had all envisioned.We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for their dream dress!Also I am a plus size girl and was NEVER embarrassed by that- plenty of dresses in my size range.

This salon was a disaster. The consultant I had didn’t listen to a thing I said and was bringing me completely different dresses than what I was asking for. The entire time you could tell she was just grabbing at anything to make a sale. Also, they have literally ONE size of each dress as a sample to try on. Mostly sizes 8-12 and we all know wedding dresses run small... so unless you’re a size 8, don’t waste your time. OH but if you’re a size 14 such as myself and want to try on a dress they only have air a smaller size, you have the option to pay $50 PER DRESS for them to just LOOK to see if they can find a sample in your size to try on. And if by chance they don’t find a sample for you to JUST TRY ON then you’re just out of luck. The entire appointment was so discouraging and was the opposite of how a bridal salon should make you feel.Do. Not. Recommend.

They took care of my wedding day look from picking the perfect gown for me to the accessories and alterations and even gown preparation. I couldnt be happier with my experience!

I went to this store last Friday and I couldnt have been happier with the service and selection! Ashley, my consultant, knew exactly what my style was and helped me find the dress to wear for my wedding! She was very nice and very helpful when choosing something within my price range. I think their selection was great and they had a lot of things that I found missing at other bridal stores. Their lace was much more detailed and the material was a better quality then most. I didnt feel like I was waisting a dime when spending money here.

Ana was amazing! She was super patient and helpful! She offered just the right amount of input and even fixed my necklace for me when it got caught and snagged. She completely made it her mission to make sure everything was taken care of for us. This was my first time dress shopping, and I loved the shop. It wasn’t overwhelmingly full of dresses and was clean and quiet...even though we went on the busiest day of the week. I even found my dress! I would totally recommend Atlas!

Atlas is amazing! Alayna helped me and she was wonderful and very professional. Thank you for listening to my specific likes and dislikes and for helping with everything. I will recommend to every future bride I know. Also the easy to make appointment online and application used to preview and save favorite styles was unique and useful, I ended up picking a dress I had saved.

Staff members were very friendly, and did a fantastic job at finding a dress for me that was well in my price range. I would highly recommend Atlas Bridal. I’m beyond satisfied with my experience.

I had such an amazing experience at Atlas Bridal! For my first time trying on dresses I loved how comfortable they made me feel. My stylist, Alayna helped me find some top contenders but the whole staff made me feel so special. Thank you again Atlas!!

FINDING DRESS: 5 STARS(I have not gone through alterations or anything else yet!)Atlas was my second appointment of the day, my first at Davids Bridal was less than fun and I was frustrated but ready to settle for a dress at Davids by the time I walked into Atlas.Candy listened when I said specific things I wanted in my dress, showing her my settling dress from the other bridal shop.She explained things by sitting down on the floor with me and related to everything I was saying! She had us laughing, such an easy going and comfortable place to find the dress I love (which was the FIRST dress that she pulled!!).I really recommend Atlas for the dress search process. Go to Candy too if you can!!

Absolutely would not recommend this place to any bride wanting a good experience buying their wedding gown/bridesmaid dresses. The staff is unprofessional and impersonal. I truly believe that any one that left a positive review must have gone here first and does not realize how amazing your wedding dress shopping experience can truly be. Future brides: Spare yourselves and go to Belle Amour downtown. Their prices are comparable and the experience is a night and day difference. Trust me...go elsewhere. The experience I had at Atlas potentially could have ruined my entire day/wedding gown experience but luckily it was my second stop.I was told that my only choices would be floor gowns (samples) due to my wedding being in June. Every other bridal boutique gave me options to pay to rush my order if I fell in love with a dress and assured me not to worry. It sincerely felt like the associate I was working with did not want to be working, and just wanted the appointment over with.I told the sales associate what I did not want in a dress, and the first three dresses she brought me had what I told her I did not want. It was confusing because I had to tell her three or four times what I was looking for. Also, to any bride wanting a little privacy while you’re down to nothing getting in and out of dresses... we were put in a side room where the people I brought with me sat in the dressing room while I got in and out of dresses. While it was not a huge deal since my Mom and sister were with me, I can imagine that being important to other brides.There was absolutely no attempt to get to know me as a bride and/or what the feel of our wedding is. The sales associate sat on the floor of the dressing room and asked me if I had any pictures of what I liked. It was all very unprofessional and we could not wait to leave and never come back.

Since I haven’t had my phone call returned in a week or email returned in 4 days maybe social media will get someone’s attention! The staff was great the dress selection was good but I do not recommend any alterations done at this place. My dress had a work around to get it to look nice. Which meant to tug from the inside so the dress wouldn’t bunch up because someone couldn’t get it right. The back of my dress the belt wasn’t even finished! I didn’t notice because I couldn’t see the back of my dress. It wasn’t until my wedding day and someone was helping me get dressed. A bride should never have to worry about a work around not working, or walking out with a dress I couldn’t see from behind. Atlas was supposed to be my eyes as well. Very disappointed even more so no one is calling me back.

Thank you Atlas Bridal! Ashley was our consultant and could not have done a better job, she was so helpful and very engaged with the several aunts and grandmother who were there with us, it was my daughters first look at wedding dress and she found several she liked. Ashley was really listening and did a great job of picking out the styles she liked. Great experience!

Candie was amazing! It only took an hour to find a dress that looks absolutely AMAZING on me. Everyone was so polite, I felt wanted and very special. I recommend Atlas bridal to any bride to be!

I can not say enough great things about Atlas. The staff was very friendly and so helpful! They gave me an hour and a half and made sure all of my needs exceeded my expectations. I found a gorgeous gown for a great price!
