I got tattooed by Raven and had planned several more cause she was a really fun person.My friends and I still haven gotten some tattoos by King, Ben and Russell but the experience just isn’t the same.Several of my friends also got tattooed by her and unfortunately the shop needed her to take over piercings more. Can’t wait for them to open up days for all of us to get tattooed by her again.All the artists there are great but our group just really liked Raven and she’s just piercing now.My only advice to the shop; let Raven have some time to tattoo my friends and I again. Everything else is perfect.

So I’ve never been pierced here as I’ve received all the piercings I care to have.Yet, I do frequent Steel Addictions to buy jewelry.Yes. Their jewelry is considerably pricey compared to “standard body jewelry “ but SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER than buying gold in Los Angeles, NYC, or any major city with the same quality.You can get good jewelry from them any day of the week but the service depends on who you’re dealing with.Steve the shop manager from what I can tell is polite. Will assist in where the jewelry is and what it’s for but clearly a tattoo artist .Aaron is attractive, polite enough and accommodating but lacks in explaining much when you have more than generic questions.King is knowledgeable but at the end of the day will just sell you whatever you ask for.Alexia is polite enough on some days if you don’t ask too many questions but if you’re looking for any legitimate feedback will be, from what I’ve experienced; defensive to rude and sometimes often wrong in agreeing to sell things.Raven is courteous, but can be short if she’s busy. She does refuse to sell anything if i like it, if she doesn’t think it fits. She’s been the only one to ever tell me “No this won’t work for you, but…” and always shows me an alternative. She does take the time, unless she has lots of appointments and then tells me she’ll help but I’ll have to wait if she has others coming in.Ricky, I understand to be the owner. Very polite. Knowledgeable. Has worked with me in the past. I’ve purchased his custom pieces. Yet, I will say if he is working with Raven he diverts the conversation to her for specifics and ordering.Ive made purchases from every piercer. I do recommend Raven. Just book an appointment though, that woman is always busy. Every time I see her she’s busy, doing inventory, or cleaning, though always working. Her work ethic and professionalism shines. She can appear curt, blunt or even rude at times; but I say to anyone who sees her as anything but hard working and caring, she’s a busy in demand woman. Book an appointment.

I went in initially to see if I could get my nipples pierced, and was referred by one of the piercers to the more experienced one. This was incredibly professional and nice, a lot of people would have said “no sorry” and left it at that. Raven was able to do them for me, and they look fantastic, I couldn’t be happier with how it came out. She gave me the confidence to go out without a shirt on now. She was incredibly nice and easy to talk to, the shop was clean, and felt comfortable to be in. I would recommend this shop to anyone, and I will be back for all of my piercing needs! So I’ve been going to Steel Addictions for years with my friends and family. I’m a huge fan of Raven. She’s blunt, upfront and doesn’t hesitate to tell you what will work and won’t. I appreciate her honesty.A few years ago some friends and I went in and found out she had moved; but we still continued to go to Steel Addictions.Recently I had heard she was back and went in and specifically asked for Raven and was told by the lady working she isn’t here but I went ahead with my purchase cause Steel Addictions is awesome and I love their jewelry selection.That lady was okay but I still have my favorite piercer.On another appointment for a friend I mentioned to Aaron who was piercing my friend that I missed Raven and he said “Raven works here she moved back a few months ago, so if you want to see her she’s here on the weekends.”I recently came in again and saw the same lady as previous and when I asked for Raven was told she wasn’t there. So I assumed maybe she moved again.I needed some last minute assistance this weekend and came in as a walk in hoping to get in to the shop and RAVEN was working! I was so happy to see her and she got me in between appointments and she’s been at Steel Addictions the last year! I came in to get jewelry for an industrial and triple helix that I had gotten pierced at another location. I was informed on all of my jewelry options and the man who helped me was extremely patient and definitely knew what he was talking about. They have tons of high quality jewelry options for many different piercings. He double checked all of my jewelry sizes with me and even held up industrial bars to my ear to make sure they would be the proper length for my ear. I have never had someone do either of those things for me and it was definitely appreciated. He even helped me better understand why I was having trouble with my helix piercings. I have only ever gotten pierced here, so I can’t speak to the service on tattoos, but I have had a great experience with all my piercings (I have received 3 here, all done by different piercers). The piercers I have been seen by have done a great job of helping me pick jewelry, making me feel comfortable, and giving me piercings that I have had no issues in healing. I recommend them to most people looking for piercings, and plan to go back for future ones.

I had the best piercing experience with Alexia. She is amazing at what she does. She was very thorough and made sure that the piercings came out better than I had expected. I was able to watch the sterilization process and was shown the chemical indication strip post sterilization. She is a true professional and has a real passion for what she does. I got my first daith percing here, and it hasnt caused me any problems and looks amazing. My only problem was that the percing took a while to get it through and was very painful (I know it is supposed to hurt but because of how long they took it was more pain then necessary). Overall, I highly recommend. Very sanitary.

I recently got a piercing from Alexia who is seriously AMAZING at what she does! I felt comfortable the entire time, she remained professional and helped calm my nerves. The shop was clean, everyone was abiding by health guidelines and wearing a mask! Alexia used her knowledge and experience to make a judgement on which jewelry I should use to assist in a better healing process for me. If youre going in to get a piercing then youll get priority and the piercer is professional in what he does. If I were reviewing the piercer alone he probably would get 4 to 5 stars. But if you are looking to buy new jewelry or looking to buy a staple for work related reasons you should expect to be passed up by anyone who is going in to get a piercing.I sat around and waited for around 30 minutes while people walked in and got taken care of before me, eventually I grew tired of waiting and went to Hot Topic in the mall.

Tattoo I got there turned out bad. When I called to get a touch up I was told that the artist still worked there but no longer did tattoos. I called multiple times after that to try n get they to help me out somehow. Long story short I had to go elsewhere.

Wonderful! I recently had my cartilage triple pierced, and the women piercer was incredible. Everything was sterile, they even had an autoclave to sterilize all utensils used. I am very satisfied with how my piercing turned out. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she adjusted the picture to work with my ear, and I love it! Would definitely recommend for piercings and would go back if I wanted another one.

I went in for some nipple peircings..i was very nervous had always wanted to do it but had been too scared for years. The guy definitely was very respectful and professional and i felt very comfortable. Though expensive at $100 per set of nipple peircings i think it was well worth it i know it was done right and it was done very professionally and i appreciate good service like that with such a personal purchase.

We had three of us come in for a Walk in and they were able to take us which was great. We all got matching tattoos. The overall tattoo quality seems great it was just a bit pricey especially since its a small word tattoo on our shoulder blade... Each tattoo was supposed to be $55 but after taxes came out to $223? Nearly $60 in fees... Overall a good experience.

Most definitely one of the only tattoo and piercing shops I prefer to go to. Ive grown close with some of the employees and they all do extremely good work. Very overpriced (60 for a single piercing??!!) with slow and inattentive staff. You would think high price= high quality but that just isnt the case. Next time I will save myself the time, money and aggravation and go ANYWHERE else. Would NOT recommend..

Overall I had a good experience. I got two helix piercings in January 2019 by Alexia and she did a wonderful job. These were my first piercings and I didn’t know a lot about them, so I definitely wish I would have been warned against getting a cartilage piercing in both ears at the same time. I slept on a pillow with a hole in it for over a year and one of my piercings still ended up tipped at quite an angle over time. Additionally, one of my earrings started to turn green a couple months after it was placed. They were very eager to replace it free of charge, but the replacement also turned green soon after. They told me it was an issue with the earring itself (not my piercing) and we ended up replacing it with a different style entirely.

Just got my septum pierced by Tracci King, and I would HIGHLY recommend him and this place in general. Theyre friendly, quick, reasonably priced, and clean. Couldnt have been better.

I always love going to this place! They care and help me out a lot. I have had 6 peircings from this place and they turn out great! My intentions are to get one more piercing and a tattoo and I will be going here! It is also nice know where my metal comes from considering they make their jewelry right in back and sterilize it right in front of you.

Love my new piercings, Double forward helix. Tracci was super cool, nice, and made sure they were in the right spot and not just stabbing me especially considering I couldnt really see the placement.
